$120 for a four wheel alignment that didn't include camber adjustments and the pins in the rear turn plates were not removed.I actually knew more than the tech did?I could have did a better job myself with their equipment.Sorry.

I have been going to this shop he has great tries and good prices. He gets them on quick I'll be staying with him for many of more years to come

I love this place! They're the best at tire care. First time I came, they found the problem for a constant sound that I've been dealing with and took to 3 different garages. As well as finally fixing a break problem too. Just went again last week hoping to just get an appointment for 4 new tires since I had to go to work in 40 minutes. They were able to change them all in 10 minutes and get me back on the road. Prices can't be beat!

100% DO NOT recommend this place. I went for a used tire a week ago and didnt realize until well after 3 days (the boss said thats the warranty period for used tires, the bosses wife said there is no warranty on used tires???) that the tire i got has a slow leak due to a knot on the sidewall. Went back today and they tell me the best they could do is 25 for a tire since i came last week. Then give me a tire with way less tread on it than the previous one.

Im not the type to down talk, usually i just take my loss and keep it pushing but this really took me for a spin. Over this past weekend we were referred to these people by a mechanic that we trust so we went to get 4 new tires, they didn t have them in stock so we placed the order of $630 (for context everybody at the shop was friendly and very nice at first while trying to bag a sale) so after we left the woman that runs the office calls telling us her husband don t think those tires will fit the car but we can try them out and if we have problems we can trade/return them for the right size no problem. Fast forward a couple days we get the tires try them on and they don t fit so we give her a call like she told us to do, she says she has to talk to her husband about returning the tires and she ll give us a call back later. we got the call back & all of a sudden her story changed..claiming she never told us we could return the tires, all they could do is take the tires back not give us any money back and we still pay them an additional $330 for a size smaller. She gets very rude over the phone saying it s our fault for taking advice from a mechanic instead of a tire guy & buying the wrong sizes. meanwhile they re telling us different tire sizes so clearly they didn t know what sizes fit either..we went to a different place in lincolnton who happened to know someone that specifically works with low profile tires..he let us know even the tires they were telling us to buy wouldn t have fit either so at this point i m thinking they re just trying to get more money out of us. point being we should ve never been told we could trade the tires if that wasn t true. we didn t even think twice if they were trustworthy because they seemed like good people. sike. they only care about making money and clearly will lie to your face to make a profit. not good business if you ask me.

I took my Nissan Altima there and bought tires from this man and there was at least one to two bolts stripped on every single rim when I went to rotate my tires ! Never again will I recommend this place to my family or friends!!!

I want to tell everyone that my experience with Arzath Tire Company today was fantastic. I has been at work over on the west side of Shelby and didn't get out of the plant until about 5:25, well, Arzath Tire appears to be a family owned business and after a hard day's of work I can assure you ever one was more than ready to go back home...... However, this attitude was not what I saw today. They waited until I could get to their shop and I quickly felt like I was not in their way. The two used tires that I have bought from them are in great condition and roll down the highway like new ones. These are great people and very good at customer care and service service. There is NO DOUBT I that I have found the tire shop where I will do all my shopping for car tires.

I would never recommend this rude place. The way they do business....Trying to charge people and tell them they need repairs, when it's not needed, and one of the worker put money directly into his pocket. I wonder why he didn't give me a receipt for charging me to look at my vehicle. Stay far away from this place! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere more reputable.The owner should be around more often and run his establishment correctly. I'll be sure to tell everyone not to go to Azarath.

I've gone to many tire places and this is far the best. Starting with customer service, very nice and created me as soon as I arrived. After I told them what tire I wanted to get changed because I thought it was the right one. Instead of using my knowledge against me the sir called me over and show me what tire was worst, for my safety he recommend the other one and showed me why. Usually company's see females and think of a great opportunity to screw them over. Instead this guy have a great heart and are here to do there job, no all about taking your money. I wish I would of went here a long time ago. Thank you. I recommend you looking into them before anywhere else.

Always have what I need rather be a used tire, a tire repair or a set of tires. Never any problems with used tires if i do I take it back next day and they make it good. Need four tires they beat any price for my f250 by about $400. They have serviced my tire needs for 6 yrs

We bought two used tires for our Jeep yesterday and by this morning one was completely flat and the other is deflating slowly! We were told nothing was wrong with either of them. Now it's Sunday so they are closed and there's nothing we can do about it until tomorrow. Not to mention we spent $80 on these "good" used tires!

They had the tire I needed .but if you're a female expect to pay more for a used tire.. decided I wasn't going to pay that much and left. Husband went there later in the evening and asked for the exact same tire and had to pay $20 less

Fairly priced. Quick service. Friendly as well. If I need them again I will use them. You should too. They seem to genuinely care for your needs and don't try to hoodoo you.

I had a flat tire, was towed here and was surprised at how painless they made everything. They were very friendly and service was great and fast. Prices were also pretty decent.

These guys are actually pretty excellent they let me know I need new tie rods in my car four tires and alignment they gave me a price that just can't be beat plus the tire I had them put on wasn't all that great but they they got it on my rim and he found a bleak and plugged it for me very good customer service very knowledgeable highly recommend pricey gave me on those tires Walmart can't beat it

The owner is very rude!! He tried to charge me $5.00 for air in my tires. Then he gives you a price on tires what he think is right. Would not recommend, go to discount tire.

Best,tire care for everyone's budget.have came to know the owner through the years and has always gone the extra mile even at his own expense..just like today he could have charged me for a rotation but found faulty shocks on my wife's 2015 Nissan Sentra,showed me the problem and could have rotated them and done the alignment and never said anything.but instead cared enough to say hey it's not worth you doing this until you fix the problem..and they are very fast

Very rude and costly. I was charged $35 a piece to put tires on that I already had purchase previously just needed it to be changed did the rim and put on car
