good family owned biz and guys that seem to m know what they are doing and aren't wasting time. they are a little.pricey but not any worse than 90% of the rest of the people.out there and you know they'll do a good job.

i don t ever leave reviews but as there cowboy hat dog greets me at the door (it s halloween today) i just wanted to say this place is the best. if chick fil a was an automotive/car repair place.

Best mechanics around. Reasonable prices and are always quick to get the job done. My family and I always get our cars serviced here too. Recently got my front brakes serviced on my Camry and everything is working great.Services: Brakes, Oil changeServices: Brakes, Oil change

I loved the business when it was Chadwick tire .However now that the new people have taken over service and quality have went down hill and prices have went up .They charge 24.95 for tire rotation Nd another 24.95 to inspect the tire not fix it to inspect and they said it was fine one day later it was leaking and I had to go to anothet shop and have it fixed .They also gave me an apt at 11 30 I called at 2 30 they had not got it in yet and said they might not get it that day,I said then why did I have an apt I had to trailer it there to be fixed and they just threw me to the side.I told them I was coming to pick it back up and suddenly it was in the garage being looked at.I didnt like the way I was spoken too or the the whole situation .there were 2 charges on the bill that should not have been there because the tires were under warranted which she said she would accept and charged me anyway.They are only in it for the money and dont care about people .I had other cars that needed work but I'll be finding another shop I suggest everyone do the same

On vacation and would not have been able to make the drive home with the brake problem. I dropped my vehicle off at 8am. And they called me with it fixed in a few hours. Place was professional, fast, clean and the staff was awesome. Not sure if I would have gotten it fixed that fast in my own home town. Definitely recommend.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

They have always been nice in past .Disappointed they couldn't fix a V.W. head gasket and limit their services now.The owner 30 years back plus was a awesome man who built this business up from working on the locals vehicles since first opening it. Sorry he had to retire .

Took my cousin there to service his truck and no one was available in lobby. We sit in lobby for 15 minutes waiting for someone to come but no one come. We ended up going to Wheatley Boys right down the road and they serviced the truck within 45 mins they were very professional and the place was clean and the staff was awesome

After getting an outrageous quote from a tire place in Morehead City I called Chadwick's Tire. George gave a quote that sounded reasonable so my girl and I headed down east a little ways.So happy I did! Great service, friendly people.

Had alternator problems I thought. They checked, they greased a belt and opened back van door which had a towel stuck in it. I had called from Mount Olive because battery light was on. They advised me what to do. Great people, great service, ,great prices.

Chadwick has always been a local favorite, but now new owners have purchased the business. Let's wait and see how well they do.

Seem like decent people. I found the pictures of the what I assume are the owners children was strange. There was roughly 25 or so images of a boy and a girl in the lobby. I was half way expecting there to be photos in the bathroom... Ha

I take all of my vehicles to Chadwicks. From new Range Rovers to 50 year dump trucks, there isn t much they can t fix. Great to work with, friendly, honest staff and community minded owners.

My husband was towing our boat to Morehead city to launch the boat trailer broke we called Chadwick to have the trailer fixed and towed within15 minutes they were there by the afternoon we received a call from Chadwick telling us the trailer was fixed Everyone who works there are very nice George the tow truck person is awesome Great help to my George all around Great experience with Chadwick except we canceled our boat outing

Review for the repair shop, not the tire shop: charged me $60 just to tell me why my check engine light was on and to clear the computer. Friendly guy, adorable dog, but that's just bogus.

I called Chadwicks Tire knowing that they service small, medium and larger trucks. I had a small box truck with a flat tire in the front. The trucks typically do not have means of changing tires. I called and Chadwicks responded very quickly as I was broke down in a turn lane off of Hwy 70 in Newport NC. They got my spare tire on and I was mobile within 2 hours. I was very pleased!

A few days ago, i took my company truck too them to repair a tire. Ask them to remove said tire and patch it from the inside. Was told he did not have time for that but would plug it. Five minutes later and the plug cost $25.00. next day still leaking. Now i have too get it fixed again.

Got my car back after tire service (3 new tires) with 1 tire obviously low on air (less than 15 psi)(and leaking air)(hole in sidewall). NOT a fan! I would have rated with one star but they brought the car to us.
