Nicest people! I was just passing through from out of town and they replaced my drive shaft u joints. I pulled in as they were closing and they didn't hesitate to lift the front up and immediately begin to diagnose the problem. The next day they called me and said it was fixed and I was back on the road! Fair pricing and great people would for sure suggest this shop to a friend.

This business is the best. I was from out of town and my car broke down. I was very worried about where to take my car for repair. I read the reviews , which were all good by the way, and decided to give them a try. They are hands down the BEST. They kept me informed and found out the problem was not what I was told. My vehicle was fixed by the end of the day. The only regret I have is that they are not in my home town because they would be my go to garage. Thank you for making a stressed out, out of town girl feel welcome and at ease.

This place is a number one top service. Ben messaging with them through Messenger go by today not expecting to have my issues resolved but drove out of there 15 minutes later with a fully-charged AC. Super nice people super-friendly put up with me talking her head off and I can tell you my wheelchair-bound son really appreciates the air-conditioning! To my surprise it was about half of what I thought it was going to be price-wise as well. I'll be back to get my oil change tires rotated other stuff

I came here last week cause my car was shaking when I first push on the gas. The owner tested it and found out I needed a good tune up. It didn't take long for them to fix it and the price was very reasonable. The owner explained everything to me. I would definitely recommend this place.

Look really nice ppl I'll say that first but they blew it with me and they know it wish them the best .. but pay attention and remember each customer CHOOSE to do business with you small job to most profitable make them feel equal and a priority... im not going to bash but yall broke my heart ill leave it at that

Every time I visit Quality Auto Care, I am met with friendly and knowledgeable staff. The prices are consumer friendly, and my vehicle is taken care of in a timely manner.

I used to get my oil changed at this place but I won t be going back anymore. The staff acted as if they had a problem dealing with black woman customers and the customer service was bad that it made me feel uncomfortable so I will find somewhere else to go.

Can t say enough about how helpful they were. Car was giving me a fit low air pressure. I went there and found that when the tires were put on the car they weren t calibrated and the tire that showed it was low in air was the wrong one. They not only put air in the correct tire, but they also calibrated the tires to register correctly. Thank you so very much!

Quality Tire has a great staff that I think can probably do most anything they set their minds to do. Best prices for oil change and tire rotation I've ever found. Highly recommend!

This happened about two years ago, but still very grateful for these people. I live in Virginia and I went to a different mechanic to get an oil change since I was traveling to ayden for a few days. Well the mechanics drained my brake fluids and could've put me in an accident. Took my car to this place since one of the people I was staying with recommended it, and even though this place was jammed packed with other cars to work on they were able to not only fix my car in less than two hours, but it was a great price for what needed to be done. I was able to head back to Virginia that day. It ran and worked great. I'm especially grateful because we took it to another place that claimed they'd have to order a new part that'll take roughly 3-5 days to arrive, ontop of it being very expensive (i drive a subaru, and he said because it's a Japanese car mechanics usually don't carry parts for it. Clearly this place did though). It was also really good service, which I know couldn't of been easy because of the temperature. Love you guys, thank you for helping me in my time of need

Bring your own oil and get it changed for 25. Also sells used tires that are common to trucks and SUV

Retired Military Veteran Taken Advantage of!!! Absolutely horrible!! Don t trust this company to work on Any mechanical issues!!! . All family works here so there s no accountability. They returned my car without even test driving it claiming it was fixed and charged me it s was Friday at closing time, I went back Monday and they said it was a different part again they charge me and the car still isn t fixed!! The manager then tells me he doesn t guarantee any sensor work after I m 10 days in and over 400.00 . Now he says he wants to try a different sensor but won t charge me unless it fixes my problem needless to say it didn t and I don t believe he did that, so manager says he can t help any longer so I go the next day to pick up my still broken car and they can t find the keys because they were in the car parked in front of the store over night. Unbelievable these people and untrustworthy

I have been dealing with this place for over 10 years, Mitch, Page, Troy, Brad, and Lorenzo are some of the best people that I have ever done business with in my life, the treat people like family. That's how business should be. Highly recommend for all your automotive needs, especially tires and alignments

I ve never experienced such great auto service! I pulled up needing my tire plugged and spent $8. Not only did they plug my tire but they took my spare off put it back under the truck and put my regular tire on. On top of that they checked all my tire pressure and all of this was done in 5 minutes max!!! I couldn t believe it! It s so hard (take it from us) to find a good auto shop! One of the workers said hey you can stay in the car in the AC we will take care of it. I will not be going anywhere else. I will drive miles to come back if I need auto service because these guys are fast and have above and beyond service! I know it sounds crazy but I have been praying for a good auto service company and ran right into Quality Tire and Auto Service In Ayden NC! I see why there were soooo many cars there when I pulled up. They have efficient tools and they work TOGETHER!! I m so glad I found this place!

Poor service. Definitely won't be back at this place. Went for an alignment on my Jeep, they charge me for the service and my car wasn't even aligned. After 5 minutes driving on the road I had to drive back to the place because my car was pulling to the left remarkably, to the piont where I had to pull the steer wheel ti the opposite side from where it is pulling. They got a terrible attitude when I pointed out this to the person in charge. They only rotate my tires saying this "could " be the reason. Anyways, the action didn't change the problem at all. They didn't aligned it and charge me for a service not performed.I am at another place and they clearly said there was no evidence that my car has been aligned at all!!!Scam is what they do at this place!Do not recomed you to have a service at all at this place.Wasted my money and time.

Definitely Quality Services!! I had a flat, and I couldn't take it to the shop. I live close by, so they told me that someone would be there to help me. That was the quickest service I've EVER got dealing with auto companies. I managed to make it to work in time. Thanks you guys, you're awesome!

I took my trailblazer here a month ago and they replaced the front brakes, rotors, and driver's side wheel bearing, the repair was over $400. 2 days ago my service brake system light came on. I took my SUV back to them on Monday and they told me I needed rear breaks and rotors. This repair was $195. Monday night as I'm driving home the service brake system light came on again. I finally took my SUV to Pugh's in Greenville and they tell and show me that there is a brake fluid leak. There is almost no brake fluid in the reservoir. Also the caliper on the front driver's side needs to be replaced. You could literally see where the fluid was oozing out of the line. There is no possible way the mechanic did not notice the leak and if he did not certification should be revoked. I don't know if I actually needed rear brakes or if I was just taken for a ride but I do know this shop does shoddy work. I will never put my car in their incapable hands again.

I wish I could give 0 stars! They looked under my hood and threw wrong Things that were wrong with my jeep that weren't wrong and quoted me high prices for material I didn't even need smmfh!
