This dealership will make you feel like family, not a customer. This dealership absolutely did right by me. They were courteous, provided AMAZING customer service, and were a wealth of knowledge on the car I was interested in (and bought). I ABSOLUTELY recommend Doug Henry Ford, specifically Greg Dawson, who helped me with everything. I love my car, I love the dealership, and I LOVED their respect and patience. This dealership will make you feel like family, not a customer!! Seamless experience! In search of a new Audi, I had visited a several dealerships. Doug Henry Ford was by far the most attentive and helpful. More specifically, our sales manager, he was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.Greg Dawson General Sales Manager went above and beyond for me. Not only did fulfill every request and answered every question I had. He did so without pressure or hesitation.Mr. Greg even had my car delivered to me from North Carolina to South Carolina. Ron and Raigan transported my car here from NC. Delivered straight to my front door with a smile. Some of the kindest people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I feel very blessed to have had such a wonderful experience with Doug Henry Ford.Ash Elhafiane in financing also went out of his way to make sure all of my questions and all of my needs were answered correctly, and in a timely manner. Super impressed by every single person that I came in contact with at this establishment.This made my buying process a lot easier than expected. Doug Henry Ford of Ayden provided 5 star service. I requested a oil change and tire balance. Both were completed in a timely. The staff was very courteous. I will certainly return for my next oil change or any necessary needed services.Thank you!

I normally am overly enthusiastic about the service I receive in the past, but this time, I was VERY disappointed. I asked for an appointment online and was called with a confirmation for Monday. I dropped my truck off Sunday night and made arrangements to catch a ride to and from work.Throughout the course of day no one contacted me on the status of my truck. I had to call and was given the run around that someone would call me back. By that time my ride had gotten off work and left. When I called back to see about my truck, I was told that it wouldn t be ready. I let the person know that I had caught a ride to work (1st day my fault) but I when I asked for a loaner, I was placed on hold again for some time and was then told that there was no loaner. When I let the person know that I would have to figure out how to get home, I at least thought they would suggest the shuttle come to take me home but no response like that.I had to catch a ride to work 2 hrs early cause that was the person s scheduled time to work.I used to take my vehicles to Sale Ford, but they became unreliable and messy so when I came to your facility, I started to brag on your facility all the time to my brother who kept asking because he was tired of Sale also. He has a Shelby Super Snake as well as a Lightning and was convinced to bring his business to you until I told him about this experience.I understand that things happen and we all get busy, but the lack of communication and me having to bum a ride for 2 days for an oil change and wipers blades is crazy.

Went there to get a diagnostic, which I already knew i had to pay for before i could get work done. No problem. The problem comes in when I have to pay for their guess work. Was told I had a damage wire connector, but me being a technician in the field for 10+ years I knew the connector was not broke nor damaged. I had already tested everything in the area that they needed to look at. I just do not have the software needed to read and program the computer in depth like they do which is why i took it to them in the first place. To see whats going with the computer NOT the wire. After they found out in fact it WASNT the connector and charging me $50 for the connector that i DIDNT need and $240 labor to connect its 3 wires (all of which I could ve and would ve done myself had that been the problem) they finally realized it was in the computer/ecm which i had already had a replacement one sitting in the car waiting to be swapped out and programmed if the one that it had in it turned out bad. Miscommunication was another bad experience with this whole ordeal. Parts was ordered with out me even being advised and luckily some of them was on back order and have not been delivered before i called and asked for a update on the car after 2 weeks of hearing nothing. Thats when i found out i have been done dirty.

After a very disappointing event that happened at another dealership that was close by in the area. I chose to take my business down to Doug Henry Ford off Ayden. Upon arrival I was greeted immediately by two salesman. Both were vying for my business, but I already had a set dealer in mind, Austin!Unlike the last salesman at the other dealership, Austin was very attentive, very knowledgeable, and very well informed about the car that I was looking for. He showed me features that i didn t know about and walked me through the car buying process with ease. Anyone who wants a very pleasant and straight to the point car buying experience i advice you to go there and speak with one of their many helpful and knowledgeable salesman, as I had a great buying experience .. plus i got the vehicle that I wanted

Ayden Ford dealership exceeded my expectations. Everyone that I interacted with was very pleasant and informational. The quality of service provided was great just didn t finish with my vehicle when expected and had to go without my vehicle for the weekend but things happen. I will definitely be a returning customer.

I have bought quite a few vehicles in my life, let me say this was by far the easiest and quickest transaction I have ever done. Greg and Randy were the best! Make yourself familiar with these guys if you are looking a vehicle.I will be looking something else in the future. Checking with them first!

Customer service here is unmatched. The people make it a point to make sure you feel comfortable, not like your stereotypical car salesman, they let you take the reins and are not pushy in any way. My boyfriend and his family have been a customer for many years now and they ve got theirselves another long time customer, myself. Excellent experience!

Service department is top notch along with being fair & competitive. Always prompt & informative no hidden fees or agenda. Plus they stand behind their work! Main reason I use them is peace of mind and assurance they care about doing it right the first time. No wondering if they tightened the oil plug after a oil service as they double check everything before you get it back. Own 4 Fords they take care of them and keep them at their best!With cost of things now with inflation so high, maintaining vehicles and keeping them running at their best is a good value worth investing in someone who cares and strives to do their best!

I had a 2004 Ford F150 with a blown engine. Danny the service manager. Quoted me a price of $ 4173.00 for a new engine. That also included the labor. After the truck sitting there for the last 3 months, I checked on it. And the guy at the front told me it was going to be at least $6000 or more. I told him. Danny the service manager had quoted me $4173.00 . He basically called me a liar. Well here is the proof pal. I will never deal with the Dealer Ship again.

The service department is AWESOME. Danny and the service department team deliver quick and quality service. I recently dropped a vehicle off and the work was completed ahead of schedule. That's why I continue to take our vehicle to them for quality service needs. Thank you Doug Henry service team.

I was very pleased with the customer service of the service department at Doug Henry Ford in Ayden. This is the first time I had used their service department in many years. I contacted another local Ford dealership to get my vehicle service. It s where I had purchased my vehicle (Ford F-150) and it s where I had typically always got my service done. But they said they could not see me for three weeks away. Having been a long-term customer of this particular dealership, I was a little annoyed but had no choice but to accent the delay. Or so I thought..,, So I went ahead and called Doug Henry Ford to see how long it would take for me to get in to their dealership. They literally had an appointment for me the very next day. Wow! But I had to wait a few more days because of my schedule. Tom in service department was great to work with. In fact each individual that I interacted while I went to Doug Henry was amazing with Customer Service. My vehicle was serviced quickly. The quality of service provided was excellent. I will definitely be a returning customer to Doug Henry Ford in Ayden.

Wow! My husband got upset when he checked my receipt ("We're Always Cheaper" - their motto ) after I went there to get an ordered spare wheel and tire (for an RV). They charged a small fee for waste disposal (what waste?). They originally thought they were going to install the tire on the vehicle so they also added labor charges for that. I asked for that cost to be removed - the service manager guy said okay. Then he said your wheel and tire is ready to go. But it was heavy, so I said "I can't lift it from the ground up and into the back, could you help me with that?" So he had the very nice mechanic to place it in the back; THEN charged a LABOR fee of $25.00 for having him roll it to my vehicle and placing it in there... INSANE!!! June 2023.

Experience with this place was awesome. Nice customer service . I had problems with my alternator and they fix it in a timely matter. My car is doin great I really appreciate Danny in auto service department he is excellent .I will return to them if I have any more problems. Thnx guys.

Charged $5000 over MSRP on new. Top offer on trade was $750 less than caravan offer. Was told 3.9% finance but rate was changed to 5.9 % one paper work started. Took 20 days longer than promised on new vehicle.

I am a recent area transplant from the Washington, D.C. area, so this was my first service appointment at Doug Henry Ford and I found the service and price point to be within budget and convenience. Based on this experience, I would use their services again.

November 9th my husband and myself purchased a 2018 Ford edge. Randy the salesman was a excellent person to deal with. We also dealt with Gerald Dawson. Those guys answered our questions, made us feel comfortable as we waited. Both men explained all paperwork very carefully. Gerald made sure we knew what we were signing . He went over the papers carefully. I give Doug henry of Ayden a 5 because they made us feel very welcomed and we were treated with such wonderful kindness.Wanda and Danny Yost

Doug Henry Ford in Ayden greatly exceeded my expectations! I took my F150 in for a dianosis and was told the earliest appointment would be Thursday. I received a call on Tuesday to come pick up my truck. On top of that, all of the service members were knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

Recently bought a 2023 Ford Bronco Big bend and Doug Henry Ford was the greatest bunch of people I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with, although I didn't finance the car through them they were more then helpful when it came to communicating what they needed and getting things to me on my end. When I went to pick the car up it was completely detailed inside and out and the salesman went over everything about the car to a tee. He even helped me hook up my Ford pass. Everyone I dealt with from the salesman to the finance manager for an absolute joy.

Customer service, service department sucks I believe in teamwork1st coworker had a Customer at counter I waited 7-8 minutes , white man came in stood behind me, 2nd coworker finished his conversation with another coworker talking about things that wasn t work related I sit there for an hour for a inspection to have them to tell me that I failed because of a tire , my tent they could have told me that before they drove my car into the garage. I don t have a problem with paying the price I paid it and still did not get an inspection, so FYI if you re looking to go to Doug Henry for inspection, please be advised that if you fail, you still have to pay for your inspection. My service experience was Not GoodIt s the People For Me

The service manager, Danny is and amazing and his whole team is awesome. Thanks for all that your do and the waiting room had a upgrade, the upgrade is a coffee machine. At least when you get there to service your vehicle you have a hot cup of coffee . I was really impressed .

My 2015 Edge was serviced by Doug Henry Ford of Ayden due to a recall. My experience was positive and the service itself took less than 30 minutes. As a new resident of Ayden, it was overall a positive experience. The techs were friendly and helpful!

I had a very pleasant experience buying a car here. The salesman, Randy, was a treat to interact with, and it never felt like I was being steered in the direction he wanted me to go. We talked, he presented me with all the options, and I made the decision I wanted without any pressure. Definitely recommended.
