They do not stand behind their parts. I tried to warranty a battery with a date code of 9/23 and they refused to warranty it since it had been replaced already. I understand about going off the original purchase date but this battery is 6 months old. Didn't offer to take care of it, didn't offer to prorate or give any discount. I will not shop here ever again and would recommend avoiding them. What kind of parts place doesn't stand behind their parts?

Me and a buddy of mine are trying to fix the carrier bearing in his truck we need it removed latresa and Trent spent several minutes helping us contact places they knew of machine shops to help us with the problem they were very helpful they went above and beyond what your average person would do we really appreciate you guys thank you God bless

The employee working the register was not at all helpful and refused any returns after suggesting items that did not solve my car's problem (after I looked up how to fix it myself because he had no solutions to offer). Wasted a lot of money here and still had to go elsewhere to take care of the issue

I needed a new battery for my Kia. Brian was super knowledgeable, & showed me my two options! He was very helpful & even installed my battery right there! I was impressed by his skill & thoroughness. I've used different O'Reilly's before, but this was by far the best service I've received! It's not the closest location to me, but it's worth the extra drive. You can tell all the employees really care about providing great customer service! I'm a customer for life!

We purchased a car battery from them. Without hesitation, the man who was helping us explained our different options, let us decide, and literally came out and installed the batter himself without hesitation or us asking him to. Thanks so much for being so hospitable and going that extra mile. We will be back.

Great place, and great people! Jacob got me everything I needed and even called another store to track down the part I needed. I paid at the Tunnel Road location and picked up my part from the Haywood location. It was a breeze. Thanks Jacob!

First time going there. Very clean and nice store. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Easy to get in and out of parking lot, also parking is free. Will definitely be going back.

Long time Auto Zone customer!! When they didn't have what I needed in stock, decided to try O'Reilly's!! They not only had what I needed, but it was half the price!! The staff was knowledgeable and helpful!! I think they earned a new customer today!!

O Reilly has what you need when you need it,if they don t have it in stock they get a truck everyday and can have it to you the next day.The employees at this location are fantastic,very knowledgeable and friendly.
