I had a dump trailer cylinder go bad and needing a replacement. Due to this trailer being involved in my business, I needed this job done quickly. When I contacted Martin, he was quick to respond to all of my questions and able to get my trailer fixed and running again in no time. Other shops in the area had 6 week lead times. The quick response from Martin is not why I am giving this company a five star review. They are getting one because he responded to my location on his day off and got the work done in less than two hours due to me stressing about getting it done quickly. He was personable, honest, genuine, and trustworthy. It was nice having someone come out and help in a time of need who understands that people have hard times and with help from each other, we can get through it all. Him coming out and helping me was a blessing and awesome experience. If you are needing any repair work done, I highly recommend Martin to get it done.

This company goes above and beyond to satisfy their customers. I have worked with Martin, the owner for over 20 years and have not met a more honest, trustworthy and dependable person. He's fair and honest, which is hard to come by these days in this industry.

Do Not do business with this company...1. Never advises that they were a mobile repair company, and not a brick and mortar. Then tried to up charge me an additional $110 on the invoice. The thing is, I spoke with Martin (owner) several times over the past week to get scheduled to bring the trailer up to their "address."2. I was quoted 6 hrs of labor to complete the job which only took 5 hours!1hr over...no big deal, right. Pay an extra hour as the cost of doing business... Wrong, the mechanic tried to say that the brake job was 8hrs on the invoice. (See attached)3. Electric trailer brakes won't hold, now says the drums need to be replaced to make them stop instantly after the reassembly was completed as opposed to mentioning it during the brake job. Which will not pass DOT inspection.The mechanic managed to call me during the process to advise that the oil seals provided FROM THE MANUFACTURER were incorrect, but then called back to advise they were correct, why couldn't he advise of an actual problem like uneven drum wear!I paid the $438.88 invoice to keep me from going to prison. I repeat, do not do business with this company.

These guys are so helpful and thoughtful. While they were working on my truck, they took the time to talk with me and explain what they repaired on my truck and trailer. These people are one of a kind and very rare in this industry. A++ from me!

Carolina Trailer repair, has a vast knowledge of all the things that can go wrong with trailers ,tractors and trucks, we could not do with out their help , fair pricing and quick response.
