Chris will never see this rating as he doesn't even check his Google ratings he said, but he was helpful in putting my new tires on my 2019 GSX-R750. They look good, feel good, and I am ready to ride. I will be bringing my bike back to him for the installation of a few things. Check him out if you need work done on any bike or atv.

Heard good things about this shop but on google and the voicemail it says there open on Saturdays from 11am to 7pm but on the door it says appointment only on Saturdays

Best bike shop ever!! Good prices, quick turn around, extremely knowledgeable!!I had my clutch replaced, diaphragm on the carb replaced, oil changed, blinkers fixed, and horn installed in less than a week!

Awesome people who know their bikes and race really, really nice bikes. They got me in right at close for a tire change. Give them a call they'll get back to you. 100% coming back

Got a flat tire on my bike because cyclegear improperly installed the tire and damaged it. Don was able to figure out the problem, installed a tube and saved my motorcycle trip!

Don is who owns the shop and he is a great guy. Make sure u go check him out. He opens little later and stays open late for the working people. U can't beat that. Is very fare on his pricing. That's the way more shops should do for the working people is stay open later n the day. Think he don't close until like 12

If you need work done on your motorcycle this is the place to take it! I love the hours of operation, the owner is very knowledgeable and fixes things right. He definitely has the best prices around also. Highly recommend

A few months ago I had a rear brake squealing and was expecting to have the brakes replaced. I was told that the brakes had little wear and one of the pads had come loose. This was repaired by Chris for a very reasonable price, with the instructions to let him know how they were doing, and that if it didn't last he would have to replace the pads. Like I stated earlier that was a few months ago and the brakes are holding up GREAT so far. WELL WORTH MAKING THIS MY PERMANENT M/C SERVICE SHOP.PS: Tire changing prices rival all others

I hate that Don passed away. Use to go out there and just hang out and talk. Sad that he is gone. But Chris has it now, he took over the business and is doing great by the customers. I know Don would be proud.

Don at Bessemer city cycle is probably the fairest most genuine honest person whom I've had the pleasure of meeting. For any bike or ATV needs , I highly recommend this place. No one will ever touch my Harley Davidson except Bessemer city cycle. Absolutely the best.

The dynamic duo at Bessemer City Cycles are right on the ball when it comes to service on my Valkyrie! The hours they are open are really convenient for us working people ! Quick turnaround, decent prices, no frills, just great service !

My cuzin and friends suggested that I check out this shop, so I did. He has the best price around and he knows how to treat his customer's. I would recommend you to check it out if you have a bike!

Don and his Mechanic are honest. They do the job right the first time! They are also fair on price! These fellas are real bikers and racers! Great shop!

Don is the best. Fair rates and the only shop that opens at 2p.m. until 12 - 2 a.m.. Where a working person can get a motorcycle repaired after they get off their job. Great service.

A friend recommended this place to me and I have to say he wasn't wrong. Not the prettiest building, but absolutely outstanding service. Doubt that I'll take me bike anywhere else if I can help it.

I have tried three different times to have this shop work on my bike and every time I am told he either doesn t have room or he doesn t have the time I really don t understand how you can tell a paying customer that you don t have time for them and not to mention you can never get the owner directly on the phone I will continue to take my business elsewhere

I have a 1974 TX500.It had an oil leak between the cambox and head and I contracted Don to repair it with the stipulation the copper gasket spray was to be used, because this model bike has a propensity to develop a leak the same way again and he agreed to do so.Upon charging me $430 for the repair as well as the $30 cam chain link and $130 gasket set, I was informed by Don that he had not used the sealer as requested.The bike was damned near impossible to start after this "mechanic" had completed his work and given my back my bike. I checked the valve clearances and it turns out he had not adjusted valves clearances at all. There was ZERO cleance on any of the exhaust valves, and the intake valves were all different ranging from .002-.008.Before I had 250 miles on the bike it was leaking oil worse than before the repair. Now I have put less than 1500 miles since it was repaired and my head gasket is leaking with a nice distinct chirp when the bike is cranked.Long story short, if you want a bicycle repaired you are taking a risk taking it here. No way in hell will I ever recommend anyone taking their motorcycle here.

Fast dedicated work was done to both my bike and my wifes. Rhe guy there for a life threatening issue and fixed it same day. Would only go hete from now on!
