My entire experience at Fields was incredible. Brent was very helpful, knowledgeable, and I didn t feel pressured at all. I felt very safe in his hands. As a single female, finding a sales team that didn t use aggressive tactics was important to me. Kevin and the rest of the staff were amazing as well. 10/10 recommend. I love my Mazda3!

I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation. The service was quick and my car was ready within an hour and a half after drop-off. My service agent was pleasant enough. My biggest issue was their complimentary car-wash and vacuuming was awful. My car looked worse at pick-up than it did at drop off. I m thankful it was not an additional charge. I will probably bring my car back for future services but want to bring this to their attention. If you re offering a complimentary service, then it should be done right. Otherwise, don t offer it at all.

Brittany is first class. My first car I ever bought in my life at 43, the rest were stolen . She just makes you feel comfortable and that is everything. Kevin with the big beard is absolutely amazing as well. Great stories I could relate too. They need a pay raise because one thing is for sure. I will be back because of these two. Lucy upfront aka Ms Vegas is a rock star too. She is so polite and makes you feel wanted there with her can do attitude. Other dealerships you feel as you did something wrong the way your treated. Thank you all, I love my Jeep Cherokee Latitude Plus. Brittany took us to the wrong car at one point, how embarrassing we got in and all and realized when it wouldn't start. Plus if you want a fine sales woman, she is super hot.

I, like so many women, dread buying a new car. It s thought of as a hassle as soon as one steps on the car lot. ( Picture vultures circling. ) Granted, it s a lot easier if research is first done online. So today was my day. What a pleasant surprise. Brent Curvin, a great guy and salesman, is now my new best friend.After searching in Greenville and Spartanburg, Fields Mazda in Asheville was The Best Deal. Brent began with a phone call to me several days ago. His sales pitch to me then was sincere, above board, and believable. Not once did he say trust me! nor I have to check with my manager! He was very professional and knowledgeable, but most of all not pushy, taking his time to answer all my questions on my level and assuring my comfort.Brent introduced me to several of his Teammates. They are all pleasant, friendly and helpful. It s a great family with great cars. They are proud of their product and it shows in their work. Save time shopping around and just start out with Brent. He s that good.

Worked with Kayla and John via email and nailed down everything before going to the dealership to pickup my car. Everything was easy and quick. Kevin the finance manager wasn't pushy but simply went over our options. Great experience. Only thing I wish was a little more give on throwing in a free accessory. Thanks fields Mazda!

I highly recommend Fields Mazda.If you are looking for a first class dealership that does not pressure you,then this is the place for you.John Merrill in sales is very knowledgeable and can answer all your questions,he took his time and walked us through every single thing about our vehicle and explained it throughly.Kevin in finance did the exact same thing,explained everything in detail line by line.We will definitely be Fields customers in the future when we are ready to trade again.

Devin was wonderful to work with. He helped me sell my Jeep and put me in a beautiful Mazda CX-5 2024 with zero interest rate. Like it was a no brainer. It was an easy, pleasant experience to buy my CX30 Carbon edition here. I feel like they gave me a fair price on my trade in and the new vehicle. There weren't any high pressure sales tactics, which I appreciated. I worked with 2 different sales people, Alec and James, and they were both very helpful and polite. The financial people didn't try to pressure me into any extras that I didn't initially want, they just presented the options and answered my questions about them. I'd definitely recommend this dealership!

Had a great experience buying my 2023 Mazda CX-5! The whole team made me feel like family. John (my sales guy) made me feel comfortable and confident in my purchase with no pressure or fear that I was making an uneducated decision! The finance guy - Dimitri - was very informative, let me ask questions to feel that my purchase was filled with knowledge.

This was hands-down the best experience we've ever had at a dealership. My daughter and I went in because we're each looking at the Mazda CX-50. We worked with Gabe, who was so genuine and so knowledgeable. He never pressured us or made us feel like we were wasting his time. He patiently discussed all our options with us. I arrived at the dealer and was immediately helped by a nice gentleman. He took down all the information, showed me to the lounge and told me it wouldn't be long. He returned to tell me what all needed to be done for the car (which was just a tire rotation and oil change) and said everything else looked good. I was there MAYBE an hour before he said they were all done and I could pay. The place I go to at home usually has me waiting 2+ hours for my car. Very efficient and timely people, and they are very good at communicating with their customers.

I have a great customer service experience with Jack, he helped me through all the details I needed to know in order to make valid the warranty to replace the battery also, he supported to make sure the battery and car service were performed at the same time rather than make an appointment next day. I really liked the way they treated us as a customer.

We had a great experience working with Alec and with everyone at the dealership. They even have an I house Allstate agent so they updated my policy before we left. Alec offered to let me trade in my leased Subaru, which I didn t even know was a possibility. It made our lives much easier. After over a decade as a Subaru owner I m honestly surprised to say I think I m going to like my CX-30 even more.

I went in to have tires, wheels and alignment checked and ended up with a bigger problem. When my car started making noise after the alignment, I called for help and the next appointment was 10 days away. I went to a local repair shop that found no evidence of an alignment and the noise was coming from a failing axle. This was supposed to be a 4 Wheel inspection and Mazda failed to provide adequate support for their own vehicle. I will not be going here for service ever again and would like to see my money refunded immediately

I had the pleasure of dealing with Brent, who knows cars and driving to say the least. This became clear on an extensive, low pressure test drive we took. I ended up buying elsewhere through no fault of Brent's -- I just decided on less car at the end of the day. I highly recommend him if you prefer very knowledgeable car guys who aren't pushy!

My Fields Mazda of Asheville was a 12 out of 10. Friendly service with a smile and with a staff that goes above and beyond! The showroom sales specialist Alec Gordon was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable and made my purchase quick and painless. HIGHLY recommend dealer!

We had an excellent experience with Alec at Fields Mazda in Asheville. He is friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He asked a few questions about what we were looking for and then presented vehicle options to consider. He knew the features and details of the cars and tuned right into just what we were looking for. He pointed out great features of the car during the test drives and all around couldn't have been more helpful. We love our new Mazda! Start to finish the entire experience with everyone at Fields Mazda in Asheville was excellent.

A good experience overall. Kevin Garces was our sales consultant but we also interacted with Alec Gordon, Brent Curvin, Kevin Brazanskas, and (I believe) Kayla Jarvis during our purchase process. Everyone was pleasant and no one was aggressive in trying to make the sale. We ve done business with Fields in the past, as well as Skyland Automotive which was purchased by Fields, and for the most part we ve always had good experiences. The primary things I appreciate with them is they usually have a decent selection in stock, are up front with their processes and don t try to hide things from potential customers. We had stopped coming here for service to our vehicles a while back due to their service department only being open during business hours and not on the weekend as well as some not great experiences with that department. Our new purchase will give us the opportunity to give them another chance though and see how things go. I like that they now offer service appointments on the weekend so it ll at least be more accessible with our schedules.

Both Gage and Amanda were absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. Unlike pretty much all other dealers I've been to they weren't pushy, were forthcoming with what is optional vs what isn't, and the whole process was relaxed and no pressure. That's the main reason I drove 2 hours further to buy my Miata, and am very glad I did! Thanks again you guys!

First time Fields Mazda Service customer. Very good experience! From scheduling w/Jax to Rebekah's welcome in the climate controlled entry I was impressed with the staff from start to finish. This includes the technicians who did the hands on work, I don't know your names, but I thank you. The Fields facility is first rate and one of the best surprises about being there for a little while... the sound track!

Gage and Amanda made what could have been an overwhelming and nerve-wracking experience quite a pleasure. I left absolutely certain that I had purchased the car that is perfect for me and that I will have a warm, sincerely caring, and supportive team to ensure years of enjoyment with my new CX-30, whom I have named, tentatively, Pearl. (Gage was quite helpful with the naming, I should note.) I love my car, and I loved buying it! Ask Amanda how her parents stopped smoking and Gage about his pot bellied pig.
