I had a damaged intake valve on the propane tank of my motorhome. I was in the area, away from my home base in Florida. I could not find any body, (propane suppliers, RV repair shops, RV mobile techs, plumbing supply outlets, etc.) that could help with my issue. However, Rodney (owner of RLC RV/Automotive) was very helpful. He searched on-line and found the part. He had it shipped in and installed injust a couple of days. Rodney was willing to go the extra way to help.

Do not use this company! They are unethical and total price scammers. Rodney was nice until we got there and then became rude, didn t fix camper, tried to charge double quoted, left our camper a muddy mess, would not wear mask even when we politely asked since we have underlying conditions, and almost tried to not even reconnect our battery to send us off without even our brakes working...a potentially life threatening situation. After paying 50% more than quoted for an even more broken and filthy camper, I just want to make sure others don t also fall for the fake good google reviews and go to this place! We will take to our regular ethical guy when we get home and get it taken care of right! Too bad can t trust anyone on the road these days.

I've taken my Class A to Rodney for a few years, mostly oil changes and AC charge. Once had an electrical issue when the transfer switch went out between shore power and generator. Got fixed in a couple of days including the time to get parts. After busting a flat on I40 just West of Asheville at sunset, we called to see if we could have the Class A RV towed to RLC for repair. Rick agreed to meet us at the garage regardless of what time we were able to make it in. After deciding a tire change would allow us to make it down to town we ended up crashing in a hotel at 2am. At 7:30 we got a call making sure we were alright and asking if we were still in need of assistance. Dropped it off at 8:30 and after replacing a rim and two tires, inspecting the additional damage and deeming it roadworthy, we were on our way by noon. Thanks to Rick & Roland for the best RV service to date. The highest recommendation.

These folks saved us! We were pulling a 5thwheel and the manual clutch in our truck went out going down the freeway. They put us up in their campgrounds and while being short handed got it fixed the next morning. There was no attitude issues only compassionate friendly service. My 18 year old son seen a car this business had for sale.. Upon calling about the car, Rick said they had put a motor, new turbo and clutch in the car.. We went and drove the car twice and the car drove good and looked good..Being 60 miles from my local garage, I couldn't put it on a lift to look under it but come to find out I should have insisted.. We bought the car a little over a month ago and now it is at the Subaru dealership for repairs for the brake lines leaking because they are rusted thru..After the dealership put the car on the lift, the mechanics and myself was in shock at the amount of rust under the car.. Not only are the brake lines rusted thru but the car underneath is eat up with rust.. Some of the braces and brackets are almost rusted thru as well.. I called Rick and he said he was sorry about that and he didn't know it was like that.. They put a motor and clutch in the Subaru and didn't see all the rust underneath? Not to mention they didn't see the brake lines were eat up with rust which could have caused my son or someone to get hurt or killed? I call BS on that because they were under the car and had to see how bad the car was rusted out.. I take part of the blame for not getting the car on a lift and looking at it, but I also place blame on them for selling a car(for $8500)that is in that bad of shape .. A 18 year old kid thought he had found his dream car he had wanted for years but now is stuck with a rusted out car..I wouldn't suggest these people to my worst enemy.. If they will rip off a kid, they will rip off anyone, not to mention lie about it and say he didn't know it was like that.. That is Bulls**t !!. Stay away from this shop.

All is I can say is these guys saved me. Blew a gasket in my lp pressure regulator and was spitten lp everywhere. Called every RV place around. This is the only guy who called back (within minutes) and said I could bring it the next morning. Got there and a gr8 guy named Liam was expecting me. Found the problem and fixed in less than 2 hours. I am a VERY satisfied customer!

Was great over the phone, but was rude when we got to the shop the next morning. Wouldn t work on the RV because of certain issues that we could ve fixed ourselves but he wouldn t let us fix the issues on his lot. Been stranded for 2 days now and barely even made it to his shop. Thought it was gonna be a weight off our shoulders but only added more

We them they sent a great guy name was Rodney he looked at it at the restaurant got the parts we had a great lunch and were back to our trip .great service thank you.
