I can t say enough positive things about this place. I had gone all over Asheville getting quotes to repaint my car and redo some trim. Almost everyone was slammed with work and couldn t even do it. Others wanted so much money it was ridiculous. I finally went by here and I m glad I did. The guy was polite and respectful of my car. He agreed to fix everything I mentioned and when I asked when they could get me in, they said I could drop it off in 3 days. Not bad at all. It took them about a week to do the work and the car came out great. I have no complaints at all and the price was great. Also they told me if I ever had a problem with how it came out to just come by and they d take care of it. These guys are awesome! These guys are dependable and skilled. Another body shop quoted almost double the price, which is what the insurance company agreed to pay. I got a free new hood and windshield out of it. Stopped in for a free consult and the mechanics were very helpful in telling me about how the structure of my car works. They gave me an honest opinion on my car and sent me on my way better informed and with a greater peace of mind. I definitely recommend them!

Awesome experience, they are not only quick on doing their job but also fairly affordable, besides they are friendly reliable people you can count on. I had my spoiler done and car fixed from the hood real quickly and at fair price! I highly recommend, I will be using in the future!

OMG! AMAZING work. They worked their magic on my 2008 Suzuki. Had paint work done and the time of completion was less than a week. The professionalism that was given by Mr Bailey, the manager, and his crew, these days are hard to find. Their attention to detail is out of this world. My car looks brand new. I'm sooo very pleased. I want to post this in hope of RNJ rectifying several problems that we've had in repairing our vehicle properly. Several items were cobbled together on a 2019 VW Tiguan and are not acceptable. We have taken the vehicle to a qualified 3rd party for inspection and have been told that the repairs are very inferior and should be rectified . I'm hoping RNJ will d the right thing and not cause us any more grief.
