My husband and I purchased a truck from Adam and it was a seamless and pleasant experience! Adam was prompt in communicating prior to the purchase and met us the very next day at the lot for a test drive. He talked us through the sale with a "no-pressure approach" and made the entire purchasing experience very easy. We would absolutely recommend buying from Brown's!

Can t say enough good things about this dealership! Drove 2 hours to look at a truck, fearing the buying process my bank made a mistake and Browns did everything they could to make it right and they did! Highly recommend!

The best car buying experience I ve ever had. Adam was awesome to deal with. Very down to earth and relaxed. No pressured environment and upfront and honest about any little issue on the truck I was buying. I bought the truck a few days ago and haven t had one issue. I will definitely recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to check Brown out. Great guy running a great business.

After searching several used car dealers, I was consistently let down by the quality of the vehicles and the price they were going for. Then I found Brown's. I worked with Adam Brown and he was awesome. His inventory is generally trucks, Jeeps and that kind of thing. But I was in the market for a car and he went and found one just like I wanted. The deal I got was fantastic and the car was in great shape. I would highly recommend Brown's Used Auto! Best used car dealer I've ever worked with!

So far it was the best buying experience I ve ever had! Adam was very easy to deal with. He gave me a good advice on car loan options. Very honest and helpful without being pushy at all! Great communication during the whole process! No hidden fees! It s been a month since my purchase and I have no issues with the car whatsoever. Used car dealers have garnered a certain reputation, and maybe with good reason. While shopping around at other dealers in the area I got the feeling they didn't want to spend much time with me. Adam did, and listened to what we were looking for and the budget we had. He was honest (as much as he could be about a car(s) he purchases from others) and upfront, along with the other friendly family members helping in their business. Very reasonable in pricing. I don't buy cars very often but from now on it will be with Brown's.

These guys are fantastic. If you're sick of dealing with sleezy used car salesmen, then you've found the right place to make an honest, fair transaction. I drove over 100 miles to get to this dealership and it was well worth it. Adam Brown was the one who helped me, and he went above and beyond to assist even when it was not necessarily required of him to make the sale. We were able to discuss most of the details of the vehicle and other aspects of the prospective transaction over the phone and when I arrived everything was exactly as we had discussed. They offered a very fair price on both the vehicle I bought as well as on the vehicle I traded in. Adam told me that his grandpa, who still works at Brown's Used Autos, started the business about 45 years ago. This is a family establishment and it encompasses exactly what you would expect of that type of business. Good honest folks who aren't looking to hustle anyone. Based off my experience with these guys, I would highly recommend them!

Had an excellent experience buying a used truck from Brown's. Was treated fairly and honestly the entire time and never felt like I was being sold the "used car salesman" hassle. Adam answered any questions I had, was completely honest and friendly, and, honestly, had great quality vehicles on his lot to choose from. I even drove all the way to Belmont from the SC Lowcountry to look at my truck and it was exactly what I saw in the pics and description. I would recommend anyone in the market for a guaranteed non-lemon and a very comfortable buying experience to speak with them and see what they have to offer.

I am a local attorney and have had great experiences with Adam Brown over at Brown's Used Autos. He carries quality cars and trucks. He is also an ethical and trustworthy businessman. You can't go wrong with Brown's. Give them call. You will not be disappointed.

First I will say that the car transaction was excellent - everyone was very nice and easy to work with. Unfortunately, I do feel we were mislead with the condition of the vehicle and have had a constant slew of mechanical issues from the moment of it was purchased. Within 1 day the AC started blowing hot ($500 repair), 1 week later the car started shuttering on take off and I was told by Hyundai it would need a new rear differential ($3000 repair), and then 2 weeks later the clear coat started peeling off the trunk. Dealer claims to have their cars inspected before selling but I highly doubt these issues were unknown when this car was sold. If the price seems too good to be true, it probably is.

I have purchased a used Golf TDI at Brown's. Wanted to compliment their great services and good selection of vehicles. They are VW Diesel experts so I would definitely suggest to try them, if this is what you are looking for.Other than good service and a great car, we were also happy with the price.I would highly recommend Brown's!

Adam was great to work with. We bought a 2013 Corvette 427 from Browns Auto in February. They were very easy to deal with, and Adam was very knowledgeable about the car. We will use Browns in the future.

Called on a F250 Diesel and then traveled from Raleigh to see it. After returning on the test drive the 4x4 hung up. Adam explained it might be a sensor which is very affordable to replace. Being a little wary of taking it home he offered a couple hundred off the price and would write us a check. Got home the problem was what Adam diagnosed and sent him a bill never expecting to receive a check back. Got the check today! What a pleasure it is doing business with a quality CIADA dealer!

Inventory looks identical to the pictures so you get what is advertised. The prices are affordable. The staff is knowledgeable, understanding of a customer's needs and most of all, not pushy to make a sale. I highly recommend this business for all.
