Do not use.I dropped my car off with a brake issue and was told they'd give me an update at the end of the day. They didn't call so I did the next day and they said they were still looking at it. Every single update I got was from calling them a day or two after they said they would call me. Even if the update was that they were still troubleshooting, I would've been happy but there was zero communication. I once heard the secretary say "that guy is calling again, would you just talk to him?" to the mechanic one time while she put the phone down but not on hold.They finally said the brake booster needed replacing. This took about two weeks to diagnose and finally replace because supposedly the first one sent by Ford was bad.Fast forward one year, my car has been idling rough since about the time I got it back from them but didn't think that was related to brakes. It finally started quitting while in traffic so I took it to a new mechanic. They troubleshoot the problem down to a vacuum leak...in the brake booster.Long story short, poor communication, slow service, and as it turns out bad maintenance. I will never take a car back here and advise that nobody else does either.

Don t use if you want reliable service!!! Totally unreliable!!! I am a home care nurse and needed my vehicle serviced when a check engine light came on. I originally scheduled an appointment for a Friday but my day off was changed to Wednesday I personally went to shop and inquired if I could change my appointment to Wednesday as I only have 1 day off during the week. The woman that scheduled appointments agreed and I dropping off my vehicle on Tuesday night. When I called Wednesday there was no answer with message left. Thursday morning I was told they just didn t get to it!!! After I had explained how important it was to get my car back. Women at front desk was rude and no explanation offered!!!

Great services so far. Very attentive to problems that were explained great customer service as to keeping me informed of the tow. Picked car up quickly and now timing belt , water pump and new oil seals to come Thanks so far !!.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

I have been bringing my car to these guys for the past couple years and they ALWAYS do great work! Nice, honest people. They always fix what needs to be fixed, reasonably priced.I especially love whenever I get my oil changed there, someone draws a smiley face on the sticker that lets me know when I need an oil change next. It just makes my day!! Specific thank you to whoever draws those smiley faces.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

We loved this garage when it was "Laughton's", so we had some misgivings when Davis took it over a few years ago. Turned out we needn't have worried. These guys have always given us good service at reasonable prices. We still go there for all our service needs (except sometimes for tires if we find cheap deals at a major tire dealer).

Serviced my Ram Promaster 3500 while traveling through. Dropped off in the evening at closing time, and the van was ready by 10 am the next morning. Friendly and reasonable prices.

Bunch of crooks. Tried to tell my girlfriend she needed to replace her brakes and the calipers were stuck. The brakes were just recently replaced. Took to another garage to have it checked out and he couldn't find anything wrong with it. I called the chamber of commerce and better business bureau!

Don't take your vehicle here!! I brought my truck here for an inspection, they tried to tell me that there was a bunch of stuff wrong with my truck, and being a mechanics daughter, I took it somewhere else for a second opinion on it, the second guy found nothing wrong with my truck, and inspected my truck. He told me that he had heard alot of bad things about Davis, mainly that they would use scare tactics on female customers. Never again will I go there!!!

Very professional. Truck broke down, a made a phone call, Their range for the truck to be picked up called me 3 hours later truck was fixed. Save me a lot of money. I will be taken my be a vehicles back to them.Thanks again.

Will and his team are awesome, anytime I have an issue with my vehicle I take my car here.. If I need major repair work done he always checks around to give me the cheapest rate, they are very professional and they even came and pick my vehicle up while I was at work to fix it.. they really have awesome customer service!!!

Our battery light came onwhile on the road to cedar island. It was at fifteen minutes until closing but took us in right away.they replaced alternator first thing next morning. They even helped us locate a car rental and a taxi.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

Davis automotive will come to my house because my husband's not well retrieve the vehicle with the tow truck do the repairs and return the vehicle to me he has come more than once to the side of the road to rescue me they are honest sincere polite and kind
