Had to have two new keys programmed for the Passat. They have stepped up the service game at Flow Volkswagen, and a shout out to William and team that kept me informed throughout the service call on my vehicle. I was back in action in under 90 minutes because I ordered parts in advance with the parts department. They knew exactly my issue, solved it, and got me back on the road. Thanks yall!

The last two experiences I have had with this service department have been HORRIBLE!! Specifically in regard to the customer service from the service managers.Most recently Jesse was very disrespectful and laughed at me (I m a female) when I was trying to understand what was going on with my car. And the tech failed to provide information in a timely manner like he said he would in his video reviewing the work that needed to be done.

Dropped off my car there for an issue with my ebrake. 2 days later I told them i really needed to pick it up. it wasn t even close to ready, and they raised the price by $1000. Way overpriced for the service I needed. Don t go here they just want your money.

What dealership messes up an oil change? This one. Picked up Touareg after oil change and lost half a quart by the time I got home. After leaving it to get checked out I received no communication till I called them towards the end of the day. Stated they did nothing wrong .but after redoing it I have no more oil leak like before they had my car there. Worried about what they did to correct what they messed up but don t trust them to ever take it back.
