I really wanted to give this a place a mutual and fair rating, but because my daughter had to bring her car there for the third time in less than 3 weeks after spending an estimated $1,500 on car repairs, I unfortunately don t have good things to say other than the front desk guys being nice and courteous. Customer service-5 stars, but I feel so deeply that the technicians did something to her car to make her bring it back. Because all those symptoms were not happening until after repairs were supposedly done. Today she paid her last $370 to get something done that never caused issues before until now- so that brings her estimated total to $1,870. With that amount of money, that car should drive like new money for the rest of the year, if not, my daughter will not take it there a 4th time. This vehicle is my daughter s only transportation to work and doctors appointments for my granddaughter. She worked so hard for that car and to keep up the maintenance. I hate that people would take advantage her. I and my and everyone who has driven that vehicle says the same thing- that car wasn t running or doing that before she brought it to them . So, make sure you know your vehicle, know how was running and demand what you want done. All my daughter wanted was a full diagnostic test done and they did not do it. They said if it needs it,we ll do it; it will be $150 . They basically fixed what wasn t broke. The one thing they did do right was fix that loud noise that my daughter was dealing with for over a year. I strongly STRONGLY suggest you video and take pictures of the state of your vehicle before you drop it off at any of these high priced businesses. Their mechanics may not be so certified as they claim to be. They don t do what the costumer asks.

I recently had my Chevy Malibu looked at by Meineke on Patton Ave in Asheville and I greatly appreciated their work. The detailed report they offer is amazing and helped me understand the issues my car was having. Everyone I talked to and encountered was super nice (makes a big difference when it s a friendly shop). They got my car serviced quickly too!

Stephen and the technicians did an outstanding job on a last minute brake repair and a thorough inspection of other issues with my truck. I highly recommend this shop and will be going to these guys from now on.

Just an FYI, they charge you $60 for a $10-15 air filter that it takes them two minutes to place. Don t be an idiot like me and get duped. Just go to a car parts store and buy the filter and go on YouTube

I chose this location after receiving an ad in the mail. I had rear brakes completed. A previous mechanic recommended a front end alignment. The manager, Stephen, said he would check it and do it if needed. It ended up needing it, but I am certain he wouldn t have recommended/charged if it wasn t needed. I felt the work was honest and fair price. I even had a concern after my initial work was done. My concerns were heard and addressed appropriately. Nothing was wrong with the initial work at all. Overall, I am very pleased with the quality of work and pricing. I will return in the future if needed.

Terrible Service and Poor Treatment!I went to Meineke because my car's heating wasn't working well. But my visit was very disappointing. I paid more than $700, but my car still doesn't heat. This makes me doubt Meineke's ability and honesty. The repair process didn't fix the problem and lacked transparency, which disappointed me. No one clearly explained the work done, and no one reassured me.During my treatment, I saw some rude actions that made me question their service. I don't know if this shows a bigger problem, but it's important to treat all customers fairly.In summary, my time at Meineke was frustrating and disheartening. I wouldn't recommend this place based on my experience. Think twice before trusting them with your car repairs!

A great place to get your car fixed. They were professional and kind. One of my windows wouldn t roll up because the child lock was on, and they didn t make me feel embarrassed or silly. They also cleaned out the track for my other window that wouldn t roll up and changed my key fob batteries for $10. All in all, a pleasant experience and very reasonably priced.

Everyone was very nice and honest about what was going on with my car. They really took care of my vehicle concerns and I did not feel at any time that they took advantage of me as a female car owner. Thank you so much. I will be happy to tell my friends about Meineke.

The staff who work here are all very kind and honest people. I ve been to plenty of other places where the staff is either just plain rude or will lie straight to my face. I have never had a negative experience after visiting their shops. Meineke is now the only place I will trust to work on my car.

Extremely happy with the service Stephen and the Meineke team in Asheville provided.We were in Asheville on vacation and Stephen got us in for repairs that were critical. Last year Stephen and his team were such a gift to me!! My 2008 Prius had failed its inspection because of exhaust issues. The dealer said the repair would be over $1000 maybe as much as $2000. Stephen and his mechanics found the small leak and repaired it at a fraction of the cost! Once the repair was made they did the inspection and had the car ready for pickup in less than four hours!!!This year I took my car back for the annual inspection which was done efficiently and thoroughly. These guys are the real deal! I highly recommend them and am telling everyone I know! Merry Christmas to me.Services: Exhaust, Auto exhaust system repair

I was in this last Saturday for a simple muffler replacement got a quote for well over $500 and told me it would at least take 2 hrs or more went Monday and got it done at budget muffler in candler for $100 and it only took them about 20 minutes and done a very professional job there's another place also down the street called affordable muffler and brake that does great work for a great price we definitely need to bring back the mom and pop shops for sure
