I came in the get my powersteering looked at. Left the car there. Got a call back an hr later. Gave them the OK and got my car back in 2 days. They did a fantastic job. No complaints. Will come back if I ever need anything else on my car worked on.

Aaron is a genuinely good dude. Prices are reasonable and I didn t feel taken advantage of or talked down to as a single female like I have at most other repair shops. The staff here treated me with respect and are genuine and honest people. I ll never take my car or future cars anywhere else. Service like this is how you build loyalty, and honestly businesses and proprietors like this are far too rare these days

Called for a quote for replacing power steering pump. Said they couldnt quote unless they looked at car. Price ended up being $300 over other quotes ive gotten so decided to take it elswhere and they still charged me $72 just for looking at it and telling me what i already knew needed fixing. Didnt tell me upfront there even was a diagnostic fee. Never had a mechanic do that before, not even chains like meineke who milk you for every penny. So tired of being taken advantage of by shops like this. I told the receptionsist "i wish yall wouldve told me upfront about that fee" and she responded "its 30 minutes of labor..." as if i shouldve known. i wish i made $72 in 30 minutes. Thats several hours of my labor down the drain, but i know that doesnt matter to y'all.Response: don t know why I can t respond to owners comment, so doing so in this edit-That s great but y all should ve been transparent about the fee from the beginning, especially when you knew upfront I just wanted a quote.

Very friendly staff. They fully expected each repair item with exact cost. They also let me know which repair was more urgent with a scale of 1 to 10. I definitely will come back if my car needs service again.

My 1996 Dodge Ram Van wouldn't start. I called TRC and spoke to Aaron. I had my Van towed to them. The mechanic identified the fuel pump and ECM were defective. Aaron searched hard and was able to locate an ECM that would fit my Van. Parts were installed and my van now starts. A delivery driver accidentally hit my spare tire cover on the back of my van causing some damage. Aaron's mechanic, I believe his name is Mike was able to fix the damage. Everything looks good and Van is working. I want to thank Aaron and his mechanics for a great job. My Van is very sentimental to me and I wanted it working. TRC's pricing was very reasonable and they have very knowledgeable mechanics. I trust them and they will receive my future business. Again thank you for a fantastic job.

I just dropped my pick up off. My first impression is that the shop is clean and organized, the workers were all busy but no one seemed stressed or in a hurry. Music was playing and it looked like a good place to work.My belief is that any business that treats thier staff and employees excellently will also do right by thier customers.I will update this next week once i get my vehicle back. Im expecting to have a good report. They did not disappoint. 5 star service

I was very please with the work and the price I received from TRC. They informed me immediately when a part was late giving me the opportunity to get my car if I needed it until the part was available. I would recommend them if you want quality at a decent price.

Went there my whole life and always treated me right until currently brought my infinity there for no power steering and was told I needed a software update from infinity thank god the mobile mechanic who barely speaks English re taped some wires and fixed the problem and saved me 800$

TLC is a veteran owned business. Always honest, dependable and friendly when called or having work done.All of our vehicles are serviced by their knowledgeable and professional employees in a timely manner.Would absolutely recommend this shop for inspections or repairs!

I just got my brake pads and rotors replaced here for my SUV. Both Erin (or Aaron) & Dave are honest, knowledgeable and courteous. They didn't try to sell me anything that wasn't required. They recommended what was needed. They were straight to the point on the diagnosis and the service was fairly priced. I will definitely use their services again!Service: Brake service & repair

I took my car to TRC on the advice of a person at Autozone. I was able to make an appointment to have my car checked out, for the next week. Every other repair shop in town wanted me to drop my car off and leave it until they could get around to it! My car was diagnosed the day of my appointment and they had the parts by the next day and had it fixed the 3rd day. I was very happy with them and would definitely recommend them.

This place is a gem! All of the young men there were professional, friendly, polite, and hard-working. Despite being busy and it being a Friday, they stayed over to assure I got my car back. I was kept updated and informed of everything they were doing. I will definitely be back with any future car needs. New customer. Called them on Wednesday August 24th. Aaron got me in by Friday to look at why my wife s Traverse would not turn over. Most other places in town were a week or two out. These guys are Great!!! Took the time to explain in detail what needed to be repaired on the air conditioning and the cost. We have become loyal customers of this place. They were honest and fair with my daughter when she had her vehicle towed in and that is a rarity. We have since had another car towed in and repaired, and get regular maintenance work completed by them. They do quality work and they do it quickly.The shop is clean and organized. 10 out of 10.

I love this place the owner and everyone is amazing there always polite.There prices are the best. I have been going there for years. Will never go anywhere else. These guys are absolutely amazing. My fiance & I have been doing business with them since we moved to NC in 2019. They're kind, extremely informative and knowledgeable. Surprisingly one mechanic that understands that things are expensive and will work with you as much as they can. If you don't go to them you 100% should. I wouldn't put my money anywhere else.
