Andy worked a miracle on my 2018 Camaro! He provided a quote up front that was VERY reasonable and honored it when the work was complete. He didn t just remove a dent, he removed a CREASE in my Camaro s fender (see the pics)!! He is honest, does amazing work having 30+ years of experience, and at a VERY reasonable price that is a fraction of what a body shop would cost for dent repairs. Definitely give Dent Wizard and Andy a call before taking your car to a body shop for dent repairs. I will!

When someone backed into my new car recently, it left a raised spot on the bumper which I thought would require full bumper replacement. After talking with the crew at Dent Wizard, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they could not only repair the area but that they could do it for $134. I'm so glad I didn't file it on my insurance, because I would have paid way more in raised premiums. My bumper looks almost new and I saved a ton of money! I will definitely use these guys again in the future if the need arises.

Went in to get a small door ding repaired. Was quoted outrageous prices from autobody shops. Came across Dentwizard and they not only took care of the door ding but was also very affordable. Definitely will be my go to place from now on.

Good place very respectful staff but they couldn't help me out with my forest find lol its ok tho they gave my some honest advice and didn't take advantage of me so all in all good place

Andy Peppas is my go to guy to remove dents. I have used him various times over the last 18+ years. He always amazes me with the way he can make a dent disappear. Do not hesitate to give him a call. He can take out much more than simple dents. He is a miracle worker and truly a Dent Wizard

Andy of Dent Wizard in Belmont is truly a magic man! He really did some magic work on our Honda Civic, and made it look new after we brought it in from some recent hail damage. I am truly impressed. He is a straightforward-pulls no punches kinda guy, and does what he says. He handled all of our insurance paperwork with no issues, and got the job done ahead of schedule...even in our current societal climate - he did exactly what he promised. Don't listen to any negative posts. I was referred to him from another company that knows the business, and you can tell this guy knows his stuff. I would not hesitate about going back again. Thank you Andy!!

Andy does incredible work and is great guy! I had the pleasure of watching him work his magic on the dent I put in the hood of my SUV. I will definitely be taking any more dents or damage to him in the future. Andy can get dents out that others won't even attempt and will be honest with you about what can and can't be done. I highly recommend Andy!

Andy Peppas has repaired people's cars where I work and I have personally watched him make various dents just disappear. So when my new 4Runner got a dent underneath the door handle I knew exactly who to call. I thought that this damage was in a difficult location for repair plus the paint also looked damage. Andy was able to push out the dent with his tools and somehow the paint even looked OK. I was impressed! I also had him repair a small door ding on another car and it also completely vanished. Andy Peppas is very talented and he is also a super nice guy. I highly recommend using his services.

I had two small door dings in my car that had been bugging me for a year. Yesterday I finally decided to get them fixed. I checked the reviews for Dent Wizard at Andy Peppas' shop and overall they were very favorable. When I took my car, Andy promptly provided a reasonable estimate. I asked when I should come back to pick it up he said just sit tight he would have it done in 15 minutes. Fifteen minutes later he brought my car out with absolutely no trace of the dents. Unbelievable. If I had known it would be this reasonable and fast, I would have had the repair done a long time ago.

I went to see Andy The Dent Wizard of Charlotte to repair a dent on the passenger side front finder of my wife s new Car.He gave me an upfront estimate, which was extremely reasonable, and he worked his magic on the fender dent and completed the repair. He did such a great job that there's no way anyone could tell a dent was ever there.I would highly recommend him to anyone !!!!!!!!Great Job Andy

Very very reasonably priced and you get exactly what you need and that s dents fixed quickly. Plan to leave your vehicle for him to work on and come back within an hour and a half and will be done. I purchased a car for my dad online and when we received it realized the dents you couldn t see in the pics. This guy took all 11 of them right out before I gave it to my father which was awesome. Thanks again!!!

After receiving two dent repair estimates that were too high, I took our Ford F-150 truck to Andy at Dent Wizard. He gave me a very reasonable price and fixed the dent while I waited. Great job at a good price. I couldnot ask for anything more. TT

As the regional recruiter for the mid-Atlantic area at Dent Wizard, I really enjoy working with the Area manager for NC, Kyle Setzer. He earned his position and respect in the field with technicians and in the corporate office with internal employees and with the executive staff. Not only is he very down to earth and very approachable but he is very humble. When speaking to him about a candidate I'd like to consider for any of his openings, he shows he cares about what he does and who he decides to hire. He is always willing to give anyone a chance and that is something you don't really see in the automotive industry. Body shops and many companies are always looking for an experienced person. If more people in management thought big and long term, they would see that investing in people eager to learn the business and grow with the company; could be our most loyal employees. Thank you for being a pleasure to work with at Dent Wizard Kyle!!

Andy is amazing. The guy Steve that left the review probably brought a car in that was completely wrecked. I would disregard his post. I brought my brand new car in with 10 dents on the hood and fender from someone sitting on the car. Andy gave me a quote and time and did the job way beyond my expectations in the exact time quoted. I would highly recommend this shop. They have excellent customer service and quality work.

I had a really good experience with Dent Wizard. Andy was very friendly and explained the entire process to me. I actually watched the entire repair and was impressed with the results. Dent Wizard just isn't for hail damage, they can repair very large dents as well. The cost was very, very reasonable and I would highly suggest using then for your paintless dent needs.

My trip to Dent Wizard was an excellent experience. the guy Kevin that I talked to is extremely knowledgeable new exactly what I needed before I even got to the point. the guys at NTB were all so nice as they passed all said hey just make me feel right at home. There were also these really nice men and women running around in bright orange shirts smiling and just like happy as they could be. They called themselves porters when I asked what they did. one of the most professional places I think I've been in a very long time. When I got my car back I was thrilled all the dents were gone and they had it completely detailed for me a very low price. Thank you Dent Wizard.

I visited Dent Wizard to fix a passenger side crease (almost 10 cms) and Andy did a great job. The price is fair. It turned out well. I was amazed on the skill he used to make it happen. So perfect... I recommend him to anyone... I already recommended to some of my friends...... Good job Andy ....

My new car that was less than 6 months old when it got a deep dent over the door from road debris. I didn't want to have it repainted as it is always difficult to match the paint so I went to Dent Wizard. They were able to completely remove the dent at a price that was far less than repainting. I highly recommend them for any type of dents. Both the quality of the repair and the price were excellent.

I just returned from a visit to the Dent Wizard, Andy Peppas, with my new-to-me 1992 Porsche 911. He did his magic to remove 8 or more dents on this car which had been incurred by the previous owner. Andy does indeed do magic. I defy anyone to now find where these dents were prior to my visit. This is not the first time I've taken one of my "high line" cars to Andy, and every time the results are all the same--SPECTACULAR! Andy is the best! He has been in the business since 1991, and he was trained by the original Dent Wizard, the creator of the process. I promise you'll find no better paintless dent removal in all of Charlotte. I've seen work done by some of the others. If you have a classic or high line car in need of paintless dent removal, go to Andy. His work is the best by far and his prices are very reasonable and more than fair.

Mr. Peppas did an excellent job on my car for a very reasonable price. He was able to get out a dent that another dent repair company had been unable to get out. He was very professional, reasonable, efficient and did quality work. I would highly recommend him.

I highly recommend this place. I took my truck to Andy who had it for about 4 hours or so to fix two dents. He did an amazing job and can't thank him enough especially for the price I was given, which was more than fair. Again I recommend it and will take future business here.

From the start, Andy (the owner) was nothing but professional an effecient. I called him on Monday and he sent a reaponse via text to send him some pictures of the damage, which I did. He sent a quote right over the phone and told me to come in. Within an hour my car was looking brand new. He even found a dent I didnt knew existed and fixed it for no additional charge. His quote was spot on; and the total charge I would consider a very reasonable price. I will absolutely be using his services again (hopefully not too frequently) and would highly recommend. Cheers!

Andy gave us a price after we sent pictures of the dent - it was finished on time and he did a great job. He was very pleasant to deal with and I wouldn't hesitant going back to his business.

I've visited Dent Wizard twice and Andy Peppas did a fantastic job each time. The first vistit was two weeks ago to fix three dents in the hood of my Prius. One of the dents was circular and fairly deep. When Andy did his magic, there is no way you can see the dents. Amazing. Could not have asked for a better result. The second time was yesterday to fix three more new dents on the passenger front and rear doors and the passenger side back quarterpanel from a falling tree limb that raked the side, leaving long, ugly dents. The quarterpanel was really deep. Andy did his magic again and the dents are gone. Again, the result was fantastic. Andy charges a reasonable price for his work and gets the work done fast. Andy is a pro at this and his craftmanship is superb. Don't go anywhere else if you have a dent or ding in your car. I'm refering everyone I know to Andy and would not consider going to anyone but him.

I was referred here from the Tesla shop on Independence Blvd. Kevin assisted me in coordinating the repair of my scuffed rim. He was quick on providing me with an estimate and was able to estimate within +/- 1 hour of the repair being completed. Very good handiwork and professionalism. Thanks.

Andy Peppas is the best. I thought my car had hail damage and he explained to me how it was more likely I had damage from an overhanging tree branch dropping acorns or walnuts. Andy promised me 1.5 hours of wait time and delivered in an hour. Great job and covered things I hadn't noticed until he pointed them out - all for a very reasonable price.

First of all i want to say that Andy Peppas is a great tech and person! And this review has nothing to do with him! But... Dent Wizard sucks! They just screwed me out of $2,800! They consistently are cheating their employees out of money, and have the sorriest excuse for management I've ever seen and a turnover rate that fills up the unemployment office! This is a warning to anyone who would even entertain the thoughts of working for the crooks!

Dent Wizard, Andy Peppas, worked his magic on two half-dollar sized dents on the roof of my car at the base of the windshield. I was told by others paintless dent removal guys of the difficulties of the location, having to remove my headliner, etc... (and many quoted higher than Andy). Andy glue-pulled it and when I say 100% I mean it is truly 100% repaired with zero marks, or reminicants of the dent.If I moved, I would drive hours to have him repair my car in the future. He did an amazing job and I highly recommend him for everything from small dings to some pretty major damage/dents that he is able to repair which many people would write off as needing hammers/bondo/paint. If you care about your car, take it here.

Miserable experience. Had to call Andy (3601 Scott Futrell Dr, Charlotte, NC) twice, just to get directions to shop and hours of service. Each time, it was promised by return text as soon as we hung up. After the second attempt it finally came, about 45 minutes later. Today I called and was told I could come right over, which I did. Andy said he needed another 20-25 minutes. Fine. I did an errand and returned, when I was told he'd need 30-35 minutes to finish another job. I went away and returned. He said he'd be right with me. 10 minutes later I drove off. I'm done with this bad excuse for a business.
