The Fields staff were all very friendly and eager to please. The vehicle I wanted was on-site a 2023 Jeep Gladiator Sport S with max tow package. Once the paperwork was done our salesperson Randy Perry filled the tank with fuel and washed/detailed the vehicle. Buying a new vehicle is always a bit complicated with all the paperwork but Randy and the Fields team did a great job of making the process go smoothly. We highly recommend Fields group dealerships - they are all held to a high standard of quality and honesty.

I recently purchased a brand new 2023 Jeep Compass from Fields Chrysler Jeep Ram Dodge, and I had an exceptional experience. The salesperson, Nick Lewis, was incredibly helpful and made the entire process super easy. He offered me a test drive, answered all my questions, and helped me find the perfect vehicle. Samantha is very good. I always serviced my blue car from Hawaii at Fields. She also offers to have the car washed. If you are near the Asheville area and have a Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge or Ram, I recommend Fields even during the remodeling. Blue is for sale! Mr D

I have been a local resident of this area my entire life. In that time, I have avidly avoided this dealership, due to the lack of communication and frustration that Fields Dealership produces on its clients. unfortunately, because I needed to go to a certified Jeep dealership and (at the time) I felt as though, I could not drive a long distance to another Jeep dealership, I tried once more, to get my Jeep worked on at this dealership. The staff did not disappoint my beliefs.First of all, I talked to 4 different people as soon as I got there, because apparently the parts department and service department might as well be in different states, with their communication to one another.Secondly, I was assured over the phone by a service representative last week that I would be able to walk in and get my vehicle fixed without an appointment, in 30 to 40 minutes. I still insisted on scheduling one, but the rep. would not let me.After the parts department finally found my part, I informed the service department that I am ready to get the part installed. He then told me that I have still have to schedule an appointment. I told him that I was informed that I didn't need to. He told me that I may have to come back another day because they were busy. I only saw 4 people in the waiting room, which didn't seem to be cause enough to close up shop for the day.After several heated conversations, I decided to purchase the part and have the vehicle serviced at Big O Dodge on the motor mile. I would rather risk the long drive to a dependable dealership, rather then leave my vehicle in the hands of this dumpster fire of a dealership.Also my friend purchased a Ford Lightning here several years ago that had a salvaged title. This dealership had it listed used with a clean title. He ended up suing the dealership and won a portion of what the car was worth. I urge everyone to reconsider, before doing business with Fields Jeep Dodge Ram Asheville, they only set you up for disappointment.

Service exceeded my expectations. I was able to get an appointment for the next day for an oil change and tire rotation AND the service was performed quickly while I waited for my Ram van.The service manager, Jon, also met with us to review other concerns. Sam went over the details of our included multi point inspection. Sam is a good enthusiastic communicator. We liked working with her.

After a very bad experience with the jeep dealer in Hendersonvilke, who repeatedly lied to me, dealing with fields in Ashville was a terrific experience. Professional, and ethicsl , brig could not have been more helpful in teaching me all about jeeps and handling my order as well as keeping me updated on every step of the vehicles manufacture and delivery . I can not recommend fields high enough whether you are buying your first vehicle or you are a car fanatic like me ( I own 3 vehicles and purchase new cars every few years ). Even dealing with jaimie the parts dept manager is as a pleasure .

I was looking on the website at Fields CDJR and figured I would give them a try after finding a vehicle I liked. Well I chose a the vehicle that interested me and the sales person (Christina)and the new car sales manager (Joe) told me they would make this a great buying experience compared to the previous one I had. I made the purchase and after all the paperwork was finalized I headed home and I had several things to quit working. Long story short I went back a few days later after my trip and I was told the truck was as is and I understood that but the day I drove it home all the problems started. You think they would help me out just a little here but nope I was on my own. Luckily I had purchased the extended warranty, which I still had to pay a $200 deductible. All I ask was they pay the deductible but I was told I would need to talk to the manager in the Mazda side, which made no sense to me. With all this being said and done I will never purchase from Fields CDJR again and I will tell anyone else not to purchase from this dealership that I come in contact with. Not a good experience to say the least!!!NEVER AGAIN, Paul M Grasty!

Nick Lewis and Dalton worked with me as I live near Augusta. I was able to to get video pictures and all the info I needed on a vehicle. They made the process extremely smooth and even delivered the vehicle to my front door from Asheville. I have a Jeep dealership in Augusta, but they don t compare to Fields. If you need a vehicle, go to fields or give them a call. Best buying experience I ve had.

First of all I had to wait for over two weeks for my appointment. But, a quick check of the check engine light allowed them to tell me all was OK for the wait. Second, the work was done on the day and at the time of the appointment. And it was good. HOWEVER, while Jeff explained to me in non-technical terms what had expired, I m STILL unclear as to when the electric part of the vehicle will come back. I ve been riding almost a week waiting for it. It also says I need an oil change but that isn t so. I intend to call Jeff in the morning and find out. I m also going to check with your sales force about another Jeep because I m not sure I want to keep on dealing with a hybrid and I think may be too advanced for local technicians. This is NOT the fault of Fields but it is the fault of Jeep developing something wonderful but puzzling to fix.

I simply had recall maintenance performed. I scheduled my appointment based on availability which was 5 weeks out. No problem getting my recall maintenance performed. Customer service was a chore for these people. I was on the phone with the service desk rep. who was very quick to end the phone call. I was hung up on while still asking questions. I'm not sure what service is provided with vehicle inspection, which was included with the recall. The inspection report doesn't provide fluid levels, tire pressure, or disk brake wear. I was going to have my oil changed here but they quoted $350 for a 3.0 liter engine. I just don't understand why I would go back.

Had a great experience purchasing a car from Fields Mazda. The salesman Gage did a great job showing me the car and walking through the purchase process. Even the Finance manager was thorough and easily explained the details of the purchase. Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone getting a new or used car!

I brought my Jeep in for a warranty repair under a class action lawsuit on the front suspension damper. My appointment was at 9am, Jerry was my service agent and the experience was exceptional. He explained the assessment process might take several hours, which I hadn t planned for, and he was able to get me in & out in about 20 minutes. They ordered the parts and scheduled another appointment to complete the repair. Thanks Jerry.

Overall, great experience. Service appointment was scheduled easily online to address three separate vehicle recalls. Jerry in the service department received the vehicle earlier than the scheduled time. He communicated the status of the recalls throughout the day and let me know as soon as the vehicle was ready. I picked it up at the end of the day. Highly recommend Jerry. I wouldn t hesitate to use their service department again

This was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Ryan LeBlanc was my salesperson and he made the whole process so easy. He went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of and this put me at ease. I absolutely love my new car and would recommend Fields - and Ryan - to anyone looking to buy a car. I had an excellent experience with Fields Mazda, Alec was an AMAZING salesman, he let me know every step of the way what was going on and didn t leave me in the dark. He was very thorough, honest and knowledgeable. The finance man was awesome as well and didn t have me buying things that I didn t necessarily need. The whole experience was very smooth and AMAZING! I will definitely return when I m ready to buy again and would recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle. I didn t feel pressured in the least and felt like I could walk away from the deal if needed and not be harassed. I can t say enough good things about this place and these two men in particular!

03' grand cherokee Air bags blew sitting still. I changed out the dash and bags then They changed the recalled module and weren't able to program it. Used a donor module and fixed it myself. The service area folks were courteous and helped best they could on an old worn out Jeep. Pretty pleased.

Reached out regarding a car on-line and received a call from Brig. Even though they had sold the car I was inquiring about Brig listened and quickly searched Fields inventory and found exactly what I wanted. He was very easy to work with and very personable. Really great experience with Randy Perry at Fields Jeep. I briefly looked at a 2 door Wrangler and also a 2 door Bronco. The Ford dealer (Lorenzo Ford) was less than interested and didn t know what they had in stock! So back to my original plan a Jeep. Randy knew the vehicle well and on the test drive he explained everything in detail. The purchase process was simple. I don t particularly like buying vehicles, but this was a pleasure. Thanks Randy.

Samantha, The Service Advisor at Field's Jeep, is a great pleasure to do business with. She is very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. She had Jeep serviced and completed in the time allocated. She was a joy to do business with. Sure cannot say the same for Jeep. Their allowing 3G to go dormant without any upgrades available should be illegal.

You have to watch this place. They do what is called matrix pricing and will charge you more than Mazda's suggested retail on parts. An OE oil filter was supposed to be around $12 but they bump it to $16 to make extra money. Buyer beware......The more a part cost, the more they mark it up over MSRP. They do the same with labor. Always check Google before purchasing a part here. It's sad but they are not the only dealer that does it. So be smart and question everything.

Parts were ordered and appointment was scheduled. I added a few other services on the appointment date such as, tire rotation, oil/inspection. I did end up having to get new tires due to wear and a screw. They emailed photos when discovered.
