These guys were all super sweet and helpful! I came in for just an oil change but they took the time to help me with another issue my car was having when they didn t have to. It was very efficient, affordable, and quick paced!Definitely recommend this location.

I really wanted to like this place. My visit started out pleasant enough, they even offered me a first responder discount of $10 off, which is never expected but always appreciated. The prices were a touch higher than other quick lubes, but still better than dealer service departments. They did quick, seemingly thorough work, I even let them change the air filter that I normally handle myself, mainly because the quoted price of $23.99 was a very fair price. The total at the end of the visit seemed higher than expected, but there was a line and I didn t want to be that guy I should have been though. When I had a chance to look at the receipt, the oil was priced right, but everything else was off. There was an additional service charge, the filter was $30.99, and they even reduced the stated discount. At the end of the day, it was about $15 higher than initially stated. If the prices were on par with other quick lubes it may have gone unnoticed, but total ended up being $128 which is up there with dealer pricing. Really, the money is less a concern than the dishonesty. With this kind of shady billing practice, I m wondering if there are any repeat customers, I know I certainly won t be.

These guys are awesome. Customer service is top notch, they offered us a coupon, and didn't try to talk me into anything I didn't need. They were fast, reasonably priced, and polite.

Quick service. Went in fir an oil change. They did advise me to take care of a couple more items, which I believed were earnestly needed so had it done. Was nice to have multiple maintenance items knocked out in less than 30 minutes.

I especially appreciated two things about having my oil changed. One is I could just stay in my car while they worked and do my own work via phone/computer. Second was the clear desire to provide good service, from the bottle of water when I arrived and how one crew member called out each item being checked so you knew exactly what was being done and they were doublechecking to be sure no step was left out. I had been nervous about not being able to go to my usual mechanic and found this reassuring.

Super friendly and professional service technicians! My service took a little longer than expected since I needed a few things looked at and done, other than just an oil change. I was explained throughly each step of the process, given choices & pricing of services and was given suggestions for future maintenance issues. My favorite part was listening to each technician calling out what they were working on or what they had completed. Watching them working together as a team was great to witness. Definitely not like any other shops out there! This was my first time stopping in (which I never mentioned) and was even offered a coupon for something off my service. Thanks for a great experience Nate, Robert and the two younger guys! (Sorry for not catching your names!)

I had the best experience this morning at the Smoky Park location. Drove in from Waynesville. Nate N and Robert S took my vehicle in as soon as I pulled up. I promise you it took all of 5 minutes. I didn't believe it myself but I just looked at my receipt and I remember what my dash clock said. These guys were professional, not pushy. Made recommendations that would benefit me. Topped off the fluids and checked and regulated tire pressure. Sure does beat spending my whole morning sitting in a dealership waiting room. I appreciate the great service and will be back again!

Nick, Tori, and Nate were excellent today! I've been here twice now for an oil change and will continue to use only this location for service. Fast, friendly, personable service. And best prices for a synthetic oil change that I have seen since getting my car 2 years ago.

They were very nice and seemed like good people. They didn t inspect my lights and tire pressure like other places, one of my tires was flat. It was too expensive. My friend just told me about a terrible experience she had at another location that ruined her car, which is unfortunate.

DO NOT GO HERE. They ruined my car and have taken zero accountability for their mistake. I've called and each time they put it on a different manager, none of which have proactively reached out. I went here to get an oil change before I drove home for Christmas, I'm on my way back the day after Christmas and my engine locks up, leaving me stranded on the side of the highway. Due to it being the day after Christmas, no tow trucks are available and I have to walk 2 miles to stay and pay for a Days Inn. The following day I'm able to get it towed to a mechanic who reports back that all the oil has leaked out of of the car, and also through the exhaust. It's pure black, indicating that it doesn't even look like the oil was changed. I of course take the report to Take 5 and they say they will not admit fault for this happening. One of the managers told me it must be a "coincidence" A coincidence that my car was running fine, and the second time driving it after taking it there all the oil leaked out of the car and I'm forced to either buy a new car or rebuild the engine? Absolutely not a "coincidence" that they did my oil change and then my engine locked up due to no oil. Not only have I lost the car, I have no way to get to work and am suffering financial loss due to their huge mistake. Yet, they told me its a "coincidence"? Are you kidding? If you want to potentially lose your car and for them to take zero accountability in the matter - go to Take 5.

This was the third time I have been. It has never been 5mins. More like 20-30. The staff is nice and seem to do their job. This time they broke my dip stick and had to order a new one from Autozone. I needed to wait for that to be delivered. The manager handled the situation appropriately and gave me a discount card for my troubles.

Absolutely wonderful experience. They are super quick and super efficient in their work. Was a breeze to get the oil change and oil change and my air fulter replaced. I feel bad I don t fully remember the gentleman s name but I think it was Tony, he was super helpful and super customer friendly. 10/10 experience.

These young men were very kind, explained all my options to me and if I declined any extras they didn t make me feel like I was an idiot for doing so. Super professional. We will definitely use them more and more in the future.

The guys are always considerate and thoughtful. Explaining everything. I was a bit disappointed this time as it was very cold and i waited in the bay for a long time while 5 employees were standing around.I will return as I usually get fast service and they do quality work.

I can't even lie. ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE A NEWER CAR, DO NOT GO HERE. I know other places can be a bit more expensive, but the inexperience at this location is unreal. They spilled oil all under the hood of my car, lost one of my tire pressure caps, left the undercarriage cover hanging from the bottom of my car, and my car smelled like burning oil for a week and a half. Spend the extra money and make sure it gets done properly.Otherwise, the workers are super nice and really want to help. The atmosphere is nice for sure. I went back, and they put a new tire pressure cap on and placed the undercarriage cover back up into place.These things just should've never happened. That is all.

Terrible service. We came in yesterday to get oil changed ,a new windshield wiper, and a rear wiper blade. We get home and the front wiper is 2x too small, and they forgot to change the rear wiper as asked. Came in today to have them fix it, we sat in line for over 30 minutes after speaking to an employee and saying that was all we needed, only one car was serviced in that 30+ minute period with 4 cars in front of us so we left. There is zero reason for oil changes to take that long. I recommend anywhere else, we will not be coming back.

Very young and inexperienced crew of guys. I have a 2021 Dodge Charger and a 2022 Dodge Challenger. I took my charger in and they told me they topped off all my fluids , which they didn t. Then I watched them put my air filter back onto my car and get into a debate on whether or not it was in backwards or not . Did a dipstick test and came up to me to show me and there was literally no oil on the dipstick. It made zero sense to me. They had to add more oil. Then I took my challenger in just the other day because I thought maybe I had shown up the previous time on a training day. This time it was a super young crew ranging from what looked like 16-19. Braces and all. It took 5 guys to change the oil. At least this time they topped off my fluids. I won t be going back there again. There is just so much lack of experience. I can t believe they let such inexperienced guys run that place. It s wild to me.

I took a company van in for an oil change, I will save all the ugly stuff but the oil pan drain plug was stripped out, last oil change was done at another of their locations, so far I have talked to three different supposedly managers and all put it on the next. Been waiting on the FORTH one to call me back. It has been over a week now, nothing but crickets. Refusing to do anything to correct the issue they caused and avoiding to talk to a customer with a problem is no way to run a business. Beware of these local locations and if you go, be very wary of anything they say. Using very deceptive practices for their up sales and also for their services.

These young men Mason and Stevie were so professional and kind. They worked quickly and efficiently with a smile and great attitude. I was impressed to see such good work ethic. And they were Open on a Sunday which was very helpful.

The team that changed my oil and coolant worked effectively, my service underwriter, Mason, was super polite and explained things clearly and answered my questions promptly and kindly. I ll definitely keep getting my oil changes here.

I recently used Take 5 Oil Change services and unfortunately, I won't be returning. After my visit, I noticed a leak under my vehicle, which turned out to be from a loose oil filter they installed. This lack of attention to detail and resulting inconvenience has left me disappointed and wary of using their services again.Thankfully I can do the task myself and make sure everything is tightened myself.

The technicians were friendly and I was in and out in a good time frame. My only complaints were that they didn t check my tire pressure as their report said they did. One of my tires was low so it didn t get any air added. I had to do that later in the day at My added expense. That s part of the list they say they do. Also, my truck uses 6 quarts so I have to purchase the extra one of course. Their chart says it cost $8.99. However I was charged $11.24 and it wasn t mentioned. Please change your sign to updated prices. Other than that everything was good to go.Service: Oil change

Decently fast oil changes. Convenient, you don't get out of your vehicle. Does not do Motorcycle inspections.
