I have been to auto part shops all over the country and I can say without a shadow of a doubt that this is the best chain shop I have ever been to. Staff is always extremely friendly and goes well above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to helping customers and it's been like this for years. They once spent over 30 mins helping me change out a headlight that wasn't cooperating with me. When most shops either refuse to help or look at you crazy when you ask, this shop will do whatever it takes to give you assistance.

Purchase two Duralast Gold AGM batteries jume 2023 , for my jetskis , octubre 2023 battery s are completely dead , try to recharge both batteries no luck . I was told Duralast was the best battery Autozone has. Probably the shelf life was completely out, when I install the batteries the voltage was fairly low but I was able to ride my jetskis , this is completely unacceptable, 4 month later two batteries are bad .

I left the freedom drive branch and came here because the staff was so disrespectful. The staff here makes you feel welcome and does everything they can to assist you, unlike freedom drive. I would definitely recommend this place,and it's the location I'll be returning to from now on.

I'm giving 5 stars for Javier. They couldn't find my warranty for battery!!! Until I came back and Javier helped and found right away and did an amazing job. That's the QUALITY of leadership they need. I was about to give up on buying there but now I see it depends on employee applying the great policies they have.

Jerry T. at the Belmont, NC (Wilkinson Blvd). AutoZone was amazing! He not only helped me with replacing my car battery, which was under warranty... he also helped me with ordering some other parts I needed and when they came in (next day!) he helped me with installing them. A++ Customer Service and I highly recommend this store because of that! Thanks + much appreciate it!

I broke down basically pulling into the parking lot. The staff was so sweet and helpful, he took care of the problem and I was back on the road within 15 minutes

I came in here to buy some universal joints for one of my work vehicles. The gentleman behind the counter was not very friendly, and was very confident that the ones that he gave me were the ones that I needed.And I told him it did not match up with my mechanic said he very rudely said I ve been in Mechanic for 20 years. These are the ones you need to have a good day Well, now I got a return them but however, I will not be seeking the right ones from the store ever again.Your customers are the life blood of everything. If you do not take care of them, they will find somebody else who will.I never expect employees to care as much as business owners, but that is why I do reviews. It gives the business owner a chance to contact me and make things correct and show that they care an extraordinary amount. If they do not, the reviews remain the same, and people can come to their own conclusions from their experiences if they choose to proceed .I do not appreciate the waste of time, and the fact that I have to pay my mechanic again to come back and put the right ones on that O Reilly will be supplying me in the morning.

These guys were so nice and helpful!!! They deserve 10 stars for friendliness and professionalism!I came here for all 3 wiper blades, right fog light and left brake light. They sold me the items AND put them on the car for me! It took them no time at all and they were so kind. I really, really appreciate them.If you need help, go here for sure! Thanks guys!

Had a week battery that was previously purchased several years ago there. Records showed it on file. They cleaned and installed replacement and in minutes we were back on the road.

Every single time I come here I have a hard time getting the part I need. The first time was for a vetc solenoid which wasn t in stock he told me it will get the the store the next day. Perfect! Next day around 5-6pm I went to pick up the part I had already paid for the previous day when they ordered it. It wasn t there so I asked for my money back. Today I went to get brake shoes for my rear drum brakes. They had 3 different sizes and no one knew which size I needed. He said go with the smaller ones. So as he told me I got the smaller ones and asked him what the difference was he said, I m not sure the bigger ones are probably for the sportier model to which I replied well I have the ex model so shouldn t I get those? He said no it will be fine! WRONG! So I had to exchange the smaller ones for the bigger size like I should ve gotten in the first place! When I went to return them he said you never told me ex!!! YES I DID NOT ONLY DID I TELL HIM 1994 HONDA CIVIC 1.6 SOCH EX ABOUT 4 TIMES BUT BOTH MY HONDAS SHOULD ALREADY BE ON FILE SINCE I SHOP AUTOZONE OFTEN! Now I can t figure out if it s because I m a female buying car parts or if these guys are just dumb and unhelpful. The really funny thing is there is always about 2-3 Hondas parked outside the store that are driven by employees. On of them you can even tell is currently being worked on! So how do these guys not know what I need when they clearly have experience working on them also??!! I am extremely disappointed and will no longer be returning to this location.

Very nice staff, but please let customers know you all give military discount especially if you see the Veteran with his VA hat on!! Don't say oh we'll give you 10% for inconvenience when you all in reality looked over to my husband and saw his hat!! But I guess that means I have to ask if they honor military discounts everywhere I go!! So, partly my fault!! Overall, very nice staff!!

Had a dying battery they were able to quickly diognose the issue with me. They even wheeled out a cart and installed it for me all in under 15 minutes. I feel much better with winter right around the corner. Staff was competent and friendly as well.

Great store staff and customer service !!! 5 star to these guys and a big shout to to Pat on Wilkinson ! True southern hospitality ! Went in today and was at a lost ! Not only did he problem solve, he was able to fix it there on the spot ! And was able to educate me on the parts ! Truly thankful ! Thanks again Patrick!

If I can give them 0 stars I will. The manager is very rude for one. I order a part over the phone and a guy picked another part that I didn t ask for. Once I came to get the part I then ask to speak with a manager because I wanted a refund. She wouldn t give me a refund until I start raising my voice. Then she put the money back on a auto zone card. I will never come back here. I want my money back not a autozone card.

My family was about 5 hours from home when we started having engine issues. The highly competent and quick working folks at the Belmont Autozone went above and beyond IMO to get us back on the road. Thanks for the great help when we were in a pinch! I've been a fan of AutoZone stores for several years now, as they always seem to employee very knowledgeable and helpful staff.

Best customer service I have ever witnessed at an Autozone! Every associate interacted with me AND every customer that walked in. This is during a busy hour mind you. The associate who helped me took the time to come out to my truck and assist me with my lighting as he saw I was still having trouble. Helped provide me with a solution to my problem and held great a conversation. Only negative to this experience is that I live in Matthews and wish I had access to this crew near me ! Keep being grea Guys!!

Called into the store for a price on brake pads and got a really good deal on the store brand but then I was told for just a couple more dollars I could get a set of ceramic pads. Tammy was my sales lady on the phone and picked my order for me. She could have just left me with a store brand but was nice enough to sell a different product. Went into the store and it was clean and well stocked. I met Tammy when I walked in the door was welcomed by her. She took the time to talk to me about some other parts I may need to get to complete my task. Thanks Tammy.

They weren't open at 7:30 when they were supposed to be, I had to wait for them to unlock the door. Then I had to wait for service even though I was literally the first and only customer. I got my battery tested and the guy told me it was fine. The next morning I had to have my car towed and to buy a new battery.

Placed an order for pickup, and instead of completing it as a pickup, the guy (Pat I think?) rang up a new part so I was charged twice. When I came back he wasn t very helpful and I had to call customer support for 30 minutes to get it all resolved.

Very helpful even though I stopped in just 10 minutes before closing. Needed to cobble together a vacuum line for a new evaporative emissions solenoid. Young man who helped me took the time to do all he could without regard to the time.
