Allegiant has the BEST ! response time ! I was not with my vehicle at time of towing, for that reason I had to pay $20!extra for additional truck equipment. Totally fine with that. Alex, the driver was in contact with me throughout the whole process. He was very polite and easy to talk to. Thank you Allegiant, and thank you Alex !

I locked my keys in my company car a couple weeks back. The fleet company reached out to Allegiant for lockout service. Dalton was fantastic and had me back in my vehicle and on the road very quickly. You guys are awesome!!

I got myself in a self inflicted pickle this afternoon and needed a tow truck for roadside assistance at home. Response time was quick at about 30 minutes. The driver Dalton was extremely helpful and getting me back on the road. Would highly recommend this company.

Called them the morning of and needed a splitter removed immediately off my car before it caused further damage to the front bumper. They got me in right away and had it off the car super quick for a very reasonable price. Will 100% be using them in the future.

I dealt with a breakdown a few days ago and I had to get my vehicle towed twice the first one within Asheville, and the second from AVL to Marion. Thank you, Allegiant, for making this a smooth process! You answered all of my calls the first time, booked me when I needed you to, and got my vehicle back on my property. This is a professional company that I highly recommend to anyone that finds themselves in a jam.

A friend of mine recommended taking my 2012 Ram 1500 to Allegiant auto repair. Dalton Revis was the tech and he did an excellent job replacing a gasket on the top of the motor. I was very satisfied with the work and the price for fixing it.I would definitely recommend this shop to others. Thanks guys!

Absolute nightmare, beware !!!MOST unprofessional experience everTowed our vehicle and kept for 4.5 weeks would not communicate , couldn t get ANY answers because they were clueless as to what our vehicle needed .these people switched out parts that were not needed -Paid for rental 5 weeks ($ 1000.00 )While vehicle was sitting at their garage !People need to speak up about these businesses taking our money and not fulfilling their duties -RESEARCH reputable garages to care for your property and not just cash your check .PS if your vehicle is in -operable, do not use them -or your vehicle will be in their possession sitting for weeks if not months!Unhappy & disappointed

CAMERON and JUSTIN just made it possible for my car to get home for the holidays! Blown away by the exceptional work and customer service .something that can be hard to find nowadays. They are going to be my future go to! Highly Recommend (Ty also to the women s team of Megan, Jill and Kenzie)

Took my Tahoe for a radiator leak, had to get a new radiator. They are very polite, my car was done quickly & the price I couldn't beat. They now have my Mercedes and will be a faithful customer. It feels good to have someone treat you right these days. Thank you Dalton Revis, Patrick James and all the other employees. All are great people!!! Definatly recommend.

My van broke down on me and of course it was in the middle of no where and Allegiant was to the rescue. They promptly picked up my vehicle, fixed it and was gracious enough to accommodate my very unique situation of being 3 hours away. I'm not completely done with them but as of now I feel blessed to have them in my corner. Thanks Megan and the staff at Allegiant!Service: Car towing

This place was absolutely amazing. They got me in the same day I called and were able to diagnose the problem with my car so fast. They were able to get parts in the next day. Cameron and Gillian were a huge help with getting everything set up for me. The mechanic, Patrick was absolutely wonderful. He kept me updated as an easy job turned into a much more difficult job. He worked exceptionally hard to get my car fixed properly. Everyone was super nice and helpful. I will definitely be using them in the future.

From the first point of contact, Gillian assisted us with a wonderful, patient spirit. Jacob provided exceptional service as he towed our disabled truck in for service. When we arrived at Allegiant Automotive in Asheville, the entire staff was welcoming and reassuring as our vehicle was under their expert care. Patrick s automotive expertise, provides a quick cause determination and Justin was kind to give us a lift. Would highly recommend and appreciate their great customer service from every aspect.

Consistent rates and reliable professional service.Professional and friendly from the phone service with texting updates, interaction with Jillian on the phone to Justin with the tow and assistance with my son's car.They advised that they are a 24 hour operation without any price changes even for night towing.Would definitely recommend and use again.Service: Car towing

Short version: Absolutely amazing customer service and professionalism. Everyone we spoke to and dealt with, dispatch, Jacob, Zack Gillian, were friendly and helpful!Long version: My husband and I were on vacation from Indiana in our F-250 pulling a small trailer with our motorcycle in it. We were about 30 miles from our hotel in Asheville when our truck went into limp mode and lost power. After searching for local towing companies we chose Allegiant based on their positive reviews and the fact that they also offered repairs/service. Given the distance we had a reasonable wait time and were clearly dispatched someone immediately. Jacob showed up got the truck loaded and trailer hooked up and got us to our hotel leaving us the trailer (with the bike) and taking the truck to their service location. Gillian worked with our warranty provider for our transmission and worked quickly to get the truck up on a lift and get the issues diagnosed. We ran into issues finding a rental that would provide a vehicle we could tow the trailer. We had reservations in the Gatlinburg area the next day and were out of options while we waited on the warranty company. Gillian let us know that they had a secured lot where our trailer could be stored so that we could rent a car to get on with the rest of our vacation. They came and picked up the trailer from our hotel and delivered to their tow lot. They spent a considerable amount of time testing and troubleshooting and going back and forth with the warranty company. For the amount of work everyone put in to take care of our vehicles we were pleasantly surprised in our final bill. Whether you are local to the area or out-of-towners in a situation similar to ours I would definitely recommend Allegiant and we can not put into words the gratitude we have for your team making such an unfortunate situation while trying to enjoy our vacation much less stressful for us!Services: Motorcycle towing, Special vehicle towing, Car towing, Local hauling

DO NOT GIVE ANY SERVICE TO THESE PEOPLE!!! The guy did not tell me I had a hole in my ac condenser, I went home and the whole ride back was fine but when I got back home it's was leaking green stuff and I called and a women answered I told her that I need to speak to the guy that worked on my truck she would not let me speak to him so she hung up 2 times and she was rude, told me to never come back or do business with them, but she told me I could come back in a rude tone so I came back let them check it and they told me that I had a hole in my ac condenser and would not give me back my money, they acted like they did not care one bit and was there just for the money.from the very beginning I ask them to check it and tell me what's wrong with the ac condenser they did not tell me at frist that there was a hole in the AC condenser and just went on and put the freon in it and said I was ready to go and I did pay for it all, I paid almost $100 and they did not give me a refund after all the guy busted my AC conduction and I have to replace the whole ac condenser. I would not recommend this service because they are horrible people, rude people and don't know what they are doing and do not know how to be nice to other people and just there for your money and go, the guy in the people basically scammed me, I repeat do not give them any service because they will not give you a refund back or will not be nice and just be rude.

I was driving by in the area amd accidentally hit a dang wheel that was in middle of the road. After pulling over amd doing some business to call 911 and all, I called this company and they were able to help me. The driver gave me updates as he is on his way and got to me from his estimated time. He did a great job securing my SUV on the truck, and since we had to go pee he took us to the gas station that is open (night time here) and got that done and then dropped off my SUV at the repair shop.The driver Dalton did an excellent job and he is great. My kids, mom rear ended someone, and her and Cameron made a deal. It was verbally so he could have really screwed her, and kept the car or charged her a large fee. I was pretty concerned about it, but in the end he kept his word just like he said he would. I highly recommend their services.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

The rear end of my truck started to slide off the edge of a hill that was just super soft dirt. Jacob was able to come and definitely saved my truck from sliding off and being totaled. If Jacob comes to help you out, just know you re in good hands.

Originally we called 'Recovery Tactical' when we needed our car towed to the dealer and that was a huge mistake. We waited 3 hours and nobody came from 'recovery tactical'. We eventually canceled the tow from them and called 'allegiant towing'. They had a tow truck out within 30 minutes! We are very impressed with how fast and efficient Alex was with our tow. I broke down on Sunday afternoon in Asheville and needed to be towed back to my home town in Sylva to my mechanic's shop. The first towing service stood me up. I think because the tow was 48 miles 1 way. The road side assistance service was able to get Allegiant Towing and Recovery to come and help me out. The only problem was it would be a 2 to 2 and a half hour wait. I agreed. Alex from Allegiant called me a few minutes after he got the assignment. He told me he would do everything he could to get to me asap. He busted his rump and was able to get to me within 90 minutes. Alex was very professional and very efficient. We dropped my vehicle off at my mechanic's shop at 10:30 and he asked if I had a ride to my home. My son was coming to get me so I didn't need a ride. After all that I dropped a pair of expensive sunglasses in the floorboard of the tow truck. Alex called me to tell me he found them. He could easily have kept them and with all I had gone through I'd have never known. He made arrangements for me to pick them up at his shop. Even though I had a long stressful evening Alex and Allegiant Towing did a great job and helped me out of a very bad situation. Thank you so much.Service: Car towing

Very friendly on the phone, my parents were stuck with a flat tire on the interstate and I was able to get them back home. Nicholas was amazing!!! He was my Angel last night. One of my nightmares happened... breaking down on the Blue Ridge Parkway! It was right before sun down, and let s say I was low key freaking out. But thank goodness he called, and I was able to pin point my location via GPS, and send it to his cell. Because trying to describe your location in the mountains to roadside assistance was challenging. They actually had me listed as being further down the mountain than I was. He even texted his ETA. I am so grateful my Progressive Insurance policy roadside assistance connected me with this company! Thank y all and I highly recommend! Thanks for everything. Brandon Collins #131 arrived quickly. He was courteous and went to work loading the truck. Maybe 10 minutes total time, up and ready to go. Checked on the truck at the auto repair shop and looked good behind locked fence. I would recommend the service and Brandon for his help. Again, thanks

This was the best experience I have EVER had with a tow truck company. After waiting 2 hours for another company to cancel on me, Allegiant arrived in 20 minutes and were AMAZING! The guys who came to help me get unstuck from a railroad beam I drove over on the gravel driveway of the Air B&B I was staying at were the BEST! They were quick, efficient and courteous. I HIGHLY recommend this company for all your towing and tire needs. I only wish they worked closer to Fayetteville, I would use them for all my car troubles!
