Don t trust them. They screwed up my repair and refused the full detail that their website says they will do. The still demand payment even though they did a terrible job and refused part of the service.

This place is awesome! My car looks show room ready. Cant even tell it was ever wrecked. Very friendly and professional, had many conversations with Roscoe and Tabitha was very helpful explaining the process to me, since all of this is new to me. I have sent multiple people there and will come back if ever needed. GREAT JOB TO THE ENTIRE TWAM

The customer care and quality of repair were severely lacking. After being rear-ended and the insurance company arranging this location, they replaced my bumper with a bumper that did not match my car without calling me to inform me that they could not find the part or that the bumper would not match. Upon my arrival to retrieve my car, they were very dismissive about my questions about the new bumper not matching and stated that the part 'was no longer made' which felt very odd for a 3 year old car. She also stated with no explanation that it could not be painted to match. They had the car for slightly more than a day so I have no belief that all resources to find the correct bumper or even a similar alternative were explored as I was quickly able to locate the part myself and was even offered assistance and reassurance from the insurance agent and other body shops that this was not how a 'typical body shop' operates. The new, non-matching bumper also squeaked insistently while driving the car. Based on my conversations with the insurance agent, I am still unsure of what they charged and what they actually completed. It was poor services all around. I would never, ever let anyone I know use this business.

This company is fraudulent . They said they were replacing my doors. I literally have the scratch marks from where the other person backed into me. Supposedly fixed the sensor on my gas cap release. Still broken from the collision. At all cost avoid taking your vehicle to this location for repairs. They only take insurance claims. Pretty sure it s for less accountability! I was told when I addressed my check engine light was showing on my dash . To file a claim through insurance. And what I m assuming was the manager lady on duty. When I attempted to have a civil conversation about what I noticed was wrong, instantly became rude and aggressive. This place should be shut down for sure.

They were welcoming and thorough from he beginning. They sent reminders before the appointment and were communicative throughout the process. Then, they finished the repairs early! Highly recommend Crash Champions!!!

TLDR; Pick somewhere else if you can. Details to follow, but I would never come here again with any car I care about. Paint and body work looks good and the turn around time wasn't bad either, but it came at a cost yet to be realized. The 2nd star is for the paint and body work.---The car sat in their lot for 5 days after drop off before work began- The work took 3 days for minor dent and paint repair- I received a message saying my car was ready to pick up but on arrival was told it was not ready and needed to go to a 3rd party facility for wheel replacement- Called the next day to check to see if it was ready and was told they would call and find out and get back to me- 3 hours later I called again because no one got back to me- In that call I was informed my vehicle was done but still at the 3rd party facility and that with 4 people up front (non-techs) there wasn't anyone available to pick the car up for me.- I opt to pick up the car myself only to find a few issues caused by both oversight and negligence. IE: Interior trim out of place, not fastened back into place; Taillight housing not connected so I had no brake, reverse, or indicator on that side at all; and the biggest of which - my very expensive aftermarket stereo has no power at all.I have a dashcam that took footage every time the car was in the ON or ACCESSORY modes and in one of the clips, the car is one the entire time it's being worked on in a bay at which time you can see and hear my car "spazzing" out as it loses power repeatedly and eventually the stereo head unit visibly stop responding to the continual power cycling. In a later clip when the car is being driven to the previously mentioned 3rd party location the woman driving turns off music from her phone and attempts to turn on the stereo, which shows it no longer works, then goes back to music on their phone.Currently have reached out to corporate persons as this is a franchised business, and will not contact this facility unless it is absolutely necessary going forward.

For the love of god, avoid this place. Extremely rude and completely inept. I regret going there so very much. They will take your car apart and hold it hostage for months then tell you they can t fix it. I feel like a crime was committed here. Don t make the same mistake that I did.

I took my wife"s car here after it had been hit in a parking lot. It had minor damage needed fender replaced and small repair on the hood . they said it would be two weeks . at two weeks, it was not done and I called them to ask when it would be done because the insurance company only had my rental down for two weeks . I spoke with the manager who told me not to worry about the rental because the other person was at fault and the insurance company had to pay for the rental until my car was done . She said she would notify them of the additional time . four days later(Friday) I pick up my wife's car and turn in the rental to find that I was charged for the extra days .I went back today to ask about it and the manager became very defensive saying they had nothing to do with car rental billing . told me once again that the insurance has to pay it and when I asked her where to find that she told me to "GOOGLE IT!" I began to walk out realizing they were not going to be any help and she said quite smugly as I left "Sir you have a nice day" . first it should not have taken this long to repair my wife's car. Second, If you tell someone something you should stand behind what you said . I 'will never bring a car here to be fixed again . poor customer service at this location ,except for Roscoe at the front desk . I'm out 119.00 dollars for listening to her and she does not take any responsibility for it at all.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Steer clear. Unprofessional. Incompetent. Delayed repairs for months. Totaled out the car in the end. Fed lies for weeks and threatened physical violence when inquired in person about delay after delay. They ended up calling the police. I have beenformally trespassed and can no longer step foot on premesis. Thank you. Now l never have to go back.

Absolutely horrific....I'm a victim of a crime & without even being able to explain the circumstances the manager "Jamie" refused to fix my vehicle.... Costing us 2 weeks on our insurance for a rental without even contacting us! Absolutely unprofessional and that is not a miscommunication that was your job! My car is not a hazard... I'm thinking of suing the company.. the woman is completely unprofessional number one I was not contacted at All by the shop itself she's blaming the insurance company that is not correct. They told me that's NOT correct she just kept existing that she was the manager over everything everybody has a boss.

These people are criminals. Do not take your business here. Negligent beyond expression. Destroyed my vehicle during repair process and cost me months worth of financial and insurance and emotional damages.

Dropped the car off with a big dent in the driver's side rocker panel and some scuffing on the skirt under the door which they had to order a replacement for. Super happy with the result! The lady at the desk was friendly and reminded me before leaving that they fully guarantee their work so any issues with the job, just bring it back in and they'll take care of it. She even gave the whole car, interior and exterior a thorough cleaning. 100% recommend this placeServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Did not put the car back together right. Then did not want to take responsibility for there mess up. Will never be back. And will never recommend the lady we talked to Tab was rude and not friendly in any way.

On 17 July 2023, Rosco, who runs the Front Desk, SURPRISED & SAVED me from replacing both left doors. I went to see them, because a car backed into the left side of my car. There was, what I thought was a 3 ft long, 1ft high, huge, horizontal black scrape. Rosco handed my car over to a Technician. Five minutes later my car was returned to me, with two shiny clean left side doors. It was rubber tire smudges. No charge!!!And, a huge thank you!!! .Gail Case Romero,(Happy Customer)

Outstanding job on the repairs needed, and the paint work was flawless. There was a accidental scratch on the opposite side of my truck. They rescheduled me got the truck in and corrected the mistake , it's brand new again. Really Blown Away by their attention to detail. Only shop I would ever refer to. This place was recomendable by my insurance. Drop my truck off to have both fenders replace and painted. I was told it could take up to 1 week. 3 weeks later finally got it done because they cannot keep up with there parts. Lack of communication. Interior of the truck covered in dust and debris for sanding. Had to get it detailed to get all off.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had an accident and my rear bumper broke. I used them because my insurance recommended them. I received excellent service. I enjoyed receiving texts almost daily letting me know how things are going. My car looks great! Great job! Great communication! My car went in with no fuel leaks documented by GEICO and the tow company. Go to pickup and I am informed it has a gas leak. Tried to repair a section of my car that was supposedly not related to the accident, and all around worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I have been left with no other options but to pursue legal action. What a great group of folks! They did a fantastic job on my car and were incredibly attentive and easy to work with. Although the damage to my car was fairly minor, there were some hidden issues. Martin worked with me until everything was found and fixed. He was a huge help dealing with the insurance company. In spite of a major flood 3 days ago, they got the repairs finished up quickly today. Everyone I've spoken with has been helpful and had a great attitude. I chose this business because they are so highly rated. I'm glad to give them my own 5 star rating.

This is where my insurance sent me.. Someone hit the driverside rear panel of my truck. The panel needed replacing. The time it took them to fix it was great, only three day. It looked great! But!!! They did not reattach a few things... First, the backup camera. Easy fix. I did that. Second, the gas line. Where you put gas in. The whole unit was not attached at all. Third, I thought my left tail light was out. I stopped to get a bulb. Nope! It wasn't hooked up either! So, needless to say, I'm not too happy with their service!Service: Body & Trim

Rating a 1 is much too high but is my only option.Took forever to get an appointment that would work for our schedule. Wife is a teacher with limited time without a car. Insurance company sent wrong estimate, instead of reaching out to the insurance company Car collision told me to come get the car and they would reschedule ( now wish I had and went somewhere else). I spent 10 min on the phone and had correct estimate to them less than 30 min. They had a supplement request for the insurance company, which is usual. They requested and 6 days later when I called about the progress of the repairs they told me the supplement wasn't approved. Again a 5 min call discovered that it was approved the day after it was sent. Car collision blamed a portal issue. They waited 5 days for me to notify them of their issues and for me to fix their inability to speak with the insurance company. Obviously no reply from a nationwide company means to wait and somehow the electronic issue that is being blamed would fix itself. Now it has been 2 weeks and they have moved repairs out another week citing holiday and that they want the job to be done right and not rushed. 3 weeks on < $2000 of damage. There has been no information on parts not available or of any other issue preventing the repairs. I have not gotten my car back BUT, I will be posting again about the repair work. If it s as good as their administrative abilities I will need to get a tow truck to bring it home and fix it myself even-though I drove it to them.Service: Body & Trim

Talk about a bad experience! If you want a reliable timeline for when your vehicle will be fixed, make sure to stay far away from this shop! I was quoted a two week job, was told to bring my van in and a month later they haven't even started working on it.

I think I already posted my review, and definitely it was a 5-star experience! Benny, Scott, and Tonya all kept me informed of the repairs process. The car was towed there on July 27, and it was ready on July 31! I couldn t pick it up until August 3, but to have my car ready in 4 days was phenomenal! I was a bit nervous upon bringing my truck in for the assessment, I always work on my own vehicle but in this incident I decided to go with Signature Collision as a certified Geico mechanic shop and I m glad I did. Not only did they do an excellent job, they kept me updated every other day, Matthew was exceptionally knowledgeable, calming and reassuring during the assessment and looked over every little detail and explained how they would repair them. I was never left wondering if my truck would make it. They re work is lifetime guaranteed which was also comforting now that I have my truck back. Had some minor damage to a Honda Accord that needed to be repaired. Crash Champions handled all communications with the insurance company and even notified them that additional repairs were needed.
