Professional, prompt and kind! From the moment I walked through the door I was pleasantly greeted by Donna, at the front desk, and then by Wayne, the General Manager. Although I didn t have an appointment, just a walk-in seeking advice, they didn t turn me away, but took time to give professional guidance, plus a written estimate to help me move forward with the needed repair. They work with a standard of excellence that is a rare find these days. Thanks to their expertise, my car now looks better than new. I so much appreciate the ease of working with them and their professionalism. Extremely helpful with my elderly grandmother. She had wrecked the front bumper of her car and took it here. All the people were very nice and helpful with my somewhat difficult grandmother, offered to drive her to take her rental car back once her car was repaired. Wayne was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and even when we took it back to fix minor scratches that occurred after the fact. Couldn t recommend any place better!

Scratched my drivers side quarter panel on a wooden post during the ice we had last week. I was devastated. Called Collision Veterans to have them look at it. My jaw dropped to the floor watching them essentially erase all the damage within minutes - AT NO CHARGE. Honest people who do great work, which is hard to come by these days. I will be taking my vehicles to them for all future accident repairs from now on. Thanks Collision Veterans!

I put my trust in this collision repair shop and they did not disappoint. Great job on the factory paint and I have to admit it looks better then when I first bought the car! They even gave me a great price fixing a previous rear bumper damage so very happy with the way that came as well. I had a very positive experience working with Collision Veterans. They gave a fair estimate for the repair and finished the work in a reasonable time frame. Donna at the front desk was kind and personable. When Wayne found out I was paying out of pocket, he did his best to keep additional costs to a minimum. No communication, missing parts, scratches on vehicle that weren t there before, took a very long time to get vehicle back with no body work done just new pieces, quality of work was not good, missing fender flares and wasn t informed about it until pick up, dent in brand new fender that they fixed customer service not good. People in front of me picking up also were not pleased and complaining also.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

When we were rear-ended, my wife was horrified. Her car was her baby. The insurance company gave us a list of suggestions, but allowed us to pick where we wanted to take the car. We talked to several. We chose Collision Veterans Accident Repair.Because of the shortage of good help, supply chain issues and work backlog, we had to wait several weeks to drop off the car. The staff was friendly and efficient, advising us that it would probably take a week or two for parts to be ordered and delivered and for the work to be completed. After taking the car apart they worked with the insurance company to get approval for additional unseen damage and repairs.We got the call that the car was finished but that they had to order a couple of stick on parts that were back ordered.We picked up the car and my wife was relieved that it looked like brand new!We spoke to them about a week later and stopped by for them to add the last two items.We are very pleased with the results of their work, and highly recommend them if you need body work.

I dinged the front bumper of my Prius and thought I was going to need an entirely new front bumper. But Wayne got in there and was able to push everything back into place, so instead of a $1000+ repair bill I need one small part and it s probably going to be no more than $50. Thanks so much to Wayne and Collision Veterans for absolutely positively doing right by me!If I need bodywork done in the future, I ll be back at Collision Veterans. I brought my RAV4 into Collision Veterans after someone bumped into the back in a parking lot. Though it was a very minor collision, the motorized rear hatch was having trouble opening and closing properly. The tech at Collisions Veterans had seen things like this before and was able to figure out my particularly issue very quickly. He even resolved it free of charge. I will definitely take my vehicle there in the future if anything comes up. Folks at the front desk were all very organized, courteous, and helpful, and were able to schedule my appointment in a very timely manner. All my expectations were exceeded.Service: Body & Trim

Had our 2016 Camry brought in after a rear end collision. Took about a month and a half to get the car in, and the day the tow truck delivered it they claimed they hadn t been told the necessary parts( the estimate was emailed prior) and so nothing had been ordered. Then the morning we were called in the pick up the car, we were told they forgot to order the tire needed, and then right before leaving we were told the airbag sensor was faulty and would take another day. Then we picked up the car but have had problems with steering/alignment and grinding when turning in reverse. When we raised these issues with staff and management we were informed no mechanical inspection had been done, and that they wouldn t be able to tell if there were problems with the suspension anyway and that they only go by the estimate, when any actual repair shop knows they are supposed to fully inspect the vehicle and then apply for supplemental insurance payment if needed. Never an apology just pressure and pretending we re crazy! Horrible experienceServices: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

Excellent customer service all the way around! DJ & and all the ladies in the front office did a great job, they were attentive, friendly, always answers the phone and gives regular updates. I had an issue with a faulty part even and they made it right, months later. I highly recommend & I will be back for any other collision needs.

While visiting from out of state, we had a crash on a Saturday. Dealer shop was no help but referred us to Collision Veterans. General Manager Wayne wasn t open on Saturday but took us in anyway. The coordination with insurance adjustor was seamless. Even with supply chain issues for a part, he had us fixed up quickly. When I returned to pick up, also on a Saturday, Wayne gave me a ride back to the shop from returning the rental car. The work is warranty guaranteed and they even washed my dirty car. I don t plan on getting in another crash in Asheville, but if I did, I d definitely go back here.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great service. They picked up where Joe Hudson's had given me the run around. They honored the initial estimate supplied by Joe Hudson when they dropped the pooch. Generally kept me informed of the process & any part delays that caused rescheduling. They even detailed my car when it was ready to be picked up. Collision Veterans has helped me twice in the past year. Wayne and his entire team were helpful and fair. The drive out price was the same as the estimate and the car was fixed on time. We will certainly return if needed including any small touch ups!

Highly recommend. My car was damaged with a partially detached rear fender. The gentleman who helped ordered and replaced the broken bracket when the part arrived. He also removed the adhesive tape that I d applied, all within two days. He did the work while I waited after the part arrived. Cost seemed low to me. Very pleased! Honest, friendly, fair and competent. What more could one wish for?

I had a great experience with Collision Veterans. My front bumper was severely damaged from backing out of a steep and bumpy driveway, and Collision Veterans replaced and repaired the damages - you can't even tell that my car has had work done. I also appreciate the communication, customer service, and overall friendly and competent service throughout the whole process. I went buy to get a quote on my power lift gate (Toyota RAV4) it wasn t opening or closing and seemed to be out of line. If you have a nice vehicle don't come here! These guys did more harm then help on my 2020 vehicle with their subpar repairs. Luckily I used them through Allstate and Allstate is honoring the new repairs caused by Collision Veterans at a new body shop nearby! Collision Veterans had my car in total for over 6 weeks. My complaints are as follows... They did not install my windshield or my sunroof properly causing extreme rattling and creaking. There were bumps in the paint on every surface that was repainted. There was paint over spray on several areas of the vehicle. They put deep scratches all over my passenger window as well as the brand new front windshield. There were new scratches all throughout the paint of the entire vehicle. They scratched the inside hard plastic on my door as well as cracked the chrome inlay on my bumper. There was chipped paint adjacent to my windshield (most likely from installation). My new headlight was not leveled properly. I found a new dent with tree sap baked in on the spoiler that must have occurred while my car sat for weeks in their tree-covered lot. And lastly, a poor attempt at a coverup of a major scratch they put in the paint which was on the opposite end of the vehicle far from where any work was listed as done (scratch was still visible and there was a ton of over spray on the inside panel of the door). Little to say, this shop caused me nothing but stress and wasted time. The new shop I was able to chose through Allstate, just a few miles away was a world's difference in the quality of experience I received!Services: Painting, Body & Trim
