I was heading to Florida and my front passenger tire was falling apart. So I looked for the closest tire spot on a Saturday. Thankfully I called them and they were open. They was only 12 miles away. I got there and they matched my tire. I got a used tire and it was $80 dollars but it looked like a new tire. Very thankful they were able to help me and they put air in all my tires as well for free.

I had a flat tire driving a hour away . I called them and they was willing to meet me wherever I was to help. They great thing about it was that it was 7pm and they was already closed. They waited until I got there. They didn t have any used tire my small car size but they put my donut on for $15 and I know they would ve helped me regardless. They were super nice , helpful, and professional. Their shop appearance everything was neat and I would give them 100 stars if I could. They quoted me for some new tires which was very reasonable and I will be returning to buy all 4 tires. I will drive a hour away to get that exceptional service again. Thanks guys see you soon !!

They are beyond helpful, professional and compassionate!! They even stayed late past closing to help me get my car back on the road and it was super last minute. I have gotten tires from them a few times and they have always been great quality. They have changed my brake pads and I was very impressed with the quickness and quality of service they provided! I would recommend them to my family and any of my friends any day!!! You should definitely come here for any of your needs. A+++++

While traveling to Florida I discovered a steady leak in one of my tires. Of course there were no repair shops for miles. I used a can of fix a flat to keep going. I found the Family Tire Center while using the Around Me App and traveled about 20 miles to the shop which was minutes off of I-95. When I arrived the owner greeted me immediately. He repaired 2 leaks and even cleaned out the fix a flat that was throwing off the balance of the wheel. He even balanced the tire. Great service & price.ThanksMike from NJ

My tire popped in the second half of an eleven hour trip, it was around 11:30pm. Called up Carlos and within 15 minutes we were there and getting my tire fixed, by 12:30 we were back on the road. Carlos was super nice and charged a reasonable amount for working way past normal hours. Would come here again for tires if I didn't live in PA

I cannot thank them enough for helping me change my spare tire! They did not have the right tire in stock so they drove to go get the right tire for me at their warehouse! They are so friendly and helpful. Bonuses points for having a cute puppy and giving us a bottle of water while we waited! Thank you!

These guys here were great. We were heading to the beach and my tires were not in good shape, one popped near Benson and we limped to a Marathon station off of I-40. These guys came to where we were, towed us to the shop, and fixed not just one of my tires, but both front tires when they noticed both were showing wires. I had no idea that they were in such bad shape. My husband and I are both so grateful for them all they were so nice and after they finished fixing my tires I got to meet the garage guard dog which was the best part he was so loveable and fluffy.

The tire shop was open until 10pm on a Wednesday! I called for a quick and easy quote, arrived at 9:30pm, they started on my tires and were done 15 minutes later! Honored the quoted amount. Very friendly and informative would highly recommend them to any family or friends! Not easy to find a shop you can trust don t hesitate with these guys!

Carlos so amazing! He was able to order my tire and have it within an hour! Then he put it on as soon as I pulled in and even put my spare back where it belonged. Not to mention he was extremely friendly! 10 out of 10 experience! Will always recommend and will only be using them for my tire needs from now on!

Family Tire Shop is a God send! Amazing people; so incredibly considerate and kind. We had an emergency later in the evening and they came through for us in a huge way in spite of how late it was. We are so incredibly appreciative of their help and kindness! We would recommend them 100 times over! Thank you again, guys!

Stopped in without an appointment to have my lawn tractor tire put back on the rim. Jonathan and Carlos went above and beyond to take care of this. I didn t have to wait. Definitely recommend!

Y ALL. When I tell you I was a damsel in distress sobbing on the phone on the side of a highway I m not exaggerating. Carlos came to rescue me and was calm and collected, and took the BEST care of me!!! Within an hour he had a courtesy spare on and had me home, where I was able to shower and get into bed and finally collect myself By 11am the next morning, Carlos was able to special order my very large all terrain tire and have it all installed within 15 mins! I told the men at the shop I hope I never see them again BUT if need someone; I m speed dialing them!!!!! After all, I m just a dumb blonde in a lifted Jeep who ran over a construction bolt! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU Carlos and team! Diamond is back on the road living her best life!

Had a tire blow out on us during a road trip two nights ago around midnight and was stuck on the side of the highway. They were the only one that picked up the phone and came out to immediately help us, I forgot the guys name but he was amazing, fast and super kind. He informed us of the problem and anything else he saw that may need done while replacing our tire. If you ever need anything fixed or helped call them first before anyone else!

While traveling back to Florida from New York, pulling a boat, one of the trailer tires blew. Carlos of the family tire shop happened to be there even though they are closed on Sunday. My husband explained his dilemma, and he was more than happy to help us with a smile on his face. I would recommend anyone do business with these people.

Popped a tire on the interstate and called roadside service. Over two hours later, the roadside service had still located anyone to help me. So, I took to Google and found someone that told me about Carlos and the family tire shop. God was looking out me that night. He came right out and got me a new tire because whatever I hit sliced the inside of tire wall. Great guys and amazing service at 10pm at night. WOW!!!!

Traveling from FL back to NY we got a flat on the interstate around 11pm. Thought we were going to have to get a hotel and wait till morning but thankfully Carlos responded to our call and had a matching tire in stock. He met us at his shop, and within 15 minutes we were on our way. We cannot say enough good things about his friendly service, great communication, and willingness to help us out. Highly recommend this place!

I would highly recommend being using this family for your tire needs. I was stuck on the side of the road at 6:00 a.m. in the morning with a flat. They came out before 7 changed my tire to the spare and took the flat tire in to be repaired. They contacted me and said that the tire wasn't ruined. The cost of the roadside service and repair was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them

Just stopped by here while doing work from out of town, tire pressure was getting low and they hooked me up with some air to help me get by until I can get my company car into the shop we work with. They were super professional and fast, would come here for all my tire needs if I lived here in benson!

Great experience here today. Called the shop and they were very professional and answered every question that I had. Would definitely recommend them for the North Carolina area if you need rims and tires put on last minute.

Been searching for the perfect tire shop since leaving my home town in NY two years ago. I found it! No miscellaneous charges/fees plus fast and friendly service from the two gentlemen running this small business. One set price for all 4 tires. The guy ahead of me said he would go nowhere else. Well, neither will I! You won t be disappointed (unless you re looking for fancy waiting room with blaring TV). Enjoy this shop in a country setting.

Family Tire Shop is my new found family and mechanics. Don't let the tire name deceive you, they are also knowledgeable in other mechanical areas as well. They just finished replacing my brake pads quick and efficient. Had a great experience with these guys when I got my tires replaced last Monday. They were extremely nice and professional, even when I forgot to bring cash and had to drive to the bank after the tires were already swapped out. I'll be going back anytime I need to get my tires changed for sure.

been here a few times and there hasnt been a single time it took more than 15 minutes to fix my tire. open late and are very friendly and informative, will be coming back for sure.

Fast, friendly service with all your tire needs in a pinch. As a business owner, I pride myself on great customer service, so I know it when I experience it. This shop has both great tire service and customer service. I will patronize them again with no hesitation. You should too!

I was stuck with a dead car battery but after a short phone call they were on the way to fix that. They got there within 10-15mins and got my car jumped off. Great customer service. 10/10.
