Nothing to say but positive things! They work alongside the tire shop and the place is full of hard workers. Not a single lazy worker in sight. The place is bustling and everyone is working on something. Not at all like my other experiences at car shops. Everyone has such nice manners and very friendly. I waited at the tire shop while they fixed my alignment and the lady at the front was super friendly and engaged with every customer there waiting. It was a very pleasant atmosphere. I also did not feel judged for my lack of knowledge on my car in the slightest.Will definitely be returning when I get a full set of new tires!

Like I've said before; New Bridge is where it's at for tires and New Bridge Alignment is the place to go to get them aligned! These guys hooked up my Chevy Suburban that's been sitting because I had a new complete suspension put on and a new set of 20-inch mud tires. No modifications. They road tested the truck and suggested a couple of more things I might get to during my restoration. Turns out one of the guys even new my Great-Aunt and lived next to her. Great crew, great work, great price-

The reviews are true, honest business just like NewBridge Tire. He even took me in the shop and showed me what he found, which was basically nothing and didn t take advantage of my lack of knowledge even though he could have done work I didn t need. It is very rare to find people who don t try to scam you or steal your money and/or get out of doing their job properly. As a woman, it s even more difficult. Look no further for brakes, tires, axles, etc. Awesome service, I ll be back.

Good folks who will take good care of ya!I recently had some shotty work done by another franchise company. Finally took my car to Newbridge. They identified the issues and were able to resolve them at a fair cost. My car is running as it should be now. Thanks, y'all!

100% Highly recommend! I took my 1955 Chevy in there to get realigned. Drove like a completely new car once he was done with it. My first experience there and it will not be my last. If you need front end work on a vintage car this is the place to go. 5 stars isn t enough to rate this business!

I was told by my tire people I should get alignment checked.Called Reese and was put off by two weeks time to get an appointment. Booked appointment and showed up 5 minutes early. They took my car in at the appointed time, checked it out, did a test drive. Then the owner asked me to go on a test drive, had only thoughts of bad things he wanted to point out. During the 10 minute drive he explained all the things they checked and said to only problem they found was low air pressure. He explained the sensors do not react until the pressure drops from35 to 20-25 psi. and I should routinely check the pressure.When we arrived back at the shop I was told since they did not have any thing to fix there would be no charge. This is after 45 minutes involvement with my car.I understand now why it takes 2 weeks to get an appointment. I recommend this shop highly. They will be my only choice to do work on my car that is in their capabilities.

These folks are amazing. They are honest and do a great job and their prices are low. They never disappoint. We've been taking our vehicles there for years for brakes and alignments. It's hard to find great service like this anymore.

There is NO ONE more honest, dependable, or trustworthy than Alton at Recce Alignment. I've been taking my cars there for 27 years now, and have never been disappointed. Once I took my car there because a repair shop told me I needed brakes--and Alton was honest enough to tell me I didn't. Who does that?? Alton, that's who.

The two weeks waiting for an appointment is correct but it is well worth the wait. Even though a noise from the front end of my vehicle appeared to be coming from the left front to all who listened to it, including the technician who went for a test drive, they did further testing to conclude it was actually the right side making the noise. And so the correct part- a bearing and hub on the right side- was changed. They found a problem on the left side which they invited me to come out and verify myself, which I did. Added to this they warned of a potential problem in removing a part. Having watched a video online about the removal and replacement of bearing and hub and what needed to be removed to get it done, I was amazed when they gave me the warning about it. Without getting too technical and making a long story short, these people bring honesty to a whole new level.I came to this place on the recommendation of two friends, one whose hobby is cars. This is the only place he has found to come to that he trusts so far as technical skill and honesty is concerned, and he himself is an expert on cars.Well if people actually read these reviews and come here probably two weeks wait will turn to three weeks wait but I tell you I will gladly wait three weeks to have these people work on my car.

Like many people said. If you don't need an alignment they will not charge you. I was also brought on a ride and he gave me an lesson on alignment 101 which was really generous of him. I very much appreciate the honesty of this garage.

They are very knowledgeable and don't try to OVER SELL! I went to a shop prior and they listed 5 expensive things wrong with my FJ Cruiser, the guys at Reece SHOWED me the 1 thing wrong, fixed me up and my car rides beautifully. They ay are honest and awesome at their trade! I'd tell anyone to go there!

I have heard nothing but good about this shop since moving to Asheville 4 years ago. I finally got a chance to see for myself.....All the good things everyone says about it are TRUE! I took my 68 F100 in to get the tow set and found out they have the tools and knowledge to set the camber on a twin I beam truck! I learned a lot at this shop. Well worth setting an appointment and waiting for his service. He's very kind, very honest, and does an excellent job. When it comes to cars it helps knowing people like the folks at Reece and his boys over at Newbridge.

Honesty plays a major role in his shop, I highly recommend we been coming for about 8+ years and best prices in town for your vehicle needs on maintenance. first shop I direct friends and family when they need alignment, brake work and struts.

This is the most honest, trustworthy & professional shop that you could choose to work on your vehicle. This is the shop that you can send your wife to with her car to get it fixed and know that she will not be ripped off or taken advantage of. If it's suspension, alignment or brakes... You won't find a better shop or better people to work on your vehicle.

What a great business! Just got new tires at Newbridge next door and they sent me to Reece for an alignment. Reece checked out my wheels front and back and told me that an alignment was not needed. Did not charge me and would not accept any money. They thanked me for my service when they spotted my Army veteran license plate. I am a DAV, so the gesture was greatly appreciated. Go here if you want honest service. When I need brakes, this is where I will go.

These people truly know what they are doing and care about helping the customer. I thought I had some loose steering. This place was highly recommended by an auto parts store, but I was feeling a bit insecure as a women. They were extremely busy, but still managed to take the car out for a ride twice. Originally, I thought I was going to have to buy a whole new rack and pinion, But this was not the case. Instead, they evaluated the car and found a striped bolt which could have caused a serious problem. They would not let me leave there without finding a new bolt even though it was very late in the day. I cannot say enough good things about them. If you need something done along these lines they are incredible.

I ll never take my Jeep anywhere else for alignment problems. The owner has to be one of the most trust worthy people I have ever met. Took my Jeep in due to death wobble thought it may have been a alignment problem so I dropped my Jeep off and headed back to work. I came back later to pick my vehicle up and he informed me he only found a track bar bolt loose that he tightened. He sent it over to new bridge tire to have tires rotated like I asked and also test drove it to make sure no issues. Like everyone else says he didn t even charge because he said he didn t do anything just checked it. What a awesome shop and great guy!!!!!!

Alton Reese has been helping me for 28 years keep my vehicle's aligned. This time I had purchased a used Chevy Silverado four-wheel drive truck and took it to Alton for a checkup Alton checked it over and took me for a test drive when we pull back in he said everything was fine thank you you don't owe me anything. I asked him if he was sure? Alton said he does not charge if he doesn't do anything and that he was happy to help.

Jeep people with death wobble listen up! I took my newly lifted Jeep to a different alignment place and asked for not just an alignment but a check up of my work ( new lift kit, track bar, sway bar links). What I got was a alignment and a continuation of death wobble. Took my Jeep to Alton and he took the time to not only look over all the parts but road tested the Jeep with me twice! Fixed the loose track bar bolt that I couldn t see was loose and told me the wheels were out of balance. Went next door and balanced the tires too and my Jeep rides like new! Can t thank you enough as I was about to abandon my project and sell it. Knowledge and honesty is what Reece alignment will give you

Promptly began scheduled work. Used a new state of the art alignment machine, Good communication during the wait..then they test drove it afterwards. My truck drives nicely again.

Good people. The only people I trust to work on my alignment and brakes. Everyone else I've used was emergency only and I couldn't schedule an appointment. When someone other than them works on my vehicle I'm nervous for months.

If you need tires This is the best to get them . All of the staff is Amazing and super nice and will do everything that they can to help you out . It's the only place that I will get tired from!!
