My family and I were in desperate need of a vehicle and we had very limited credit options. We came to Debruls after looking online, I was skeptical about coming here due to the negative reviews that I had read. Frank Walsh was very quick to respond back to my inquiry about a vehicle and he made the entire process simple and easy! We told him exactly what we were looking for and he never tried to pressure us into anything other than what we had asked for. I found the perfect car for my family at an affordable price and I would never go anywhere else to purchase another vehicle. Thank y all for making another vehicle for my family possible! We are in love with our 2015 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with DeBruhl's Used Cars. Jesse was our salesman and boy, was he super nice and knowledgeable! His manager, Devin and he stayed late on a Friday night to help us secure our new car! Jesse helped me with the transfer of insurance, the finance department, AND allowed my Dad and Husband plenty of time to go over the car! I can't thank them enough for helping us and treating us like family!!

I really enjoyed my experience at DeBruhls Used Cars. I cannot recommend this dealership enough! Jesse worked seamlessly and cohesively with me from start to finish to make the process of purchasing a car enjoyable. They communicated with me and one another constantly, keeping everyone on the same page and making sure all parties involved knew what were the next steps. They were patient and helped me find the car I needed. Jesse helped work with my budget and the owners even came out to the parking lot to congratulate me on my new car. 10/10 recommend DeBruhl s!

Go in and see Jesse! He very clearly explained everything to us and was very thorough. He kept in touch without spam calling everyday and eventually led me to my new much needed vehicle. He gave me a very good deal as well. Couldn t be more happy with the customer service and overall experience!

Shout out to Frank Walsh!! Need a vehicle he is your sale man. We told him our piece range and monthly payment range and he keeped looking on the lot for us til he find exactly what we needed and right on piece and monthly payments.. Great guy all around, friendly, and honest.

I was dealing with one of the sales guys there Jesse and I tell y all what 100% recommend to ask him as your sales guy had a short conversation over the phone he sent me picture of the trailer I was looking for did the application came in the next day and everything was there and ready !!!!!!! I m looking at growing my fleet and I will deff come back there to buy more

Frank, Jesse, and the Manager on duty were a pleasure to do business with. They went above and beyond to get me on the road quickly and safely with my new gooseneck trailer. The stock of trailers was far superior to other trailer sales places in the area, and the whole team was knowledgeable and transparent about pricing and features of the equipment. I m grateful I stopped into Debruhls!

We went looking for a truck for my husband when we came upon Jesse here at debruhls. He was on point from the first inquiry. Answering every question we had. And worked his tail off to take care of us. And then between him and the manager Devon we got the truck we wanted. I would highly recommend in a heartbeat.

I got my first car from them 8 years ago and it still looks and works good! Both Linsey and Teresa (as well as their employees) were helpful, considerate, and friendly. I had a great experience getting my first car from them, and I am looking forward to returning for my second car! I know Teresa and Linsey personally. They have helped me through some pretty hard times, and I don't know where I would be without them.Update - returned for my second car 3 years later Just bought a new to me car from DeBruhl s! I m so excited, it s beautiful! It runs so smooth. They were quick to address any questions or concerns. I couldn t recommend enough! The buying experience went great and Jesse and Devin were a big help!

I bought a car from debruls used cars on Wednesday. When i got home my tag was missing from my car. I reached out to the dealership and was basically told that I would have to wait on then to get my hard tag and they have 30 days to do so. I asked if they could get my paperwork so that i can get a tag quickly and was told no. Im so upset. You would think that they would want to help you out in a situation like this but they truly dont care. They showed all the care and compassion in the world while trying to sell me the vehicle but now that the deal is done I m SOL. Funny things is the salesman ask me to give them a 5 star review as i was leaving the lot. I guess that went in the wind just like my tag did. Horrible Customer Service. I m sure this message is gonna make me wait longer for my tag but I would hate for anyone else to be in this situation.. Don t buy from them they re all good till they get your money then you re absolutely nothing to them. Lesson learned ##

Laughable at what was offered! Asked for cash in hand price, and they took $400 off asking with no warranty! You have to be kidding me! We've paid up front for 30 years! Asked for vehicles under 100k miles and showed a few, so I give them that.

I visited Debruhls Used Car Superstore on 12/3/2021, I was only looking at vehicles, had no intent on buying one. The sales manager came out after we looked at several vehicles and told me that when I was ready to drive a vehicle to come in and he would be happy to let me. He also said he wasn t going to stand over me and my wife while we looked at cars. His name is Jesse Debruhl. Very nice man, easy to deal with, honest, and let me and my wife make a decision on a vehicle, instead of him trying to get us in a vehicle we didn t want. The vehicle we purchased is very clean, inside and out. Runs like a brand new car. I highly recommend Debruhls, and want to thank Jesse for being nice, and not like a usual car salesman.
