They were very kind and quick. However, my engine was full of leaves, and they just left them there did! t even tell me their were tons of dry leaves all over my engine that could have caught fire. I understand if they aren t going to remove them but they should at least mention it.

The service was A1, the guys were polite and quick. They also are very informative. I would give the staff a 5 star review .The problem is .. I m guessing the oil. My car sounds awful and runs ruff. I had the oil changed yesterday, I am not happy. I will have this product drained and I will return to valvoline. A $70 oil change and my car sounds like it s loud. My car is a 2019 and runs smooth, well it did .

I ve been to Take 5 twice now and cannot rave about them enough! I am not myself very knowledgeable about cars and often times feel uncomfortable getting services done for that reason. I feel completely at ease, like everything is explained to me, and the customer service overall is just phenomenal. Everyone is incredibly kind and it truly is a fast experience! So grateful to have this close by

Very friendly employees who were quick and deliberate with my oil change. However, I tried looking for prices online and was unable to do so. Was a little shocked at the $100 price tag when I got there. That quickly jumped to almost $170 when you add a cabin filter and an extra quart of oil. The complimentary water was a big plus.

I can t say they are a ripoff because they we very courteous and professional, and they did what they said, but they only change your oil. If you continue to take your vehicle there the rear fluid does not get checked or they don t lube your chassis and your vehicle will suffer for lack of service. They cost just about as much as a full service place. I won t be going back.

I've been here 3 times to get an oil change and really appreciate the friendly service! Very professional, quick service and I'm always offered something additional based on my car's needs that is actually helpful, rather than just a useless upsell. Yesterday he checked an air filter behind my dash board, I had no idea that it existed and it was completely filthy. He replaced it for me and I was very grateful. Thanks guys!!

Above and beyond service! I don't usually write reviews but this place was fantastic. Friendly, efficient, fast, knowledgeable and explained everything they did. They even went so far as to secure the skid plate (not done in your usual oil change) that only had 3 bolts. I will definitely use them for all my vehicles.Thanks so much guys!

Had a wonderful experience here!!! So convenient and the employees were very kind and professional. They helped me understand what was wrong and gave me options but never made me feel pressured or like they were only interested in upselling. Will definitely be back!

Got my oil changed and honestly was the best experience. Jeremy Was such a big help and was incredibly nice and informative. Clean shop aswell. 10/10 old recommend.

The people were very nice but my coolant got cracked when they were changing my oil.It wasn't leaking before they changed my oil. I spoke to them about it and they tell me there's nothing they could do I would have to go to a full service place but they was the one who done it like I said I never had any kind of leak before my oil change. I won't go back to them.

Great experience! Skylar, Jevon, and Noah are professional, courteous, thorough, and FAST!They went above and beyond. It reminded me of the full service stations of the past. They did so much more than just change the oil.To say these guys are efficient is an understatement. Their communication is top notch. They made sure I had all the information and options. Plus they each showed a great sense of humor. They work hard andaren't uptight.Take 5 is highly, highly recommended.

Overall, the team is very good. Max does a great job of explaining everything. The reason for three stars was that, in this part of the world, a lot of people drive Jeep wranglers. Every time I m in there you say you can t top off my power steering fluid or any other fluids because you say Jeep takes something special that you don t have . I guess I d suggest to get it or I ll have to go somewhere else because I can t go to two places to get my fluids topped off.

The experience at Take5 on Tunnel Road always presents the upper echelon of customer service. Each time I visit I am greeted promptly and personably, then immediately provided with a diligent car care experience. The manager, Jeremy Berg, is organized, articulate, and guarantees a finely tuned interaction between services rendered by staff and the customers that receive them. This location is without a doubt the most professional car maintenance shop I have been to in a long time, and they will continue to have my business for years to come.

Friendly, explained process and options, explained what they did, condition of filters and topped off fluids. Did try to upsell on somethings which I expect but weren't pushy. They were super convenient for where we were staying. Would use them again.

The crew was extremely professional and seemed enthusiastic about doing the best job they could. Uniforms were clean and they all even had their shirts tucked in. Our oil change and coolant flush were very fast. This is a well run shop.

This is the place to go!!!!You don't have to get out of your car.Their prices are very fair.Great customer service!PLUS..in between oil changes, you can stop by to get your fluids and tires topped off any time for free. No complaints here!!

I was very pleased with the advice and services I received at Take 5. The employees were extremely polite and knowledgeable. They explained everything carefully, spoke eloquently, were not pushy at all and let me make my own decisions on choices I was offered. I will be returning and I highly recommend.

Service was great, staff was professional and personable, work was thorough. My Only reason for a 4 was: A. It was so quick, all the oil could not have drained and B. the prices were not transparent on the website. Otherwise, superb.

I had another great experience at Take 5. Ruby, Skylar, and Max? the MGR really did a great job as always. I never feel like I am being sold something or being told I need something that I don't need unlike the other shops in the area. Also the service was quick and I was in and out.

Arrived 12min before closing Skylier and Noah great guys took care of my oil change and made sure everything was good to go on my trip back to Florida. Left happy and pleased with there service.

I had my oil changed at a Take 5 location in Asheville, and felt very unhappy about the whole situation. I followed up at the other Asheville location, and could not have been happier! Ruby, checked everything for me, and was very professional, knowledgeable, and just overall awesome!
