The team at RV Services not only met our expectations they exceeded them! This is our first RV - Class B and we bought it used. So it needed some TLC to bring it up to par! The team checked it all out for us and completed the needed items with time to spare for our first trip out! In addition they completed a Lithium battery upgrade!! They were knowledgeable and kept communicating with us during the entire process! Thank you Jay, Casey and team!! We hope we won t be back soon but knowing you are there gives us a peace of mind going forward. Thank you.

WNC RV Services does a great job. They are both knowledgeable and professional. They are able to tackle some of the more difficult issues to resolve on an RV. I highly recommend them.

jay and his team were just great to work with. they installed an electric water heater in our camper, solving a safety concern for us -- we came home happy and relieved. we much appreciated how accessible jay was throughout the process, he stays in touch and communicates well -- almost a bonus these days it seems. so not surprisingly, it takes awhile on their wait list to be diagnosed but we felt it was def worth the wait and highly recommend this repair shop -- they care !!Service: Electrical

These guys are worth their weight in gold! They have provided quick, easy, and friendly service each time I ve gone to them. I m new to owning an RV and they have gone above and beyond with explaining to me the work they re doing, going step by step, and suggesting things I can do to help with the upkeep. I really trust these guys and will definitely be suggesting them to others. These guys are great!I purchased a used camper from that big name chain outfit and they misrepresented the condition. RV Services fixed multiple leaks the other place should have found in an inspection, replaced rotten floors and did some AC fixes.It's like I have a brand new camper now. If you need a reliable repair shop this is the place to go.

We took our campervan to RV services to diagnose the electrical issues we were having. The owner, Jay, graciously offered to squeeze us in during a busy week so he could take a look at it. When we got there, he let my partner and our dog set up in his office so that my partner could work remotely while I showed him the our electrical system. His technician, Casey did a great job examining our system. Casey was incredibly knowledgeable, and was able to immediately diagnose our electrical issues. He took the time to explain the entire system. This was by far the BEST experience we have ever had at a mechanic. Will be back again! Thanks Jay and Casey!Services: Electrical, Battery

RV Services is a first rate RV repair center. I have had considerable work done by them and have always found them exceptionally knowledgeable and fair. Mark, Jay, Mary and crew are honest and competent at what they do and work hard to be responsive even when they are incredibly busy. For example, in terms of integrity, Mark worked through a particular issue with me (whether to put in solar panels) and showed me why what I wanted was not going to work. No pressure or up selling so common at other RV centers. Count on RV Services to provide excellent service at fair prices.

These gentlemen are fantastic. I m a full time RVer and had to have my Schwintek bedroom slide replaced. Jay worked with Tiffin and set me up with an appointment while we waited for parts to be delivered. Then Casey and Greg had my rig in and out in a day and a half! They are super knowledgeable and Casey took the time to answer all of my questions. We re back on the road and I m happy. I highly recommend these guys.

Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable. We had an incident with our RV and arrived five minutes before closing on a Friday. They were more than willing to help us. Our repair is going to be major so they pieced it back together so we could continue on our trip.

My refrigerator went out the night before a travel day. It wouldn't let me switch to AC even though I was on shore power. I called this company and Fred kindly agreed to fit me in. I got there, they got to work on diagnosing the problem quickly and in no time it was fixed and I was able to get on the road. The charge was more than fair. These guys were kind, attentive and professional. Couldn't have been a better experience!Service: Electrical

If you re in the area of Asheville, NC and in need of RV repair or maintenance I highly recommend RV Services of 120 Highland Center Blvd. Asheville, NC 28806. I live in Asheville and was due to leave on our next trip when we had a problem with our Norcold refrigerator days before we were due to leave. RV Services got us in as an emergency repair and fixed the issue within 2 hours so we could head out without worry. Amazing service! Great independent workshop with a group of guys with high integrity.

I am from Canada, and was looking for a good place to get my RV Generator repaired. I had already been to two places before this place. When I took it in, I immediately got great service from Mary and Mark and all the employees. They are awesome! The service was done after extensive research and it was all explained to me in detail. I was completely 100% satisfied and would highly recommend anyone to this place. Very trust worthy and I will be back for sure.

Jay and Casey at Rv helped us update our Truck Camper for off the grid camping.Casey designed and installed a comprehensive system which involved solar panels, heated lithium rechargeable batteries, sine wave inverter, solar charge converter, and battery monitor. The system can be charged via the alternator from our truck, 120 V shore power, or the solar panels on the roof of the camper.We are completely happy with the whole process including their knowledge, skill, integrity, and patient explanation of the function of our new system.Services: Electrical, Battery

Everyone at RV Service is knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. First they fixed all the little things that needed fixing on my 10year old new to me Class B - then they took the time I needed as a newbie to explain and answer all my questions from bumper to bumper inside and out.So thankful to have them to keep me trekking happy.

I m so grateful this shop exists and is run by the kindest, most professional people I ve come across in my 30 years of being alive.Jay, Kacey and Mark (owner) are stand up individuals with a combined experience of 100 years working on Rv, truck camper, trailer, boat or what have you. From the moment I called them they were attentive to my needs and added so much value along ever step of the process in getting the charge line on my truck camper figured out. The work they did has changed the way I relate to my vehicle in the best way. I think it s important to state how honest they are. Not once did I feel like they were acting our integrity trying to run up the clock to get more money out of me. Special people here. If you re in the area and need knowledgeable folks to look at your Rv, this is the place is recommend. If you get the chance to chat with Jay, and if you re lucky, you might find yourself enveloped by his infectious laughter and positive vibes that ll make your day.

We are on the road for several weeks and boondocking mostly and we were treated incredibly well here! All the guys were knowledgeable, friendly and got us back on the road very soon. Cannot recommend them enough

I would strongly recommend RV Services. We had problems with the gas/electric fridge on our RV, and Jay and the team at RV Services were helpful, knowledgeable, and gave me the impression my RV was in good hands. I needed their services due to a screwup by a shop in another state, that installed an AC-only unit on my coach when the original was AC+HP. I didn't discover the problem until the weather got cold enough to need heat and I discovered that the HP wasn't "working."The original shop arranged to cover the cost of replacement with RV Services and the latter were very professional in both their scheduling and work. They verified that the unit needed replacing and when the replacement was available they had the old unit off and new one installed in no time.I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We were so impressed with the time Mark took (after Jay introduced us) with our LP gas leak.He assured us that we could travel on without worries after a complete check of our system.A very professional organization that makes you feel like part of the plan/solution.Might not be the easiest place to find...but we ll worth the search!! Newmar recommended these folks. I brought my 2015 Dutch Star here for some recall work and some small tweaks. You never know what you are going to get with dealers in the area. These folks blew me away with their communication, integrity, timeliness, quality work, and sensible pricing! I recommend these folks to anybody and everybody.

I had a great experience today at this shop. The owners and technician were super nice and extremely helpful, and not to mention very experienced. My electrical problem was quickly diagnosed and promptly repaired while a waited and the price was extremely fair with no hidden charges or upsells. I am glad to have found them and know I can count on them for future needed work on my motorhome.

We cannot say enough about RV Service. We found ourselves with torn out grey tanks dump valves due to road debris. We parked out trailer at our site and fortunately, went to RV Service late that afternoon. We were set up for the next day, with an early morning appointment. We were there at 9:00am and back on the road by 1:00pm. Everyone there is friendly, professional and efficient. If we had to have that happen, we were so fortunate that RV Service was there. To everyone there, thank you for making our situation and trip a success!

I recently took my 1993 Roadtrek C210P to RV Services, in west Asheville, on a recommendation from Miles RV Center, to have some repair/modification work done, & I quickly realized that they were very professional, and care about their customers, quality of work, etc.They listen to your needs, write down what needs to be done, and make it a habit to call you frequently to update you on their progress and ask questions, if they need to.And just as importantly, they will try to keep your costs down whenever they can, without sacrificing quality. I had thought I needed a newer converter/charger unit (to prevent ovechargng the coach battery), but they did some research, and determined that the unit I had was a newer one that prevented overcharging, and didn't require replacement.-In short, they will not "upscale" you to charge you more, as some other places would do.Mark, Jay & Casey all are good workers, and I highly recommend them for your RV needs.If they can't fix an item, or it isn't in their scope of repair work, they can recommend someone else who does that kind of work (ie, windshield repair/replacement), and are happy to do so. They actually enjoy working on Roadtreks (not every place does) and I will continue to use them, and recommend them to anyone who needs servicing on their RV.Thanks, Mark, Jay & Casey! -And may God bless you all, as we get through this Covid-19 pandemic.Jim Sullenberger

The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. They quoted a fair price for the re-wiring of a horse trailer, performed high quality work, and completed the work promptly. I highly recommend using this firm for all RV/Trailer repairs.

I'll rate them as 5 star only because I've never had a chance to be a customer.However, when I called "RV Services" for mechanical work, the person that answered the phone stated, "we don't do mechanical work" and instead of suggesting some other local places that might of been helpful, they disconnected the call. Thinking it was a cellphone issue, I called back and the person asked me if I knew how to Google, and hung up again.I find that inappropriate. How they choose to do their business, is their business, but when you GOOGLE "RV, mechanic", their business name comes up.As a retired business owner, I know every customer contact has an opportunity to be a good or bad one. This was a bad one.

Expert repairs. They let you know up front what is involved in the repairs, and what the costs will be. They also let me know less expensive options or if a repair was unnecessary. All the work done for me by them has surpassed expectations. I highly recommend them for your RV maintenance and repair.

These are the nicest, most competent people you can ever deal with. Helpful and courteous, they want you to understand your rv and to return because you have been treated fairly and professionally. Cannot recommend them enough.
