Nicest and Best people around. Starter went out on portsmouth island. They had it in stock and delivered it to the ferry for me. Id recommend them to anyone in the area.

Where do I start Napa is possibly the greatest store to ever be conceived the staff there is so totally awesome all the time every time I go in there they always turn my frown upside down I sometimes go when I m having a bad day just to see their smiling and happy faces. The awesome aroma they have in there is second to none it s not every day you can go to a part store and it smells so nice. It s always so clean. They really know their stuff to. Whenever I have a problem they always know exactly what I need. They always give you a load of options. It s like Burger King you can have it your way.

The entire staff at outweigh Napa is extremely awesome helpful and knowledgeable especially Chelsie VanDyken. She goes above and beyond to help out anyway she can cannot say enough about her or the store awesome job guys!

This store is awesome. We go anytime we need parts for anything they can always get what we need. Chelsie normally helps us and is amazing at what she does!

If there was a 1/2 star option that would still be too much.We needed to replace a starter while on the banks, when we brought the used core back they didn't want to give us the credit back as they said they would when we bought the part. On top of that this starter was bought at the same store only 5 years ago but they wouldn't honor the "Lifetime Warranty" because we didn't have the original receipt. The old part had the Napa sticker serial # but they acted like we were trying to rip them off. If you have a choice I would shop elsewhere, this store has a bad attitude and bad parts.

Very nice staff but overpriced and not forthcoming about ordering something that's cheaper that you can have for the same auto part for your own car. But having to wait a few days
