Tire bars were too short in comparison to what we were looking for but the staff asked us if we needed any assistance and didn t completely ignore us which was nice in comparison to other auto stores. Decent selection on the shelf for what you are looking for and the store seems relatively clean.

This place is absolutely fantastic! The people are very nice and willing to work with you on anything. I don t know much about my vehicle and the employees here were very helpful each time I went. Would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable Auto parts store!

Yesterday I placed order online. Got email saying order ready. Drove 30 miles to store only to be told my order wouldn't be ready for 3 more hours because it hadnt been delivered to the store yet! What?I say I can't wait I will have to come back tomorrow. I ask and they say they open at 9AM.So now its Sunday at 9AM I am at the store and it's CLOSED even though the sign says 9AMI tried calling several of the phone numbers no answer!I wait till almost 930AM no one shows up.So now I am driving the 30 miles back home!!What the heck!UPDATE: Ken the regional manager contacted me and helped get my order. He explained what happened and took care of it promptly. Thanks Ken GREAT JOB. I appreciate all you did. You restored my faith in Autozone. The promptness and the way you handled my issue went above and beyond. Thank you..

Staff acknowledged me as soon as I walked into the store. They helped me find the oil filter I needed and I got a good deal on the oil change, also bought an air filter.Friendly and knowledgeable staff.Thank you

I m new to the Beaufort area and wasn t sure where to go for my battery replacement. I fortunately googled and found out that an autozone was right down the street. I was so impressed with the customer service and how quickly they got me in and out with my new battery. Highly recommend!

I went to have my battery checked. The manager was already outside checking another customers. I waited and then asked him to please help me. He gladly did. And it was my battery. He went inside and got his tools while I paid for a new battery. He then put it all in and cleaned up around the area and was so kind and pleasant. Of course I was asking questions and he answer them gladly. I will continue to use this store and I thank you for all the assistance. I am now a happy camper.

I visited yesterday to replace my headlights. Luis was extremely helpful and replaced both headlights for me. Amazing customer service. I will definitely be back.

I needed a new battery for my suburban and live in VA. So, no tools to do the job myself. Luis sold me the battery, installed the battery, and made sure I was good to go. Many thanks for the help and great service. I even learned a bit watching him swap the battery!

Ordered a battery for my boat with a promise of it arriving by 830 the next morning. Arrived at 9, no battery. The people in the store couldn't have cared less.

Very helpful! They showed me what I needed for my oil and the manager even changed my wiper blades personally. I'm so glad they're in Beaufort!

Stopped in for a battery, was all set to do it myself when the salesman wheeled it out and installed it on the spot. Just beat the rain. Highly recommend the store in Beaufort,NC.
