Oil change, tire rotation and state inspection were quick. Front desk staff were also very nice and helpful.I typically go to Discount Tire for new tires but I was blown away that Quick Lane beat their price by hundreds of dollars. I also trust Quick Lane staff more as I've had studs and wheels damaged by Discount Tire before. Great that Quick Lane can be a one stop shop!

My 2022 Ford Ranger was serviced here. The guys are great. I was there first thing in the morning on Thursday. The guys got the oil changed, and tire rotation done within 35 minutes. Greatservice!!I also requested the Bulter Service. My goodness, it was worth the wait. Your detail guys are by far the best!! Looks like I just drove it off the lot.The bulter service is recommended. However, consider dropping the vehicle off. This is a 3 hour job!Thank you for your fast and friendly, professional service. Greatly appreciated!!Ford Family,Andrew

These guys were so great fixing an issue that Jiffy Lube caused while we were on vacation. They had us on and out in 10 minutes close to closing time. Very friendly. Definitely stop by if you need help with your car.

I ve never felt compelled to write a negative review for a business until now. Took more than a day to get my tire plugged and returned. They didn t even mount the tire on the vehicle because they only had one tech there. They still charged me the same though. I didn t have the chance for them to turn off my monitor light either. Since they couldn t get to me. When it come times to sell you a $40,000 dollar vehicle, they are all over it. Good luck getting anything serviced after that.Service: Tires

It's true, they took longer than I'd hoped. I considered leaving when I'd been waiting 2 hours. But I stayed because they offered such a good deal for the services I needed for my commercial vehicle. Then I overheard one of the employees answer the phone. Someone must've been asking about the wait time. He said that the wait time was long today because they are very low staffed and trying to hire. He recommended coming first thing in the morning or calling to inquire about wait time before coming. That changed my attitude a bit because I'm very familiar with staffing issues. The mechanics were walking slowly and didn't seem to try to rush. But it made me think that I don't blame them. They are doing their job and shouldn't have to do the job of 2 or more mechanics because of low staffing. I'll be back and will bring a book or work with me. My vehicle was serviced and I was there a total of 3 hours.Services: Tires, Oil change

After talking with the service manager at quick lane about my tire warranty and how fast my tires had worn down, he told me he didn t have appointments but to come on in.I had a blowout on the way to the service center, about 45 miles from my home.I was full of anxiety and stressed by the time I made it.The service manager, Eric, worked with me to get the tire warranty claim covered as much as could be expected. The tires weren t there, so they went to get them as jt wasn t safe for me to leave with a spare and 3 other bad tires. They made me feel welcome and comfortable while I waited I t he lobby to get my tires replaced. The professionalism and courtesy of this center speaks volumes! While waiting, I got to over hear a few conversations with other customers. These people are honest and put their customers best interest first. Not many places do the same.Beyond thankful for Asheville Ford Quick Lane service center and the staff!!!! Thank you so much!Service: Tires

Tire air pressure-- My f350 is supposed to be 60 in the front and 80 in the back. I expressed this before I dropped my truck off. I left ( the first time) and got 80/66,65. I took it back and got ,"if you would have just drove around it would have reset". They reset it. ( Why didn't they do that to start with?) Drove around 3 miles and got 68,66/80. ....So I parked in front of the building and fixed it myself ,( I spent over $600 in this place today.)Wow this is getting out of hand, do your job currently or get a different one.

Needed an oil changed in the F250 before we got on the road. Pulled up to service center at 4pm on a Saturday only to be told they closed at 4 today. Hours posted Saturday 8-5.What is up with running a business and not staying until closing hour? NOT THE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS.

Went there for an oil change. They recommended tire rotation, little did they know or see that all 4 tires I have (purchased two weeks prior) were brand new. They also recommended the 30,000 mi service in which that was completed approximately 30,000 mi ago and could be verified by the VIN. All this could have been done for $700+ said the manager. We were not the only customers they attempted to upcharge while waiting 2hrs for an oil change. There were 3 mechanics working 3 bays; 2 bays we're not being used but they had 2 vehicles in those bays not being serviced /worked on. Again, just went there for an oil change. Form your own opinion. Merry Christmas.

We were travelling through the area from Ontario, Canada. GMC 3500 Dually Pickup blew a brake line on the Saturday of the July 4th weekend. They got us in their shop quickly and we were back on the road within a few hours. We had incredible service! Brian is a honest, hard-working and skilled technician. The service advisor, Michael, treated us with honesty and great respect to get us back on the road as soon as possible. Thank you so much!Service: Brakes

Shop is well set up for social distancing. Mask required at this point. Guys were very helpful. Took care of my wife's sportage quickly and completely. Did not have to make an appointment but would recommend if possible. Car was serviced and washed with vac very quickly. Was actually surprised how fast it was completed.

Walked in at 9am a for oil change and tire rotation and was told 3 hour wait, the techs in the back were standing around and 1 in particular was walking back from lobby at a snails pace. Another customer was needing the manager who was apparently across the street and could not be pulled back to the quick lane. Will not go back.

Horrible! Please don t take your vehicles here. My husband took 2 vehicles on the same day last Friday for Maintenance approx. $2 k of working tools are missing. On his pickup up truck my new beat headphones are missing. Spoke to the manager Eric and he said sorry there s nothing we can do, we advice customers to take all valuables out of vehicle but how is this possible when one of your vehicle is a working vehicle full of tools. Our next step is to file a police report. There are no signs of force entry so clearly this had to be someone who worked here and had access to the vehicles.

My visit started on Nov. 8th at 8:00am to have an oil change, tires rotated and a DMV inspection done. Here is my experiences: 1. No parking available, had to park out in the street. 2. customer waiting area didn't have adequate seating, no internet service, no coffee, men's restroom was out of service. 3. Informed by manager the service would take about an hour so I decided to wait. 4. 10:00 came around with no information provided on the service. So I asked what was the status. He didn't know and would go into the shop to find out. DMV inspection was completed, tires rotated and now working on oil change. 5. 11:00 came around I asked again since no information on the service was provided, what was the status of my car? The manager said he will check. He returned said my car was ready but the interior of the car smelled of gasoline, the car had problems of starting and would have to be taken back to the car dealer for repairs. My car didn't have any issues of gasoline smell or hard starting...... They had the wrong customer's car..... it wasn't my car...... 6. Then said my car was close to 30K mile service time and would l like to have it serviced for that? I should had said no but I figured I was there and going to do some traveling. So why not. They said it would take an hour. 7. Six and half hours later after arriving my car was done. The price was $702..... I have owned three other Fords and had all my work perform my Quick Lane Service Centers in Newark, Delaware. None of the work ever took over 2 hours and the same work completed never cost $702.00.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Everyone at the Quick Lane did awesome, great communication and detail oriented. Austin my service advisor handled the claim with the extended warranty provider I have with my car and was able to get everything straight with them. The mechanic was super nice and helpful and showed me what the problem was, super grateful that this shop is here - I will be back!

Professional and friendly! No appointments taken so you just park in one of the parking spots by the garages and sign in at the desk inside. Since it does take some time for an oil change (an hour to an hour and a half depending on how many people are ahead of you), I wish they did have more outlets in the waiting room. I brought my work laptop to do some work while waiting and there was only one plug available and I needed to charge my cell too.Five stars for staff and service, 4 stars for the waiting area. Overall a great place to go for an oil change, and it is nice you can watch your car getting worked on from he big glass windows in the waiting area. They have seats and a long bar in front of the window. Coupons are always online which makes it a better deal.

Had a very pleasant experience taking a pre-owned car bought across the street at Ford for its included complimentary oil change/tire rotation. Specifically would like to mention Jimmy (mechanic) who took care of an unrelated issue with the car's sagging skid plate just cause I mentioned it. The people at the desk were courteous and cool too. I rarely if ever leave reviews online, but this was a particularly good impression I got from a shop.

Zero stars. Got their at 11:00 ,for oil change and tire rotation. Ask how long it would be, was told 45 minutes, no more than one hour. Two and a half hours later was still sitting their, and my truck was still sitting in the parking lot. So I asked for my keys. No explanation, no apologies, no nothing. I thing they were more concerned about what they were going to have for lunch, than their customers. Very unprofessional. Will never be back.

My husband and I were traveling from Florida and the skid plate off our Lincoln was damaged and dragging the road. These guys fixed us up QUICKLY! and sent us safely on our way, no questions asked. I'm so thankful for the superb service here. Thank you!

Waited 3 hours to fix a flat. Ended up replacing the tire with a way overpriced one. To make matters worse it took them 30 minutes travel time to go get the tire. Wouldn't you think they would stock tires? My advisor was rude. Definitely do not recommend them.

My name is Heather Connolly, I am a home care specialists and I carry a lot of geriatric patients around in my car so it has to be right all the time. The amazing people at Quick Lane are my go to people when I need something. I used to go to the jeep dealership before I found Jonathan and Liz at Quick Lane, I hated the way the guys at the jeep dealership talked to me because I didn't understand what my car was doing. Jonathan is usually my first point of contact when I call, and he listens without judgment when I say my car is making a funny noise or I don't know what is wrong but something isn't right. He will do price checks and match anyone else advertised, and create work orders over the phone so I'm ready to get started when I arrive. Liz is the translator for me when the techs find what is going on, she explains it in terms I understand completely, if it's something that has to be fixed before it gets bad or it can wait, she is very thorough in making sure I know exactly what needs to be done. She is such an asset to them with customer service that is really exemplary! The technicians show me the parts they take off that are comprised and that matters to me because it instills a trust that I really needed after dealing with jeep in Hendersonville. There is another guy John Goodwin checked me out yesterday, but the entire time I was there he made sure I was comfortable and offered conversations to keep me entertained, I have no words to give thanks for the peace of mind coming to have my car serviced by this amazing team of people gives me. Daniel the tech spent over four hours making sure every inch was totally road worthy. Thank you hardly seems adequate. So I will always be back, I put alot of miles on my car and depend on it for my livelihood, I love knowing that Quick Lane is completely reliable and they genuinely care about services you receive there!! Fabulous people!!

First of all, their posted hours (here on google and on their website) are wrong. They close at 6pm, not 7pm. If you arrive after 6pm the building will be empty and you won't get even as much as an apology for having the wrong hours posted.Second, they tried to charge me $100 more than they quoted me for a brake job and an oil change. A $10 or $20 discrepancy I could understand, but $100 is unacceptable.I will not return to this shop.Services: Brakes, Oil change

I needed a new tire asap on account of running over a bolt at night. They not only had a set of tires for my car, but we're able to install them first thing the next morning in a little over an hour on short notice. This really saved the remainder of my honeymoon. Definitely go here if you need anything. They are great

I had trouble with my battery cranking the engine to start it. It sounded dead but if you held the key turned it would finally crank it. I stopped at Asheville Ford Quick Lane and asked for an oil change with the works and take a look at the battery. They were busy that day but they fixed the defective battery, replace the oil, ran a bunch of tests and I got the car back freshly cleaned from their car wash.

Every time I go here I get quick very friendly service. There is a TV to watch, clean restrooms, coffee available and drink machine. The waiting area is big with window so you can see outside, an airy place with good setting area. There are plugs for computer and phone chargers. They have always been good to me.

Usually a good experience however, we showed up today to get my car serviced and despite their website and Google saying they were open, they were not. The door to the building was open but, not a soul to be found anywhere. Called the desk and was informed they were no longer open on Sundays. It would be nice if they could keep the internet presence up to date so people don't make special trips to town only to find out they made the trip for nothing.
