Dirty water, unfriendly staff, rushed off the completely empty dock. No instructions were given on approaching fuel dock. We ran aground bc we approached from the port side instead of starboard. A very pretty spot, but as soon as we declined an overnight slip we were dismissed. One of the least friendly stops we have made on the ICW.

Knowledgable and friendly dock hands. Cute ships store with beer/wine and great prices. Peaceful quiet dockage. Just a couple blocks to cute shops & restaurants. We'll be back!

Well maintained, clean, easy access, free laundry and golf cart. Shops and eateries walking distance. Wish the owner crew the best. Will stop there again. Dock has huge fenders to protect your boat.

Enjoyed our stay at Belhaven Marina. We stayed for 3 nights. Staff were friendly, facilities were clean, stores are close by and they have a golf cart you can use for things that are further away. Also, they are dog friendly which is important for me. Will stop here again.

There really isn't anything more you can ask from a marina. Greg and Leslie work their tails off to make this place a destination. Large fender balls lining the dock. Unbelievably clean individual bathrooms and showers (with towels provided). Free laundry! Awesome little bar with beer wine and cigars with a raised deck overlooking the harbor. This small NC town is experiencing a revival and it should not be skipped while traveling the ICW.

I absolutely loved this marina! Warm, welcoming, beautifully decorated. Very nice washroom and shower facilities. The free laundry was incredible. The use of the golf cart to go get provisions was a huge added bonus! Gregg and Leslie were amazing.

This place is awesome, you can walk to a bunch of nice restaurants, hardware store, or take free golf cart to food lion.Gregg the dockmaster is friendly and will go out of his way to help.Clean bathrooms and showers, free clean towels,free laundry, I highly recommend this marina, competitive rates too. We liked it here so much we spent 4 days here...Donnie

Really nice, dedicated team (special mention to Brad the owner and Gregg the harbor master) up before dawn and still helping late arrivals long after dark in challenging conditions. The cool amenities mentioned on their website are for real! (eg. loaner golf cart to get to the supermarket, fresh bath towels, shampoo, etc. and a sweet little beer and wine deck to catch the sunset!)P. S. The town has a couple of worthwhile restaurants too!

Have stayed many times during my sailing on my way North or South before returning home in Morehead City NC.There should be a special category like PREMIER? as this marina not only should set the standards but also an example of what a cruiser wants/expects when looking for a transient slip to rest, seek refuge or enjoy.The facility is on a never end of improvements, since may last visit there are new supersize ball fenders to protect the hull, widened the side walkways to facilitate boarding, picnic area with games and hammocks.There is a jar for suggestions, hard to improve perfection.!!!Showers gave me ideas for some improvements needed in my house!!!Towels, soap, hair shampoo, a hair dryer, this is like been home!!!!Somebody complaint there were no towels?how many times you forgot to check in your home?Not only bought a cap for me but taking an extra for a neighbor kid, he will love it!A block away, the most friendly town you will find, a well stocked hardware store, excellent eateries, the name Belhaven says it all.

Very friendly and helpful staff. It got a little rough one night when it was blowing HARD. No biggie though. Water was off due to cold.. understandable

My favorite Marina I have visited from Canada to here!Friendly staff....and great services.They have thought of everything and still are open for input.*free laudnry (with supplies)*clean showers with everything you need*in slip fueling* beutiful grass with activitiesFamily feel!

Excellent facilities and staff. Gregg the Harbor/Dockmaster and Leslie were exceptional and took good care of us and our boat. We even got a ride to the grocery store from Brad the owner! Looking forward to our next stay.

The dock hand was exceptional at helping get docked in very rough and windy conditions. It s would been even easier if the other two sitting inside would have helped. The poor review is more about the lack of power and water at full price. When I made the reservation I was not told there was no power or water. Yes the power was turned off to all boats who had access while they did some upgrades but we were put on a dock with no power poles. We technically had access to water if we strung 3 or 4 hoses together. There are better option near by.

Interesting facility. Close to town. Golf cart is available for groceries. Very well stocked hardware store (including marine related parts). We stayed a couple of days. Laundry & groceries.

Quaint little town. Not much open on Monday or Tuesday's. Must try Gingerbread Cafe. They do breakfast and lunch.Great anchorage with dinghy dock.

Visited last weekend with my Bayliner 185 to do some river exploring and berthed the boat for two nights and was allowed to keep the road trailer there also. Met both Brad and Greg and can't say enough about how incredibly well presented and kept the marina was and how helpful these guys were. Will hopefully be back next year but this time with my Lagoon 42 "Mary Doll".

SUPER! Thank you GREG! Your marina is fabulous! The dockhands (Lindsey) were helpful. The pump-out was fast! The aesthetic was so nautical and fun. LOVE the Gazebo and swing chairs. The crab pot tables are clever. The tiki bar is inviting. We love the selection of outdoor games, as well. And the bathrooms WOWEE! Clean, nautical, well supplied with toiletries and sprays, lots of hooks and benches. They are very clean. 5 stars on just the bathrooms. And we have seen 100s of marina bathrooms. Well done GREG and team.The marina is steps away from a quaint town with great restaurants, shops, and a phenomenal hardware store.We HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will be back to BELHAVEN MARINA.

Two sailors on the ICW here, we docked our 37 foot sailboat with Gregg. This place is amazing! The bathrooms are the best we ve ever seen at a marina. Soap, towels, and nostalgic decor. The marina has some awesome photo opportunities and several lawn games. Usually, we re just happy to be tied up for the night but this place felt like home. The beers in the Marina office were ice cold and the service was perfect. Thank y all so much!

Visited by car. Looks like a place I would like to visit by boat. Boat tie up to bulkhead. Water and electric. Looks like a welcoming place.

Spotless! Top of the line marina Brad and Greg are awesome, from recommendations to restaurants to providing a ride to the liquor store. It s quite picturesque and the small town is darling. Definitely 5 stars

This is a GREAT little marina along the ICW. We stayed here for one night on our trek southward. We have a 44 ft boat, 5 ft draft. No problem with depth. VERY nice people operating (owning?) the marina. Bonus: Lowest fuel cost around, pumped from new tanks. The town is very small but has a terrific Mexican food place 1.5 blocks away. Highly recommend staying here if your journey brings you this route.

Wonderful service all around. Assistance coming in, easy fueling, courtesy shuttle to grocery store, dinner recommendations, very clean facilities, courtesy laundry (!!), lawn games and professional but very friendly service. Leaving in high winds, the assisted expertly. Can t wait to go back!

Great Marina. I believe it was the manager, Greg (early 40s person), who was the best. I told him I was new to boating and by myself and so he came out with two large fenders and was so helpful docking my boat on that windy day. He then gave me ride to get groceries and just helped out with everything. Very nice facilities too. Thanks!!

We were greeted by Greg & Leslie. They keep the place so nice, clean & welcoming! They have so much to offer in this marina with a very nice park feel with games to play, a ship store, extra amenities and they re dog friendly a gem on the ICW for shore Thank you for your hospitality
