By far I highly HIGHLY recommend these guys for anything you need. They were punctual, incredibly nice, and very through on fixing my RV. Mr Cash was absolutely a delight and helped me in a horrible bind with my RV. The price is fair and the work is top notch!!! I cant begin to THANK them for helping me. You'll are truly the best!!!

I failed inspection last week due to the plate to my headlight being busted after someone hit me and took off. I called Come To You last Wednesday afterwards. After a brief scheduling mix up, they were able to send someone out today (just five days later). Wesley was awesome, very professional and personable. Definitely knew what he was doing and even figured out how to secure a new headlight Assembly after another shop said it couldn't be done without the bumper being on, even told me if I get another fender and bumper, it can be put on my vehicle!!I watched him work and he was fast and efficient and answered any questions I had and never made me feel like I was in the way or a distraction.This company can come out to you and do just about anything other than removing an engine!I'll definitely be a repeat customer, thank you and my Honda thanks you!

My truck had been sitting for a while and would not start. Called Come to You Automotive in the morning and they sent Wesley out that afternoon, figured out the issue and had the truck running in no time. Great service, a fair price and they come to you. Big fan!

These guys are AMAZING! I unfortunately own a troublesome 2014 Ford Escape, and it has been having issues with leaking coolant for about 4 months. I had two other mobile mechanics in the area come out, and they both told me nothing was wrong and to just keep refilling it. Well, last week I got home and heard an odd snap, and my car started smoking and smelled like it was on fire. I found these guys through a google search and took a leap of faith, and I m so glad I did. They answered me right away and came out in 3 days. After telling them what s wrong, they diagnosed the issue before even looking and they were right. They were so patient and kind, and had me laughing even though I was so stressed and angry at this car.I cannot recommend them enough, and will continue to use them for any future repairs or work needed. They are truly the best. Thank you again for such a great experience.

I called this morning when my car wouldn't start. Within an hour the mechanics arrived. All the normal things were fine so they had to troubleshoot and they did figure it out. I had a tank of bad gas coupled with old spark plugs. They added gas treatment and replaced the plugs and got me on my way! Pleasant men who communicated well and knew what they were doing. I paid about what just the towing would have cost me. I highly recommend!

They told me two different times that there was something different wrong with my car. Had them come out two time first time they said it for-sure your coils and they changed and after he drove my car the. It says it a complete different problem (he didn t even understand the diagnostic reader) .He told me All you need to do is run seafoam through it and wait two or three days so we did come the second day the car still wasn t running right call them back they said we can replace the injector in your car should be fine they did they came. They replace it in my car still didn t work and I told him that you said it was gonna take three hours and the guy got done in an hour, they charge my job $700 for them to be here for an hour and then when I text the owner he said my car was running 90% better with my car really wasn t. It was running the same way it was when he left here after he already had got his payment. He also wouldn t come back out and check on the car after he had left and said it was going to take three hours and then proceeded to argue with me about my car instead of coming to check on it after he has received his payment twice for coming out here not to mention I had my job pay for this because I did not have the money to pay my car. I just feel like I could ve took it to actual mechanic and they could actually diagnose my car correctly so my job and myself didn t waste time and money fixing something that could ve been fixed somewhere else and then having someone argue with me about coming to check on my car after fixing it, so I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to waste money.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

10/10 would call these guys again! I woke up to my RV not starting and wasn't quite sure what was going on. We thought it was the battery or maybe the starter but it turns out it was neither! Wesley was very honest, knowledgeable, and kind and fixed the issue fast. He got us on the road within a coulple hours and we are super grateful that they were able to squeeze us in the schedule that day since we called that morning! They even came a couple hours early!!! I was on vacation in Asheville when my car started overheating around 6PM. With everyone else closed for the day, I called their number and I was told that they could meet me at 11:30am the next morning. Wesley the mechanic showed up on time, took the time to diagnose the problem as the thermostat and not the water pump and had us back on the rode by 1:30PM. We made the two hour drive back home with no more problems. They were an answered prayer for my family because they took my call actually showed up and charged a fair price to get us safely back on the road. If you find yourself in a similar position, this is a company you can trust.

I called up Trent and he had a technician sent out the next day to replace a huge starter in my 2002 international school bus! They got the job done quick and way cheaper than any other place around town.

(Edit) I used these guys to install a radiator I didn't have time to fix myself. Though I would consider their price point to be a bit high for the requested job I take into account that I live in a very rural area and can understand the raised price due to my area. My original review with them was not kind due to me coming home go my door being left open upon my arrival back home from work, but the owner was very fast to respond to my concerns and promised to repair any damages that have been caused by an animal.These are some real honest guys and definitely good to call in a pinch.

I found myself with a flat tire on vacation and was unable to undo the lug nuts by hand. The service was fast, easy, and affordable. A technician came to our location, changed the tire, and filled the spare with air so we could drive to a tire shop for a replacement.Service: TiresService: Tires

Very helpful and professional. Unfortunately I made a bad purchase on a red 2001 Silverado. The mechanic was very thorough and explained well all the issues till we confirmed a blown head gasket. Regardless that it's a huge job and one better for a shop, I appreciated getting these answers and the pricing was definitely fair. If I have any smaller jobs come up while in Asheville I will definitely use them again.

These people are truly wonderful and I'm so glad they exist. My Mercedes had a belt break and my car wouldn't budge from my drive way and the man came out and fixed it promptly for an amazing price that was hundreds of dollars cheaper than the dealership would have charged. I'll definitely keep using them if more repairs are ever needed. They seem pretty honest and reliable which is hard to find in today's society.

I had a great experience with these guys! They booked my appointment quickly and the technician ended up being able to help me out earlier that anticipated. Wes was awesome, efficient, went to pick up my new battery for me, and finished everything in under an hour. My starter on my Honda CR-V crapped out. It s a complicated repair when it s that, so it can be very expensive but they were incredibly helpful and honest throughout the process. Gave me a really good deal and advice for how to find the best deal on a new part. Also finished before the estimated time, and the engine turns over like a powerful charm now! AMAZING and the kind of service that is so Rare these days. I got out of a Dr appt in River Arts district and my car was dead.Due to the Dr. appointment ( Bell's Palsy) I was short on patience and brain function. I started a google search and thankfully found Come to You. The call was answered immediately and it turns out that there was a tech less than 5 min away that was rerouted to come help me.To complicate matters more I did not have my wallet and told him so. Called to have a starter replaced. Spoke with Trent. He stated may not be able to get to us today but possibly tomorrow. Ended up getting a call a few hours later saying they had someone on their way to us. Wesley & Robert were our technicians. When I tell you these guys are amazing. They got straight to work and in no time had us up and running. We will definitely use them again in the future. Timely and affordable. Great people to work with.

Trent was the kindest mechanic I ve ever dealt with! He made an agreement, to give us a hell of a good deal, on repair costs (and this was before he even had seen the car, or diagnosed it.)His mechanic was right on time, came to us, at our house. So we didn t have to wast money and bother with towing the car to their shop! That was so awesome, cause I didn t even know there was a mobile mechanic in our area..extremely convenient!Anyway, our car ended up not being able to be repaired. I mean, the mechanic I m sure was capable of repairing it, but long story short...what we thought was just a fuel pump or something, ended up being an issue with the engine. The entire engine is completely locked up, and would need a new one. And since a new engine costs a whole lot more, than the parts we were hoping we d be getting, we decided it s not even worth the money to put into the car anymore.And although we decided to not repair it, the mechanic still spent over an hour at our house, while it was raining even...diagnosing the car. And he didn t even charge us anything, for his time spent here. So I thought that was very kind and professional. Would definitely recommend them and use them again, in the future!Thanks again, Trent, for trying to be so kind to help us out with the repair costs, and please tell your mechanic we said thank you again, for his time, as well! Y all are good people! Saved your number, in case we ever need you guys again!

I have an older pickup that won t start. Wesley came out on time and did a full diagnostic. He was very friendly and professional and explained to me everything he was doing as he was doing it. He helped me reinstall parts that another mechanic had just left sitting outside my truck and he charged a very reasonable price. He figured out exactly what was wrong and although he didn t have the means to fix my truck on-site (it needs a transmission shop) he referred me to shops in the area and gave me a ball park price so I know what to expect going in. Trent was a lifesaver today and even came out of their usual range of service to fix my van, at incredibly short notice. He diagnosed the surface problem and then discovered what had been causing a repeating issue and treated that, all while doing the magic trick of appearing totally relaxed but working very quickly. He knocked the crank shaft puller he had to buy off the price and the total charge felt more than fair. These guys really seem to know their stuff, they come to you, they're fast, fairly priced, and trustworthy. What more does anyone need? Did I mention fast? It is a miracle to not have to deal with a tow, and get same day service. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had just left valvoline after an oil change and coolant flush when I called this service. The valvoline service worker said my oil filter threads were warped and they put the old filter back on since they couldn't get the threads off to put on the new filter. They suggested a full service mechanic to fix it. I called and met the mechanic in the parking lot of an O Riellys shop and he managed to get the threads off the old oil filter and replace it. He was very honest and upfront and helpful and I would absolutely recommend this service for anyone in need!

Wesley was AMAZING!! He was very professional, on time and funny! He came two days this week and fixed our truck. The truck feels better than it ever has! I would recommend them 100% Easy, convenient and knowledgeable! I now have him on speed dial and will recommend everyone I know to this business!!!
