These gentlemen are fantastic. Gave me a careful estimate, talked me through options, gave me a realistic timeline for the work that was needed. They handled all the insurance issues smoothly, and were honest and clear and then met the expectations they had set in every way. I m extraordinarily grateful and I know where I ll be heading in the future! Thanks Robbie and team!

Robbie, the manager, is incredible. He kept conversations with me regarding my car and the repairs are beautiful. It looks like nothing every happened to it. I fully recommend Robbie and his crew at the New Leicester highway location. I'm am super happy with the results. I recommend anyone needing body work to go see Robbie at Silver's Auto Service 2 on Leicester Highway.

I really don't want to leave this review, because they seem decent folks who do good work... when they actually do it. I inquired about repairing a scratch in my car door at Silvers 2 in late March, after a wait, they scheduled me for May 16 - I get it, folks are busy. Sometimes there's conflicts with insurance, and I get that too, which is why I offered to pay up to $500 out of pocket if they were having trouble with approval. I also asked if they could look at the brakes, bc they felt funny and was told I'd get an estimate.My car sat on their lot for a week, they charged me for an alignment that probably wasn't needed without fixing or even looking at anything.I tried checking on the progress late in the week and was given unclear, evasive answers. When I picked it up a week later, Robbie (I assume the owner) told me a sob story about personnel, partially blamed me for not having a check-in-hand from insurance (they had approved the repairs and would pay upon completion), and said he would get it back in later priority.I've been calling for MONTHS since then with no one ever picking up or returning my calls when I leave a message.The icing on the cake? When I said (for the third time) that the brakes might be going, he insisted I use his guys, even though they couldn't take the time to look in a whole week. The brakes failed the next week, and I had to do emergency repairs. It could have all been avoided with some honesty and open communication.Services: Body & Trim, Brakes

The folks at Silver s were wonderful, and took fantastic care of me and my car. They went to bat with insurance on my behalf, did a bang-up job and were generally a delight to work with. I ll send anyone I can their way. Thanks y all!

Excellent experience! Brought my Jaguar F-Pace in for an estimate and was assisted by Robbie Reynolds who immediately walked outside with me to look at my vehicle. I left 20 minutes later with and estimate and a date to drop my vehicle off. Robbie told me he would need my vehicle for 5-6 days for repair and and sure enough, the vehicle was ready in 5 and it looked great. He is a pleasure to work with and is trustworthy. I will be recommending this auto body shop to friends and family in the future.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I cannot say enough nice things about the folks at Silvers Auto Service 2 on New Leicester Hwy!Not only was the quality of the body and paint work outstanding, but they were able to get an exact match on the very tricky red paint (my car is 10 years old, so original paint had aged a bit). I highly recommend going to Silver's Auto on New Leicester Highway for body work. They restored my Ford F-150 after a collision and gave it back to me looking nicer than it's looked in a decade. These friendly folks worked hard to help me deal with the insurance company, and always got back to me ASAP when I had questions. My truck really looks amazing, and so clean! SIlver's did a great job on my vehicle after it was in a accident. They were also very understanding when the insurance company was being difficult. They also offered great suggestions on how to handle my claim. They were also honest and fixed a mistake when I arrived free of charge. I went to the Silvers on Leicester Hwy. My lift gate to my Toyota minivan had been crushed in an accident. They quoted me a reasonable price but fixed my door beautifully and charged me far less. I am in eternal gratitude. Quick and quality service. I highly recommend!!!

Great service! The West Avl location couldn't get me in for a week, so they sent me to their new Leicester Hwy location. Convenient, fast, friendly, definitely will use again.

Have a wreck that your car up silver's Auto will fix it up had a good affordable rate he knows how the insurance company is low ball people they do a great job and try their best to get it done in a certain amount of time but right now some parts are hard to get but I would recommend them anyone
