They were all so sweet, service was fast, and they were very reasonably priced and worked with me. Popped two tires going to work in Raleigh 8am in the morning. Highly recommend Rockside Tire!

In the middle of a trip down to FL and our tire went flat on the highway!! We got off the at the next exit and found this shop. Gerardo helped us immediately when we pulled in, gave us a great price and even sent us down the road with some ice cold beverages!!! We were there maybe 40 minutes, which was great in the sense that we didn t waste that much travel time with this inconvenience. We couldn t have asked for better service, and even better that it was service with a smile. :) would definitely recommend.

Came to see if Gerardo was there to get a tire and to my surprise he was not there either, this place is not the same but they do have reasonable prices prefer to see him and get my service. You want more help and for someone to respect you while conducting business but I see now it want every be the same. Please bring him back

The hardworking tire employee had the best customer service and had me all set and ready to go in a blink of an eye and cheapest prices I ve seen around town. Employee also went out of his way and taught me some things about my vehicle s suspension and alignment. 100% recommend for anyone to check out this tire shop

Incredible tire place. We found ourselves in a pinch and pulled into Rockside Tire; Geraldo greeted us quickly, diagnosed the issue with our tire, and had us back on the road within 10 minutes. Truly some of the quickest and most friendly service we have ever gotten at a garage.

I don t think i can say enough good things about this business! I had a complete tire blow out on my van just a mile from the Benson exit on I-95. With no spare tire, I took the blown tire off and a buddy gave me a ride to Rockside Tire! The owner, Gerardo, gave the absolute best customer service. He jumped right in to replace my tire and even insisted on putting it into the back of my buddy s truck! Before leaving, Gerardo gave me his personal cell phone number and told me to call or text him if I ever needed help! We went back, put the tire on and I immediately returned to Rockside to have Gerardo replace the other three tires. Side note: I was already in need of new tires!Tire Service: Customer Service: Prices: I took a bunch of business cards and already let Gerardo know that I would be back to replace the tires on my wife s car!Thank you Gerardo and Rockside Tire!

On a trip from VA to our home in Florida, a steel belt let loose in a run flat tire. We were able to limp in to Rockside. Gerardo had our car jacked up in minutes and 20 minutes later we were back on the road heading home. Very quick, very reasonable, very friendly and very professional.

The guy that does tires is the absolute BEST!!!! I will only go to him he is fast, professional, efficient, and even went out of his way to go and plug my tire that had a bolt in it and left me stranded a few blocks from the location. If you need any tire service this is hands down the best!

Gorardo was so amazing and quick to very friendly place. I will always come back there. If it wasn t for him I would not have gotten my tire fixed so fast.

Rockslide Tire is AWESOME. Geraldo will hook you up and give you the shirt off his back. I had the misfortune of getting two flat tires in as many weeks. Each time Geraldo rapidly installed a spare and went about requisitioning the new tire - I have more difficult to find 21 tires, but Geraldo did the leg work and found the nearest available tires. Rockside Tire is fast, efficient, well-priced, polite, helpful, and veteran friendly! HIGHLY recommend using his services!

This place and Gerardo were amazing!! While stopping for gas today, (Memorial Day weekend)we noticed a tire was missing a hubcap and one lug nut. I called several places with no answer and left no messages. I then got a call back from Geraldo at Rockside tire!! He noticed we called and might have needed help. We were 8 miles away and he told us to come right in. The Napa store was across the street and had the lug nut we needed. Geraldo quickly checked and tightened all our tires and said have an nice day!! He even offered us a soda! We gave him a tip for his service and thanked him profusely! For anyone in the Benson area Geraldo at Rockside tire is your man!

My boyfriend and I was on our way home from Smithfield, someone left a 6+6 post in the road. I tried to miss it but I couldn t. Both hubcaps on the left side was knocked off, rim on front was bent , I drove to rock side tires in benson, the guy there not only fixed my tire and rim, but he didn t charge me anything. He was really kind and passionate about what had just happened to me. I was so upset. I will definitely go back with all my tire needs. Thank you so much for your help.

I came here to get a trailer tire of my utility trailer which was an odd tire size, they had one and they changed It quickly and for a great price I would definitely recommend and everyone was very professional and courteous would recommend to anyone in the tire market new or used
