Excellent service! Experienced major issues with AAA not arriving to help with a dead battery. After over two hours waiting, a call to Auto Zone and Shawn referral us to a guy who came to help us out! Thankfully the car was jumped and running before the store closed. Shawn quickly installed our new battery. Highly recommend store!

Piper is the most amazing store associate I have ever met. I had to match paint for a rental car. She was knowledgeable, friendly, kind and went above and beyond to help me. This was the best experience I have ever had at an auto part store! Piper should be promoted to a managerial position.

Would not give me my core charge for the return of my old battery....claim they had already gave it to me by deducting it but why would they do that when they didn't even know I was bringing my old battery back...I had receipt and everything and the only thing they wanted to give me was a instore credit....I felt like they where trying to force me to buy something else just after I had just purchased a 250.00 Duralast Gold battery...I would like me core charge immediately

I went in looking for a Haynes Manual for my 2012 Chevy Colorado pick up. The lady behind the counter, hunted through the store. She told me they didn't have it in stock, however it could be ordered. I asked her to order it and the next day she called me to come pick it up. Thank you Ms. Blanca for being such a great customer service manager. You rock!

AutoZone in Beulaville has the best employees. I went in looking for a seat cover. The staff was friendly and answered my questions about the different options. When I made my selection the employee rang me out. They also asked if I needed any assistance installing the covers. I hate that I didn't get the person's name. Thank you AutoZone Beulaville for being helpful and friendly.

Went in to return ac dye because it was damaged and would not accept return manager played dumb and said all it needed was an adapter and sold us the adapter and still did not change anything returned and still wouldnt take return for uv dye can this place doesnt need a manager who doesnt know what shes doing hope they can make things right instead of taking advatage of people who dont know better

I used to never buy auto parts from Autozone in another town. My prior experiences there were always horrible and I had to often go somewhere else to get what I needed. Now, I live near Autozone in Beulaville, NC. From day 1 of my visits to that store, I have always gotten what I needed, when I needed it, with excellent customer service. Everyone there is polite, helpful and professional, and none of them are satisfied until I have what I need. They do their work well, safely, with respect, and make sure you take advantage of all available cost savings and promotions. I gladly and confidently refer anyone looking for auto parts to Autozone in Beulaville, NC. Their focus on excellent customer service is outstanding. I appreciate them and all they have done for me every time I have needed auto parts.

We were traveling through the beautiful town of Beulaville when we stopped into the AutoZone where we were met by Laura B. Who quickly gathered the parts we needed, gave us instructions on easy install and even offered information on rebate. Highly recommend Laura B at Beulaville North Carolina AutoZone 6409

The new team there is great. I stopped coming because of an employee and his attitude. But this new team has definetly won my business back. Thank you Blanca, Gene and Charles for the information and great customer service.

Big Thank you to the whole team, especially Sergio. While on a road trip my drive belt broke. Sergio answered my call for help and told me how to get my truck to the store. When I arrived he did not hesitate to help. He fixed my belt, and not one but two pullys, all with a smile on his face. The entire team was very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this store.

So we broke down tonight a little less than a mile away from the shop. The manager and one of the customers brought me the part I needed to fix my car. I drove to AutoZone to return the old part and come to find out the part they brought me was bad out of the box. Steven the manager of AutoZone stayed with me 45 minutes after closing time tonight let me borrow tools and gave me a jump from his personal car to make sure me and my kids made it to the beach tonight. We were two hours away from home and these people gave me faith in humanity again. The manager of this AutoZone is hands-down one of the best people that walk this earth and if he ever needs anything at all he can count on me. They made such an impression on me tonight that I will pay this forward tenfold, once again thank you so very much from the bottom of my heart!

Went for oil change supplies. The "other" auto parts store down the road had the music blasting so loud that I couldn't think straight and nobody wanted to help the customers. But Auto Zone had it going on! Great customer service, the dude even helped me find my lawnmower oil filter!! Come on man that's awesome! Great job Auto Zone!

Excellent service. Knowledgeable staff. Grateful that they guided me about what to do with my car and why it was leaking oil. This will always be my go to auto parts store even when I move out of town. Great Team!

Stephen M game me the most absolutely exceptional experience, I popped a tire about 10 minutes down the road and then changed it out with my spare and went straight to autozone to make sure I had done everything correctly and safely and as I pulled in my other tire blew which honestly made me believe the world was out to get me seeing as I was hours from my home and destination and I had no one to help me. I some how got so lucky when Stephen offered to go pick up another tire for me and put it on, he did everything quickly and he was more than nice when he wished me the best and sent me on my way, I just want to say thank you to Stephen and autozone for having the most amazing employees!

Went to autozone in Beulaville to get my battery checked. Employee couldn t connect his meter to my battery to check it out. He couldn t find a good ground and stated he d seen this before and it probably was the battery. I asked him if he would change it. He refused because there was only 2 employees at the store. The store was not busy at all and I saw only one other person shopping. This is a very poor excuse and very sorry customer service. I m not shopping at this Autozone anymore. Thanks to Advance Auto they helped me out. Super employees there.

Best Autozone team in all of North Carolina. They have one team member, I believe he goes by Steven... well I call him the Turbo man, he has excellent customer service, speedy response times, abundance knowledge of cars. He's the Odin to Autozone. If you can't find it, fix it or even research it. Go to this Autozone. Now I don't know if Steven aka Turbo man is a manager but he needs to be. The Q-u-a-l-i-t-y of service that gentleman had was great.

We're a company based out of Greenville, NC and yesterday one of our trucks broke down about two blocks from this AutoZone. We planned on just paying for the part that the truck needed over the phone and have our employees walk to the store to pick it up, then walk back and install it in the truck. We explained this to AutoZone employee named Jennifer, and she graciously offered to go drive the part to our guys. Not only did she take the part over there, she went back to her store and got them the tools that they needed to install the part. We really cannot thank her enough for going above and beyond for us and we genuinely appreciate it. Because of Jennifer's help, we were able to still get our job done in a timely manner. Thanks again!
