These folks are FANTASTIC!! Waited 2 hours on the side of I40 with my 3 kids for insurance to send some help which never happened. Called Keith and he and his wife were there in less than 30 mins. All I needed was my spare to be properly inflated, which he did, while his wife spoke with my kids who were pretty stressed out at that point. They helped me load my belongings back into my car and then followed me several miles to the next exit to make sure I made it OK. Honestly some of the best customer service I have ever received! Thanks again you guys!!

These folks are actually angels. I was letting my friend drive my car and she ran us into a ditch. It was raining and she couldn t see. We were 100 miles from home. We were broke and had nowhere to turn. Keith saw us as it happened and pulled us out in the middle of a storm. That was a few months ago and I lost their card until now. Yall are amazing, I wish all businesses had the same heart as yall. Give them all your business and be thankful. they literally saved my life. Thank you forever.

Great experience. While having your car broke down on the side of the highway is never fun, Keith came to the rescue. Arrived quickly after the initial call, got my car loaded up, and safely dropped off back at my house. Very personable, reasonably priced, and great customer service. Keith even called the next day to check on everything and to make sure there was nothing else I was needing. Highly recommend to anyone in the surrounding areas.

Great service response. The owner is self employed professional. Great response time during my time of need. Lives in the area so he knows where to take your vehicle. Easy to talk with and knows his business!

Waited 6 hours for AAA and we finally gave up, so I called Clifton s and spoke with Laura. She took a frustrating situation and made it easy and comforting. Called at 11:00pm, by 11:30 my car was picked up and they towed it an hour away for me without any gripe. I can t express how amazing Laura was, she sent two receipts per request, answered all my questions and 12:30am sent us images of the drop off, while detailing any next steps. Will certainly use again!

Keith and Laura are outstanding, and I VERY highly recommend them if you are in need of a tow in the Benson area. I needed their help and they answered right away. I felt like I had known them for years. They went above and beyond to make sure my truck was put in a safe place as well as made sure I was not stranded anywhere. I couldn't ask for better service!!!

I ll make it short and sweet. I m not local to eastern NC.2/16/23: Traveled 5 hours from western North Carolina to Raleigh to purchase a used car. 1 hour later I m stuck like chuck on the side of I-40 with no business in sight and a bad fuel pump. Called the first tow service on google who told me he couldn t help for 2 hours. Called Clifton Roadside Recovery who told me to send him my location. Keith showed up in less than 10 minutes with the roll back ready to get me off the interstate. At this point my mind is spinning on how I m going to get my car back to Asheville and repaired and what am I going to do. During my own crisis management time Keith got me back to his lot and his wife Laura stood there helping me think of ideas to get myself out of this mess. Long story short Keith reminds me of some good friends back west. Good old boys who will help anyone in need. Thank you so much for your hospitality. The least I can do is write a thought out constructed review on google. I was happy to meet Keith however I hope I never have to meet him again. But if I m ever stuck in the eastern part of the state I know exactly who to call. Wonderful customer service. Had a blowout on 95 today and a local shop, Woods recommended this company and thinks highly of Keith. He met me where I was stranded very timely and de-escalated what would have been an extremely stressful.With his kindness, promptness and professionalism, he took me and my work van where I needed to be and everything was as right as rain.Definitely recommend his services to anyone and everyone.

Clifton s Roadside came to my aid last night. Keith and his Son went right to work. Unlike my crashed van, they were like a well oiled machine. After a few skilled hooks and tugs at the cables, the wreckage began to move like a well choreographed ballet. Very fast and personable. They came to my aid in the middle of the night and helped soothe an otherwise stressful situation after hitting an animal. They also took care of my vehicle in their yard until my insurance was finally able to get it to a shop.

Keith and Laura at Clifton Roadside recovery were amazing. Reached them on the phone on the first try, they came faster than I expected and they were incredibly friendly! The car was out of the ditch in no time and they didn t leave until they made sure everything was okay.
