Needed a car battery on Sunday. They were open and had the battery I needed in stock. Was in and out with a new battery installed in under 20 min. Staff were nice and efficient.

Went in there a couple of years ago and was waited on by a hispanic guy that acted like he was doing me a favor by waiting on me. I will never go in there again!

Nice people in Ayden N.C. my sister in S.C had to pay over 200.00 for a car battery, wipes 25.00, basic stuff that use to be cheap is so high it's not even close to being affordable, unless you are rich, it's sad the price gouging that is going on, everywhere. So have your entire paycheck if you need a car battery

They are very rude people there so-called manager the little girl with the short hair blonde hair it's very very rude they don't know what they're doing I have a car that takes special fluids and I asked the gentleman the African American gentleman to look up my car parts and he refused he just automatically decided to go over to the self and pull off the brake fluid I suppose we needed and the antifreeze that I needed so let's just say I will never shop there again and I will drive to winterville if I have to. I've worked in retail all my life I'm three times as old as that girl that claims she's the manager there don't know her name and I always was told that the customer was always right well not in this case they never even gave me my discount she never even asked me if I had a card they are very very very very rude people and I will never shop there again and all these people that got refused that say they are very helpful they've got to be blind and can't hear have a blessed day

The girl who claimed to be the manager was rude and did not even attempt to find what I was asking for after she told me she had a "whole wall full" of parts. This store is a joke especially if the little short girl with the purple hair is the manager.

Friendly,helpful staff. Does not stock a lot of common parts.Has to get from other Local Advance Auto stores in area.Faster to drive to other stores in area. Part not in stock. Drove to Winterville store to get part same day.

Chuck, the MANAGER was awful. He rolled his eyes at me and said I been here since 6 am I m ready to go home when I asked him to check my alternator that WAS BRAND NEW. it was 7:42. They closed at 8. Because he was in such a hurry to get home he didn t charge my battery for me I was left sitting on the side of the road until 10 pm last night. Chuck does not care about the customers needs he clearly only cares about himself. I will be calling head quarters about this. I give this store ZERO stars.

Would have gave 5 stars but they didn't have what I needed. No fault to this location but in general as a franchise won't give out the extra store when this business has room to grow.

Manager would not refund money on one item after spending over $300 in the store. He put refund on card forcing me to spend in store. Said it was an accidental move he couldn't fix

Very helpful. We knew early in the process that this part was going to be ONE. But he continued to search till we found the part #. He didn't have access to it but found where I could get this piece.

I must be missing something?Parts are expensive compared to other sources available.I use this facility for local shop. 50/50 chance parts are right first time.

I went cause my check engine light was on. The employee working was super nice. He checked it and told me what was wrong.
