Not too bad. 12 PM appointments check in at 11 AM. Check it out and got paper at 2 PM which is wonderful l. I m so happy thanks guys.

Been dropping off picking up my husband for 18 yrs when he needs a ride to work. Always drop off where the drivers park .Never had a problem until recently, wouldnt let me drive in to pick him up! So I backed up almost to 301 entrance, guard walks up to tell me I couldn't park long enough for him to walk to the car, even though I was outside the gate. ! Doesn't make sense! Also, if I need to pick up the truck, not aloud!

They are not gonna let you go unless you bribe them. I ve seen a lot guys walking in the receiving office with $20 bills. I ll never come back this place

No show up more than 30 minutes before your appointment time. No overnight and no nearby parking. More than 5 hours for unloading. More than 15 trucks waiting in line for unloading on the facilities. 0 (zero !)

This place is a joke. Have so much negative word to say but I will keep it to my self. They are scamer in law. Gold diggers I would say.

I saw the reviews but I disregarded them thinking I can get lucky but nah stay away from this place , security guard is rude , not sure if all of them are the same but the guy who answered my phone from the receiving is rude. Got to a door at 12:00 took them 2:30 to unlock 8 pallets. Finally I got a green light , I went to check the back their gate is down, no one in Trl I left , got to security find out I need a gate pass. Went back in the yard I called the number the guy just told me to go back the door that I was at , not telling me why. Hang up on me by saying DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER AGAIN WE WILL CALL YOU

I wish I can give this place nothing no star or nothing no bathrooms they will not going to give you a paper under six hours. I hope this business close down. I don t like it delivering there. I pray to God that business close down

I ve been here before had a poor experience. Why should today be any different. I showed up 45 minutes early and was told to wait in staging area no big deal right. Sat in staging for about an hour and a half then got a door. The lumpers called me to let me know the lumper fee. Paid the fee and waited three hours before they bothered to start the unloading process.Paid $305.00 lumper fee for a five hour unload. Almost eight hours before I got my paperwork. And they wonder why truckers ask how long is this going to take.

Extremely sloooow unloading. And of course they have an extortion (lumper) service on site. 300.00 for a floor load + 4.00 to use a check. Capstone Logistics is one of the slowest extortion (lumper) services, and that's who's in here. Address is wrong for deliveries, truck entrance is on NC-4 NOT on NC-48 as the address on your BOL's will say. My advice is to stay away from this one unless you get paid by the hour.

Appt scheduled for 10 arrived at 9:45. Called the number put in door immediately unloaded with paperwork in hand 2 hours. 2nd time here..no complaints!

Reading these reviews, I feel awful for those who had long wait times. I only spent one hour here. On time for 5pm appt, unloaded and gone by 6pm. Good luck!

I extremely wouldn t recommend this job to anyone. The supervisors show favoritism and can be disrespectful at times. Also, the president and managers are racist and use you to satisfy their needs. Mclane have a no fault policy as well meaning they don t care about you or your mental well-being. They just want you to work until you die. Overall, they could care less about your life outside of work and any important situations that may occur.

If you are smart, you wouldn t deliver here!They stage you and tell you to call at 9:30. Which they will not answer until after 10:15. It s currently 2:00pm and no leaving insight. 400$ for 8 pallets. One product and still taking long. Capstones are crooks and needs to be held accountable for their long times. Charges to unload, yet takes all day!

August 29th. Exit 150 is closed. You CAN NOT do a cloverleaf to come in from the West. You have get on NC-48 or 301 from the East and to go West on NC-4. It took me another 25 minutes to circle around. Guard shack ladies are great. Drive up to guard shack. Get a door or go back out and park in holding circle. Wait for call for door. Put paperwork in back of trailer when you get a door. The printed instructions need revised/updated because it is not the current protocol. Nothing has improved since I was here nine months ago.

From Georgia pickup o Pepsi, 7 hs dock gate loading arrived her 2 hs later, my appont, is 10 am !!! I m can t receiverload do I m need rechedule !!!! 3 day for 450 milhas stock for live load and unload never came her any more 48 states

Only took about 15 minutes to get a dock to unload. But....Took about an hour to unload then I got a green light but no call. After 20 minutes I called them. I asked what was their procedure. Do I have to go to the receiving office or back to the front gate to get my paperwork and they told me just wait for a call . We will call you back shortly. After 45 minutes, I went to the receiving door to ask them if they remembered about me. They told me wait for the call. 15 minutes after that I got a call with a lumper fee of $144. After calling dispatch to get my authorization money code, I took the check to the front door. It took them five minutes to even come to the door in the blazing heat. They took my check and it took them another 15 minutes to fill out their paperwork and bring out a receipt again in the blazing heat. Glad it's all over now!

Reviews are correct. Arrived 1.5 hours before my appointment which was ok, was told to stage. I was called 2 hours after my appointment to go dock. I ve been in a dock 7.5 hours and still have a red light. Already paid $355 lumper. Place is ridiculous. Unfortunately I m a company driver and go where I m told but if your not stay away from this location. Now I m out of hours and nowhere even remotely close with spots available for parking.

I was very hesitant after reading the reviews. Everyone here seems to hate their job. I feel like I was lucky I was out in two hours and 15 minutes. $210 lumper fee for a half a truck. Count my blessings when I can. Do not check in more than 30 minutes before your appointment.

The negative reviews are spot on. Arrived at 915 for 10 appointment. Was instructed to pull to an outside staging are for 15 minutes. Was given a door fairly quickly but have now been waiting for over 6 hours with no sign of being unloaded anytime soon. And I still have a lumper fee to deal with. Avoid if possible.

Closed Friday morning due to snow there was no snow. It did not snow until Saturday morning. These people closed till Monday guess they said f the truckers they had scheduled. Not only that whenever you do get unloaded the lumpers are slow and they will happily beat up your trailer slowly. Please get paid properly if you are gonna deal w this place.

The negative reviews is just that. This place is a joke along with its workers. They don't care about the building with all the trash outside. What makes you think they care about the drivers or the loads. And as yall might notice, not a single response to any post. Because they don't care!

I was reading the reviews, a driver said if all food places take long to unload...yes, they do. But do they take long after you're unloaded and after you have paid the lumper fee? No, they don't. This place is unique. Over an hour after having paid the lumper fee and my trailer has been empty for that time, and sitting here waiting for their call, or the paperwork, or whatever it is they gotta do to get me outta here. Second time I deliver at this place, second time I lose my next load. Would give zero stars if I could.

Made a delivery there recently. Truck entrance is on Hwy 4 not Hwy 48, no signs for this. Arrived 20 minutes early for a 2 p.m. appt.. Finally got a door at 6:50 p.m.. They were quick on the unload. Asked to move by phone but red light still on. Couldn't get answer on phone so I finally find a door to knock on. Asked for paper copy of lumped receipt, told no. Told red light meant nothing. I pull out and wait for paperwork as instructed. Second call tells me they pulled off one pallet too many and asked to back to another dock. Pallet reloaded and I ask if this part of lumped fee will be refunded. Told no because we put the pallet back on for you. Told they were short-handed.

This place is absolutely horrible. Me my friends and my family we will boycott any place that does business with McLane. They have two female security guards that work the front gate for absolutely horrible people, very nasty, very unfriendly, they think that they're God and try to mess with you as soon as you pull in. There are some kind of power trip or whatever. I already told my dispatcher don't ever send me back to this place. Absolutely horrible company.

Arrived at 9 for a 0930 unload appointment. Unloading took over 5 hours then I had to pay a ridiculous amount to the Capstone azzholes. Will never deliver here again. Complete waste of time and rude women at the guard shack.
