I m new in town from Florida and my in-laws told me to come over here to see Randy boy oh boy was I extremely satisfied with the outcome on my maintenance today very good price kept you updated and had my car in the same day I am so glad that this shop is loyal to their customers!! I ve been coming to R&R in Bessemer city for about 14yrs now. They ve always been honest and treated me fairly and they do really great work without charging ppl too much like alot of other shops. I highly recommend them to anyone!

The best auto repair experience I've ever had!! On our way from Connecticut all the way to Georgia, our car broke down, for lack of a better expression, due to overheating and battery issues. In complete panic, since my friends and I had no idea where we were, and all auto repair shops were closing, with a friend's military graduation we could NOT miss, Randy and his team were nothing short of a miracle. Not only did Randy stay almost 2 hours past closing to work on our car, but he also explained the issues in extreme detail and made sure we understood what was happening at all times. If he wasn't 10 hours away, he'd be my go-to mechanic. Just know you're in good hands at R&R Auto Repair!

Put a fuel pump in my 04 tahoe. Work was done correctly and in a timely manner. Mechanic was friendly and knowledgeable with his work, and pricing was reasonable.

Best place to go! They are straight forward, friendly and save you a bunch of cabbage lol! If there is an issue with the car they ll talk you through the best and quickest ways to resolve it. I ve been coming here for years with several of my cars. Great people. Great place!
