Thank you Med's Auto Works for fixing my Toyota prius's brake issue. I highly recommend this place. They were honest, quick to repair, and respectful. I live out of town and I was visiting Asheville and they were able to fix my car within 4 hours for a fair price!!! I am so grateful for them helping me so I can drive back home safe!Services: Tires, Brakes

These guys are amazing!!! The amount of customer service they have is outstanding. I called with an emergency and in my job my car is a necessity. Every place told me it would be 5 to 7 days minimum. These guys fixed everything in a matter of hours. Very nice people and outstanding work. I will not go anywhere else ever again.

They are very quick to diagnose the car and price the repair cost I appreciate Great Customer Service And Intend On Going Back For Regular Service They Used Professional Equipment That Most Shops in town don't have for European Vehicle Diagnostic and They a just a bit under dealership pricing for repairs and services definitely two thumbs upServices: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

Had my transmission changed in my 99 Honda Accord Lx from here , they done a pretty good job on the trans. but I also had them do a oil change and they didn't plug the oil drain back in which caused the motor to blow .I called them and told them about it but they said that it wasn't

I took my Subaru in to MedWorks to have the clutch replaced. The new clutch works great but they didn't properly re-install the axle seal which resulted in a steady fluid leak. MedWorks quickly took the car back in and installed a new seal ($10) but also charged me labor ($160). The staff is friendly but not standing behind your work speaks for itself. I can not comment on their quality of work on all car models but if you have problems with your Subaru, do yourself a favor and take it elsewhere.

Luis and his team are honest, trust-worthy, dependable, and want to help as much as they are able. Luis gave my car his undivided attention and I am so thankful. The only place I want to take my car from now on

Our vehicle was towed to this location and even though the work wasn't done here because we choose to have it towed from here to a closer location the owner was very helpful and provided assistance to us in having our car moved on the towed. Thank you very much to you and the staff.

I took my husbands truck there at 9:00am and my husband called them at 4:00/5:00pm to see if his truck was finished and they didn t start working on his truck until 4:45pm. I drove by the shop on my way to the grocery store to find that the shop was already closed at 9:30pm! My husband picked up the truck at 8:00am the following morning and they stated that they did 8 hours of labor on the truck but they actually didn t replace a single part on the truck. He was charged $935.00!!! Very irritated with this company and would not do business here again!!!
