We are from out of town (Charlotte) and our battery died at the Sunoco. I called around 8pm and spoke with a gentleman about delivering a battery. He said he wouldn't be able to since there were only 2 of them working. He ended up getting one of his customers to come and jump us off. We went and got a new battery afterwards. Thank you so much for going out of your way to help us.

Yesterday 8/6/23 my family and I were broke down for the 3rd time on our weekend trip. With some assistance from locals and my brother Brandon Ballard who is also a phenomenal manager of a Winston Salem store I was directed to the AutoZone on Montgomery in Biscoe when I tell you Nick and Isreal assisted us and had compassion,serviced us,kept the family cool and calm in what seemed like luck had ran out. These 2 gentleman went above and beyond the call of service Nick and Isreal THANK YOU AGAIN Angel and family

I like AutoZone they have a lot of good things but it seems like every time I go in the store all the employees are talking really loud and laughing around and when I call on the phone the same thing happens their is a lot of back ground noise of them laughing and cutting up it is just irritating when you are trying to run a business and need all the attention of the parts person but I do like the store and will continue to go back but they need to act more professional.

After having a bad experience at a mechanic shop I took my car to this Auto zone in biscoe where the staff was friendly and eager to help me replace my battery. The young man that was at the counter was helpful. Will now do my business here from now on!

Got some power steering fluid for my truck, about two bucks for a small bottle. Looked at buying some chain lube but at $12.99 a can thought I could do better.

Jeff and Brian were very helpful in helping in guiding me in changing my headlight in my vehicle .. they are very nice and helpful totally recommend these guys and to shop at this location in biscoe you will not regret coming from a Tennessean

I was in a hard place,out of town from texas, car broke down needed radiator, auto zone did not have but took the time to find the one I needed, julie helped so mush even though she did not sell anything, so in the future Auto zone will always be my first choice. Thanks for the great customer service!!!
