I had a great experience at MHC Kenworth. The new parts manager was the one who handled my transaction. He was very professional and even took the time to tell my boss over the phone how he could get put in their system with a credit card on file so we would have an account there.

The truck has been in and out of this shop since Dec 27th. It's is now Jan 12, and the truck is still not fixed. Called to check on the truck and was told it would be ready this morning, showed up at 2pm, and is still not ready. Counter staff is friendly but not informed on truck status.

I would give 100 stars, if I could. Amber is such a great person very professional, kind & knows what she is doing. Brandon mechanic that took care of my truck has hands of gold, he fixed the truck , and it drives like magic! Thank you so much, such an amazing people work here. I would definitely recommend this place, to anyone who is seeking help with their truck care. God Bless this place, people and families of those who work here. Purchase batteries here that had more CCA'S than what I took out by 5 months the batteries would barely turn my truck engine , I took the back and they tested them said they were good and I should just charge them these I remind you come with warranty I never experienced anything like this at the other local dealerships .

My truck was in your shop 8/11/23 until 8/25/23 for clutch replacement hardly any communication if any at all since getting my truck back it has been back in the shop to fix what you'll messed up I wish they had negative stars I would give this shop every last one of them this shop has cost me so much time and money if your truck breaks down please do not go to kw of battleboro/Rocky Mount driving or getting towed to any other kw will save you time and money down the road thank me later

Blew an alternator belt on our SUV at night and found amazing hospitality for the family here at MHC KENWORTH. Even more, we were blessed by voluntary and owner-supported help to find and replace the belt. God bless Kyle, both Brandons and the entire team for everything we needed for the emergency repair.

Probably the worst service ever received, and unprofessionalism. Apparently upper management doesn t work on the weekends in order for us to check a truck out. It had cost me an additional $300 just for my driver to travel and pick up another truck due to not having someone to check us out. I ll certainly look to escalate this to whoever is up top, as to understand why I couldn t just pay for my diagnostic and get my truck. Heck, it took 4 days just to look at it. Apparently I was told, Amber doesn t work weekends from what I was told. MHC revolves around a singular person apparently and their timing, and I have to expense to that. Just not right by any means.

Stopped by to see about a new chassis. The salesman was on the phone with what seemed to be a problem. I left my card with the receptionist for him to call me back, so far 3 days later no contact from anyone at the dealership.

Don't take your truck here we took our 2023 Kenworth and we were in the motel for nine days while they just lollygag around and eventually replaced the super high-dollar batteries which was no fix, ended up breaking down on the side of the road just right after.

Great place, great people ! I had a blown airline 5 miles away on Friday night of course:)I ve called and talked to Billy at the service desk. I ve described my problem and he said just stop by and will be taken care of ASAP.I was skeptical - as always about dealerships- but this was a really surprising experience.Billy himself rectified the problem and I was on the road within 1 hour.Highly recommended!!!

Would have given them 5 stars but for the fact they are part of the MHC cabal. Came in off the street and they fixed several issues in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. They are a good group that's accomodating, courteous and professional. I appreciate them getting me up and running in as short a time as they did. Overall, as pleasant an experience as a breakdown can be, and would not hesitate in recommending or using them again. Which is more than I can say for several other MHC locations where I have had completely bad experiences such as the Pit of Vipers that masquerades as a KW dealership in Augusta GA. By all means, steer clear of that group of you can. Once again, only 4 Stars because of the MHC thing, but honestly they are a very good group. My Thanks to them.

Our trans coolers failed in our class A rv. We found MHC to be less than a mile. We drove to MHC without an appointment and they were able to get us up and going on a timely manner. Amber is a superstar and really made me feel confident that everything would be taken care of.

Communication between me and them was horrible. Called multiple times for status updates and either got ignored or blown off. Finally get the call to come pick up my truck and one of the things they where supposed to fix looked worse than it did before I dropped it off. For a shop that works from 0730 till midnight 8 days is far to long for a oil cooler and a drive axle hub seal.

We are very grateful to MHC!! We had a repair done at a different MHC. We all thought it was fixed. We had an issue with the same problem. MHC fixed the problem took total responsibility for the issue. Everyone at Rocky Mount MHC were so kind and friendly. Billy in service took time to help and assist us. If you are a small trucking company or just starting out in trucking you must look at MHC first! We wish we started there!!

Very bad service and big liars told me my ECM was bad and my truck was running fine. I asked to help clear a code they told me to come in, Waited 2hrs before they pulled me. Then took 2hr doing a BOGUS inspection when i never asked for it. I told them to stop my mechanic does that. They were wasting time to come up with something to fix. Then they said my ECM was locked lol when I have never had a password to it and I could look at my own truck on my computer. They did not clear codes he said you still have to pay. They are rip off artist i do not suggest anyone deal with them. They make up big bills to get money out of you.VERY BAD Experience

I had a running light that kept blowing until it just stopped working. I called ahead as I was under a load with a tight delivery appt. in Florida. I talked to Billy and explained my situation. When I arrived I got right in and out of there. Everyone was really nice, took attention to detail and helped me get on my way. Truly appreciate it and wish I got everyone's names who helped me. Esspecially the guy who wrote up my ticket. He really went the extra mile and you don't see that too often these days. Thanks again!

Hands Down TOP OF THE LINE.I have a 2017 T-880 139k miles Had a coolent Issue . I was loosing a lot but no visable signs of were it was going . After a couple places looked at it and finally wanted to pull the injectors out. I called Billie the service manager we discuss things about 15 minutes I took the truck to him he did a visual walk around and diagnose the problem. He got me in quick He -Amber and the MECHANICS Not parts changers ,Which is so hard to find these days did an awesome job. Well worth the drive first class service amd experienced people At MHC BATTLEBORO NcI ll give them a five star rating

Billy and Amber did a great job for us. We were in a pinch on the road picking up a truck and broke down miles from their shop. They jumped through hoops and really helped us out. I only wish they were located in my town so I could use them more. Thanks guys!

This MHC did an excellent follow up on getting my truck repaired, thanks to service manager and MHC staff. My clutch is repaired and in good working order.Thanks you for your dedicated service.

Took my w900 in for engine issues they found a bad low pressure turbocharger an replaced it an saved me a bunch of money .Then 4 months later my w900 had electrical issues so I drove 175 miles passing several other kenworth dealers just so mch in Rocky mount could work on my tractor. I called before hand an advised them of my issues the service manager remember me an told me as soon as I can get their they would get me into shop for evaluation of my tractor issues. I arrived at 3.30 pm they kept their word !! found 2 problems with breakers an relays, repaired issues an I haven't had any issues with any of their repair at all!! ill alway take my tractor to mch Rocky mount first before anyone else touches my truck. Their integrity is 5 stars with me.

This has got to be the worst mhc that we've ever been to. Had our clutch replaced,and it took them5 days. We had to call the police just to make them release our truck. I would advise know one to use them.

They kept us better informed of how everything was getting fixed and when vs. the company my husband actually drives for. They were proactive about fixing things that would quickly be a problem as well.

Charged me over $900 for a easy to change clamp 3-4 inch clamp and charged me over 180 per hour for labor they overcharge for labor and parts avoid at all costs
