I was delighted to stumble into this awesome service center Cory and all of the staff were friendly, caring and truly held my satisfaction as their first task in fixing my truck. Although it was a pretty involved repair, these highly trained, knowledgeable crew made easy work of finishing on time and way sooner than I expected. I don't often give up this type of praise but these people know what they are doing. They'll give you sound advice and assure you are glad you chose them. I certainly was. Five stars plus !

Mr Tire staff was courteous and helpful. They found a nail in the tire that kept losing air. Took the nail out and patched the tire for a reasonable price. I was on my way within an hour. I will be using this store again and recommending to others.

I am very satisfied with the service I received at Mr tire. The representative at the store was very helpful. She gave me a lot of information about tires and service. They were able to honor a competitors coupon and have me out the door with new tires in a very short time frame, I would highly recommend Mr tire.

Amazing shop! We broke down on a long road trip, but were able to make it to this shop. They got us right in, got us back on the road asap. Very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anybody.

Not the shop I regularly use, but have used a handful of times over the past couple years with a relatively great experience.Now, I d buy my own tire machine before coming here.My mom and little sister brought my car here while I was working because it was the shop I had suggested to be the fastest. No more than six months ago my car was here having tires put on it and I had a great experience, I had even told the manager about a shipping problem I had with American Racing (long story) and he offered to mount and balance a new wheel and tire once I received it from AR for free. Yes I did return, not because it was free but because it was nice to see and chain shop still have the formality of a mom and pop shop.My car was brought in to have two used tires (80%) put on the front. My car left, with two studs not being able to hold torque, almost every lug nut on the front stripped, and a pispoor attempt at a tire slashing. But were told that the last people must ve tightened them too tight and was sent on down the road with the tech saying not to drive above 60 mph.Pictures posted below.

Made an appointment on their website for a tire alignment. I show up and they said they don t have a mechanic to do that service right now now how does that make sense? Update your computer system. Thanks for wasting my time! Don t recommend

Called at 3:30 about getting a tire plugged - talked with Patty - sooo nice of a lady - got to the shop at 4:10 with them closing at 5 - they got me right back and fixed with new tires -Will definitely be back here for tire purchases !

Had a 10:15 appt. Arrived and was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half total. I waited patiently in the waiting room for nearly 2 hours before asking for an update at which point I was told they hadn t even brought my car back because of walk-ins but would start on it in 15 min and that it would be an additional hour to hour and a half from there. That would have been close to 4 hours total of wait time. I know that things happen but the fact that they didn t communicate that or honor my appt time over walk-ins was unacceptable. I left without any services done or eyes laid on my vehicle after 2 hours and 15 min. I will not be returning and would not recommend to anyone, especially considering other recent negative reviews.

I m happy. They didn t repair the tires correctly (both) the first go around but did a second go for free which I respect. First time not so friendly, second time quite friendly. I might try somewhere else next time just to see.

Pulled in here because my check engine light came on and I panicked. They didn t even charge me for running the codes (normally $100) which was super nice. They also reassured me that my car was still driveable. Luckily, my brother knew how to fix the issue, but in the future I will keep them in mind when he s not around.

Great customer service! They were able to fix my flat tire despite being low on staff and referred me to another shop for something they couldn't fix. Would absolutely recommend.

Had a flat tire while visiting Asheville from out-of-town. The staff from Mr Tire was very helpful to get us the Goodyear tire that we needed. They also contacted the company responsible for managing the road hazard insurance that we purchased when we bought the tires so that we can be reimbursed.

Great place! Colby is great - so helpful, friendly, and place is reasonably priced. Emissions inspection was very fast. Highly recommended!

Visiting town for my wedding.l and had a low tire pressure warning light come in the night before I drive back home. I called Mr Tire and Brad got me onto the schedule and fixed up almost immediately. Highly recommend

This place was good years ago but seems to be having a really tough time right now.Avoid at all costs. No staff on hand (2 quit within 24 hours), over priced tires, no communication, and an extremely rude manager. The manager tried to rush me through the payment process after I was bait/switched and asked me to hurry up because he had stuff to do. I had him remove the tires from the rims, didn t pay him a dime and got 4 tires installed down the road for his price for 2. Not worth anyone s time so just don t even waste it on this location.

Ordered tires through Goodyear on Saturday. Set appointment for Tuesday. I take the day off of work to ensure this can occur.My tires don t arrive. Gale, the lady at the front desk, Says this is on Good Years End. Good Year states it s up to to the shop to order them once the order comes in. Gale offers no support on contacting Good Year.Gale hangs up on the Good Year rep. Ignores me at the desk, and offers no support in working the issue. I offer the feedback that I felt dismissed. She proceeded to shift the blame back to Good Year.She was frantic, unprofessional, and offered no support in dealing with the issue. Good Year offered every support they could.I understand that Goodyear is the dealer in this case. Not Mr. Tire, but if you guys have so many issues with Good Year; you should remove yourself from their affiliate program. Your brand is not being hurt by the fact the tires may not be there. It being hurt by the fact your staff failed to offer any amount of support, manners, or kindness.Totally unacceptable.

Highly impressed with this shop! I needed my back rotors and breaks replaced and not only did they have me in and out within a couple hours the same day, but they also saved me $150 compared to the last quote I d gotten from a different shop. I also needed two tires ordered and they had them literally the next day. Everyone at the front desk was super kind and helpful and I could tell they were honest people. Being a 5 2 girl who frequently gets told I need a whole list off issues resolved that don t actually exist from auto shops, their transparency was highly appreciated! I will be coming here for future tire needs

I had a flat tire and called a handful of stores about getting a new tire put on my car. This was the only store, of all the ones I called, that asked what tire size I needed before telling me to come in. They were able to get me checked in and the tire changed (as a walk-in) in 1 hour. They had a variety of tires at different prices to choose from. Very nice and clean lobby with a restroom. Great service!

Great service from Kevin here ! Early Sunday morning 10/9, called for a flat repair - said they were booked all day but if I could come in they would work it in - went down and they had it fixed within an hour even with only Kevin and one tech working. This was between appointments coming in, cars being towed in, phone calls and everything else going on - this is not common anymore with people not wanting to work and other shops wanting to make an appointment 4 days out for a flat repair so great job to the Team here ! Highly recommend -

I have used these guys now twice in a frantic need for help (once for a dead battery, the other for a flat tire), and both times they were friendly and helpful, did not go crazy trying to oversell me on anything, were very reasonably priced, and had me in and out within about an hour. I would absolutely recommend and use them again!

These guys are the best. Able to see us straight away (much quicker than Firestone) and patched up the tire on our rental no problem. In and out in under an hour and able to get back onto the Blue Ridge parkway with minimal delay - good value too!

I am only giving 2 stars because Charlie is nice. I would give negative stars for the service. We have used Mr. Tire for 10yrs. My husband and I bring our cars here for everything. From inspections to oil changes and everything in between. This ends today. Came to the shop at 10am and I am still waiting for a tire change and oil change. They have changed their prices as well. Over 450 bucks to stand and wait for 3hrs. Looks like we are looking for a new place.

I went to get my tires and brakes done there. I went to have my brakes fixed under my warranty and have my tire balanced and rotated. They didn't honor warranty on my breaks and rotated my tires and but didn't balance them.

I ve gone here twice (once for brake issues and once for headlight issues) and the staff has been responsive and clear communicators, answering all my questions (even the silly ones) with patience and professionalism. They are reliable folks who go the extra mile, and they do work I can count on. I will be coming back again!

The folks at Mr. Tire helped me when I was in a pinch after Firestone turned me away because of an appointment scheduling issue (not the stores fault, though - they were swamped and Firestone s corporate website is trash.) Mr. Tire fit me in as a walk-in and fixed my vehicle quickly and accurately. The lady at the front counter was so nice and awesome to help me out like that and the mechanic did a spot on job. 100% recommend this shop and will definitely be going back in the future for any further repairs or maintenance needs. Thank y all so much!
