Bobby Schultz with Sea Tow Crystal Coast saved the day. We were heading to Morehead City from Cape Lookout and hit a sand bar at marker #5. We called Sea Tow from the app and provided our coordinates. Bobby from Sea Tow was there within 20 minutes. Bobby was very knowledgeable and explained the process. Bobby hooked up to our boat and freed us from the sand bar within minutes. I highly recommend Sea Tow. 5 stars. 2 thumbs up. Service: Local hauling

We accidentally ran aground in a shifting sandbank while entering the Barden Inlet at night and Capt. Jonathan answered the call after 10pm and assured us that he would arrive within the hour to pull us off of our grounding.Capt. Jonathan kept in touch with us and arrived within the hour and not only pulled us off but escorted us to the safe anchorage and helped ensure that we were safely anchored before returning to his home port.Kudos to Capt. Jonathan and the fine Sea Tow Crystal Coast team for their professionalism and responsiveness. It is without hesitation that I would wholeheartedly recommend that every boater have a Sea Tow membership. They are truly the AAA of the boating world and Capt. Jonathan and Sea Tow Crystal Cove are truly the best of the best that Sea Tow has to offer.TY!

Dock to dock move for Maintenance 4 hours tow. Two Sea Tow captains .Both captains were great. Their tow boats were nice, powerful, and well equipped for the job . Very pleasant experience. Sea Tow and the two captains could not have been nicer. Thank you, Sea Tow

Sunday September 3rd we got stuck on a sandbar and was calling for help. We called Sea Tow and asked for them to come help us they told our daughter that it was going to cost $800 and she told him she didn t care how much it was just please come help us .he was very rude saying it was salvage to her and we told him it was not which then he hung up on her he did know our location. We didn t know if he was coming so we called Tow Boat US of Beaufort also for help. Sea Tow did make it but got stuck on the sandbar too. Thankfully Tow Boat Us was not far behind and rescued us even offering to help Sea Tow which they declined. I don t recommend using Sea Tow at all!

Extremely professional company. The discounts you get with Garmin and many other products makes this a go to company.Service was great. They arrived very quickly which was important due to the location and tide levels. Capt. Zack turned an extremely stressful and risky tow into a pretty smooth recovery.Highly recommend.

Sea Tow Crystal Coast was extremely prompt when my outboard engine decided to quit just 10 minutes out from our dock. The dispatcher obtained my coordinates and quickly dispatched Captain Pete. Captain Pete maintained communication regarding his ETA (1 hour to Brices Creek) via phone and text. Not only was Captain Pete professional, competent and very pleasant, he went above and beyond by getting my disabled boat back on my lift effortlessly. Sea Tow and Captain Pete turned a bad situation into a manageable situation and thank goodness for the service!!! We were stranded way back in Brices Creek with little boat traffic and Captain Pete came to the rescue!!! Thank you again!!!!

Traveling from Florida to Connecticut. We encountered a low tide with not enough draft for our 42 Power boat. We requested assistance from Sea Tow Captain Bob Schultz of Crystal Coast . He towed us to deeper water and took the time to escort us to our transient slip and provided a few navigational tips on chart plotting on the ICW. Bob was professional , efficient and we appreciated his experience.

Highly recommend especially if you go offshore. Sea tow has amazing service. The man saved us and our boat! Of course the coast guard will help you but you'll lose your boat. The man was very helpful and patient with us I'm thankful we are members.

Fantastic service! My family and I were stuck in the middle of the Neuse river with a broken boat. From start to finish my Sea Tow experience was outstanding. Couldn t have asked for better support plus a pleasant conversation during the rescue. Thanks so much!Would recommend to everyone.

Who do you call when you break down 32 miles from shore? Sea Tow Crystal Coast. Captain Cody and George were absolutely great. Only one thing went wrong yesterday but I'm thankful that a lot of things went right so my son and I could get home safe.

Zack willis with seatow in morehead city nc is the last person you want to tow you in we went deep sea fishing called for tow at 2 but he keep wanting our captain to try and fix boat himself finally after 3 hours he shows up and still does not want to tow us he said over radio that he didn t want to be towing us at 7:00 so we finally got towed by him and didn t get back to dock til 10:15 funny I thought that was his job and he was a smart mouth with everything when our captain asked him questionsI have spoke with Matt about Zack and he is contacting owner in regards to the way we were treated. He was very understanding and helpful. Hopefully nobody else will have to deal with Zack's attitude next time they need help.

Used them twice in one week unfortunately. Once was a broken steering cable the second time was because of my stupidity and forgot my extra oil at the dock. Both times they got to me very quickly and took care of the problem.

Thanks to Capt Cody, for going above and beyond, when I called with a spun prop, trying to find me a replacement at several locations. Could've said just call around and see. But he called for me. Great job, Capt Cody!
