They are honest and I can tell they know what they are doing. I went to a shop before them and was told to spend 1k on what they said was multiple issues on this one noise. But when I came here with my 2001 Acura Integra, it was just because of a smaller issue which just came to about paying a whole lot less and fixed the issue and noise. The people they are great and I love theyre stories about cars and also how they have an R32 with a 1JZ which is crazy!

Came to Johnny for a brake job including all new calipers. My Toyota Tundra had significant rust on it and made the job much more difficult for Johnny. Despite this he got the job done quickly and did it right. I haven t had an experience nearly as pleasant at any of the big chain automotive service places I ve been to in the past. I was having an overheating problem on my 2008 Infiniti g35, brought it to Johnny and he took good care of me. First honest mechanic I ve met in Charlotte. Straight to the point, gave good advise on what I needed to replace and things to look out for in the future.
