We've rarely met such honest, trustworthy, and exceptional people that we had the pleasure of doing business with. Our Mercedes was repaired perfectly and at a lower cost than estimated. Where in the area do you find a business that actually charges you LESS than you thought the charge would be. We will always use this competent repair shop. Vehicle was ready in time that was promised. We feel lucky to have found Michael and his shop. We would give ten stars if we could.Nita and Tom

WNC Collision Center did a great job fixing some scratches and dents and then matching my paint beautifully on my brand new Jeep! They ensured I was satisfied with the job before completing it. So much so I plan on taking it back for a new dent I got :(.

Highly recommend!!! I was in need of service after getting rear ended. Michael, the owner/manager, graciously stopped by my house on his way home from work to give me an estimate since it was difficult for me to drop by the shop. He was prompt, professional, and honest. The work was superb. My 2016 Subaru looks brand new! Michael readily communicated with me and the insurance company throughout the whole process. I cannot say enough positive things about WNC Collision Center. Thank you so much!

Great business. Very friendly. They did very minor work for me (painted a mirror cover for my Ascent) but I was surprised how quickly they were able do to the work and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

From start to finish a GREAT experience! Someone tapped my bumper and the skin needed to be replaced. Michael was quick to return calls, emailed an estimate and got me in for repairs quickly. They did an excellent job, and it was faster than expected. Can t say enough about Michael, truly wanted to make me happy and just a wonderful guy! I d highly recommend WNC Collision!

I had driven all over going to different body shops and not one of them would even look at my vehicle to answer a simple question as to whether the rear tail light could be fixed to pass inspection since there was extensive damage to the side panel after someone hit my car and I had to make a decision to their insurance company. I was really stressed and then Fred Anderson Toyota parts department recommended WNC Collision Repair as they were like a mom and pop shop of long ago and he felt they would be able to help. I had no appointment. Immediately Michael Cathy was so kind and so helpful and understanding of the situation and looked at my car and let me know he could fix it and how much it would be and ordered the part and helped me with the tough decision I faced with the insurance company of the person who hit me. I have never been to a shop of any kind that I felt so welcome and treated so wonderfully. I had been so stressed and overwhelmed and Michael Cathy just made the whole day a lot brighter. I highly recommend them even though I have not had the work done yet but I feel confident it will be an excellent job done as I felt like I had gone back in time to the good old days when you walked into a store and felt like you were family and the service was the way it used to be long ago. Thank you Michael!!!!

What a fantastic experience with WNC Collision. I was referred to them by Prestige Subaru, after someone recently hit my parked vehicle with hers. I called WNC Collision Center and spoke with Michael, who was kind and considerate on the phone. I explained that I could not drop off my car. Michael arranged to pick up my vehicle, and drop it back at my home after finishing repairs. He facilitated the interaction with the insurance company, and handled getting done additional work on unseen damages, which the adjuster did not factor into the estimate. Michael told me to anticipate 2-3 days for the repair, but it was done in less than 24 hours. He returned my car to me, having done beautiful work. And, he even did something magic to the many scratches which were previously visible on my car - gone! I highly recommend WNC Collision Center to any one needing body work for their vehicles.

Absolutely the best!! Michael made my fiancee and I extremely comfortable right from the start!! He made sure to keep us updated throughout and was completely finished with our repair in a timely manner! When we picked up our Subaru it looked like NEW!! So beyond happy and we HIGHLY recommend WNC Collision!!

Michael and his team are courteous, caring and just great. I had pulled to far forward in a parking space and the parking bumper pulled off the car s whole front bumper. They asked if I was ok and assured me it wasn t as bad as it looked, ordered parts and fixed the car so I could drive until the parts came in.I would want these guys as a neighbor.

I could not be happier with the service I received from Michael and his team. I hadn't had an accident in over 30 years so was pretty upset. He got my Subaru in as quickly as possible during the Covid supply chain mess, and left her looking gorgeous. Highly recommended.

The WNC Collision Center was recommended to me by Prestige Subaru Dealership as I needed repairs done to my Crosstrek. When I contacted Michael about the estimate I had received and sent to him he was very knowledgeable and got the tow truck to my home that afternoon and as soon as he reviewed and looked at my car he got in contact with me Michael stayed in contact with me the whole time as my schedule is a little crazy. When I went and picked up my car on Friday he was not in a rush we talked for awhile. Got my car looked it over. They done an Awesome job on the repairs I highly recommend WNC Collision I truly appreciate a business that is helpful and takes the time for their customers.Thank You WNC CollisionMichelle

Once again, Michael and the team at WNC Collision did amazing work on my vehicle. Over the years that they have been in business I've lost count on how many cars they have repaired for me due to the poor driving of people in this area. When living in an area with such terrible drivers it is great to know that I can always rely on them to get my vehicle back on the road looking as good as it did before damage. I wish that many other businesses (dealerships specifically) would do business in an honest and straightforward manner like this. Do yourself a favor and avoid those corporate body shops that are only interested in production, and profit and utilize a local business owned and operated by local people that are part of our community. You won't be sorry!

Michael and his team did a fast and thorough job repairing the front bumper on our Subaru. They were able to quickly provide an estimate, order parts and get our vehicle in for repair. I would highly recommend WNC Collision Center to anyone in need of repairs in the AVL area!

The WNC Collison center came recommended to me by my Subaru dealership after I had an issue with the front wheel weather well of my car and bumper after it started to accumulate ice. I am so appreciative both for the recommendation but also to Mike who owns the collison center and does the repairs. He is quickly responsive in his communications and was flexible in getting my car seen and done as soon as possible but also as conveniently as possible with my work schedule. I not only appreciate the quality of his repair work but above all else his integrity and honesty in helping make sure I got a good price without it compromising the safety of my vehicle. Would highly recommend you see Mike if you ever experience such an issue or ever need other collison repairs!

They did a great job of repairing our car. The car looks flawless, even buffed out a few scratches and gave us some touch up paint. They stayed within the estimate, even though an additional part had to be added. Highly recommend this business!

My F-150 was recently in a collision and I wasn't sure where to take it to. Like most people I asked Facebook for help and wasn't disappointed with all the answers I got. From the get go the folks at WNC Collision Center went above and beyond to help me feel like I made the right decision to use them for the repair. Updates from the day I dropped it off til the day I picked it up. Explaining everything from the estimate to a timeline when it would be finished, a day early too. If you need body work done give them a call, they will treat you and your vehicle right.

Would give 10 stars if I could! Excellent service during a rough time after an accident. Communication was on-point, and Michael was genuinely concerned about our well-being throughout the entire process. Will never go anywhere else if I'm ever faced with body-work needs in the future, and am telling all my friends!

My car got hit while I was parked at work, the woman's insurance company wanted to total my car. wnc collision didn't let that happen. They went above and beyond to make sure I got my car back in amazing condition, they even reattached the quick release to my new bumper. I am so ecstatic that subaru recommended them and anytime I need help like that in the future, I will be going back to them. Thank you guys so much!!!

I would completely recommend going to WNC collision center I have been completely satisfied every time I have a 2016 Ford Mustang ruby red and I have been there 2 time unfortunately, but every time Michael Kathy has welcomed me into feeling comfortable with working the company and every time it has been quick and came out amazing with the paint and repair highly recommend WNC Collision center

The owner Micheal Cathy is a swindler and unethical. There are too many other reputable honest shops out there to do business with WNC. I urge you to learn from my mistake. Good luck !
