I stopped there because I needed to get the tires on the truck checked .I was on the way to take my puppy to the Vet, in Gastonia, all the tires were saying low tire pressure . They were so nice to me they checked the tires for me and added air that was needed. I have never walked in a place like this .Everyone was so nice to me and treated me and Zoey like they knew us. The Man that was at the front and the Lady that I talked to were a God sent to me.

I live in the area and pass by this place every day. I needed my car inspected and was short on time so I stopped here on the way home one afternoon. I don't regret it. The people were very friendly and accommodating while I waited on my car. Mechanic was quick and informative. Overall my experience with Cloningers was great.

Always a great experience. We moved out this way almost 3 yrs ago. Have taken my car there for all it service requirements. Great, friendly people. And the prices are just as great.

My husband and I WERE loyal customers for 30 years never had any issues that I know of because my husband dealt with them mostly, I m a widow now, took my car there and basically tried to rip me off for work they didn t do. I wish I would ve read prior reviews because apparently they take advantage of women. So WOMEN BEWARE!!!!!!

If you're a woman DO NOT GO HERE! As a man, I've had great service at cloningers, also saying that, every time I sent my girlfriend here (for something as simple as putting a tire on the rim) it cost triple the price. I've even called and they offered me less... women be aware!!

Excellent service, worked with me on arriving after closing, put my truck in the garage instead of leaving it in the parking lot. Worked on my truck the next day called me when they finished, very reasonable price, I inspected my truck before leaving, no dents, dings, all my belongings were just as I left them. 5 stars is not enough for them. I will go back if I have anymore repairs needed, heck I may go back just to visit, very nice staff. Thanks cloninger

Tine for an inspection, I called 1st was told to come on in, it wasn't long, less than 20 minutes. I moved to Dallas last year in June my inspections are due in September I went there last year good people I'll continue taking my car there or any service.

Always charge 2 to 3 times more than they quote. And they will brake parts on your vehicle and then charge you to fix what they broke. They didnt fix everything they broke so now we have to take it elsewhere and pay for replacement parts they broke.Service: Auto brake repairService: Auto brake repair

Got me for $360.00 and my car still was not fixed. BEWARE they are good for oil changes and replacing wind shield wipers but that's about all no major repair work will be done right.

Great work and great prices. They replaced my timing belt and water pump and did a great job at half the price other places quoted me. I will be returning here often

Good service center. The staff is always helpful and try to complete your service in the same day. Cost has always been fair and up front. Would recommend people to go here if you have the need.

Very Friendly, I feel like I'm apart of the Family when I'm there! They get on the Job fast to find the problem and get it fixed the right way! I will continue to take my Vehicles to them!

Left my grandmother's car there.Had a small water leak .They found the leak and said it was a seal .I said ok fix it.Got the car back and after 3 days started leaking water again.He also changed the oil and filter .Put a 50 '50 blend oil.My wife ran the car started to overheat and blew the motoe!!!!!!!I'm spending 6000p.00 to repair it.Do not go thwre!!!!!

The service is always good . My Father has been going there for Mr Kimble . And I have been going there too. Just took my car there yesterday. And it s repair today .
