Mr. Smith is a honest and fair auto shop owner. If he can't fix what is wrong with your car/truck. He doesn't try to pretend he can just to take your money.

Great, convenient place to get your vehicle worked on. Can usually drop off your vehicle the next day when you call.

Always helpful, honest and fast service with fair prices, Smith's was the first shop I took my vehicles to when I moved to this county and it's the only shop I will use.

I suspect It was the owner who took care of us, but I don't know for sure. He was kind, knowledgeable and professional. He dropped what he was doing and got us out of a bind. We had a big piece of glass in the tire of our Jeep. He tried to plug it, and ended up patching it. Thank you so much Smith's Auto care!

My wife and I had a brake line bust on our truck while we were in town for New Years. I own a shop in Raleigh so going to other places for repair isn't something I do but there was no way we could make it home. Smith's was awesome, we dropped the truck off on New Years Eve and it was fixed in a couple hours for far less than expected. They for sure earned our business whenever we're in town.

I went there this afternoon after putting brand new tires on and the young guy either didn't know how to AND making all kinds of excuses not to balance my two wheels. First he pulled me in and said he " the only way to balance my wheels was to put the wheel weights on the outside lip of my nice aftermarket wheels. WRONG!!! I told him NO. You can't put stick-on weights on the outside lip of aftermarket wheels with a lip on it. He said okay let me try and find another location to put them. Keep in mind, I already had the wheels balanced before from other shops with the weights on the inside. So I sat back in the waiting room, and the young novice employee pulled me back in and said my rim had a bend in it. The bend is was only a slight cosmetic issue on the edge which had NO EFFECT in balancing the wheel. Had these wheels for 3 years with no problems. I would NOT RECOMMEND this shop to anyone. I rather go out of town into Morehead. In my opinion, he just didn't want to do it. This shop need to close its doors forever if it can't balance wheels for customers.

After dealing with the other shops in the area, Smith's is the only shop I'll let touch my vehicles. He's honest and will do everything he can to get you back on the road as soon as possible at the best price possible.

Had an emergency tire issue and Mr. Smith dropped everything to help patch the tire. Great service from a very genuine man. Would highly recommend to all.

Easy to deal with and usually get to your vehicles needs asap smaller establishment with a smaller staff but they get the job done
