Just picked up my '08 Audi A6 and drove it home. Remarkable that it is the same car. I trusted it to a local shop who at least knew when they were in over their heads and they sent me here. I am so glad they did. I am a first-time customer and feel like I have been taking cars there for a decade or more. Consistent advice, they worked with me all the way through and what they charged almost amounted to highway robbery against themselves. I know where i am going from now on. Like Arnold said, "I'll be back."

Very thankful to the team here. Had an oil leak in my Porsche 911 and due to drive home 800 miles the next day. Was all set to send it home on a car carrier but they got it up on a rack and expertly identified a crankcase vacuum hose issue they quickly repaired. Keep in mind it was a bloody mess of oil. Saved me $1,000's. Repair bill was beyond reasonable. My friend has also been bringing his German sports car here for 5 yrs with similar experiences. Highly recommend based on my experience.

AGP has become my go-to shop over the last few months for my cars. Recently when picking up one of my cars from service, I expressed interest in modifying the cars. Daniel was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He talked me through the tuning software they use (Tunezilla), parts he recommends to compliment/support the tunes, and how I can gradually ramp up.I ve never been interested in modifying my cars; I found the thought of it overwhelming and risky. However, Daniel made this approachable. I ve gone from having very little interest in modifying my car, to spending way too much time and money on parts for my cars.I recommend Daniel and his shop.

Great shop, sent me pictures along the way of installing a Stage 3 clutch on my 2018 Golf R. After 152000 miles on the original clutch it was time. They have earned a customer and will take my car there from now on.

I took my 2014 VW Jetta TDI to these guys last week for a timing belt change. My VW dealer had originally quoted me over $2700 for this service, and AGP was able to do it for $1300 (less than they quoted me over the phone). Furthermore, when I came to pick up my car, they notified me that my intercooler hose was in need of changing as well, but that they did not currently have the part in stock. To save me a trip back to the shop, they looked up the part number for me, and said I could save a bunch of money just doing the install myself. The guys at AGP were prompt, professional, affordable, and above all--honest. I trust them with my car, and I would recommend them to anyone.

I've been taking my 2016 Macan S to AGP for about three years now. They take excellent care of my vehicle and offer sound advice. I trust them with any maintenance and repairs and feel they are always fair.

I went to All German Performance to have my brakes checked. I paid this shop to install ceramic brakes with a year warranty. They lied to me and installed metallic pads instead. The shop neglected to tell me my back brake pads needed replacement (90% worn). My brand new rotors are getting glazed because of these incorrect pads and now I will have to fully replace all the work they did. Best they would do after calling them out on the lie of the ceramic vs. metallic pads was refund the difference in cost of brakes. After 5 visits and too much time wasted on this problem they have essentially stolen over $1,000 from me. This is a shady shop and I would steer clear of them. The attached photos increase this reviews reach 100x.Reply to Owner: The owner clearly has not addressed the fact that he has lied about installing the ceramic brakes. The owner mentioned that he informed us about worn pads on 11/4 but our brakes were worked on before that visit on 4/8. We didn t drive the car enough to cause any major wearing in between that time because of the loud noises from brakes. Also when the owner respond to this review he listed off only a few of the items replaced, neglecting to show that they replaced the rotors! Also it is worth mentioning that the water pump he installed had to be replaced less than a year later by a more capable shop. If you add up all the work that he did incorrectly on my vehicle it totals to more than $1,500 which I consider theft from this rather unscrupulous shop.Service: Brakes

I m new to the area. I took my 2003 BMW 325Ci for a suspected charging problem. An exhaustive diagnosis was performed and a simple solution found.This is a fantastic place.This is the real deal!I m so glad to have found them!

Had my 2011 328i in to replace a left rear axle and windshield washer fluid pump. They got both done on the same day and at a very reasonable cost. Definitely recommend AGP!

I ditched the local Audi dealer a couple years ago after repeated horrendous service and have since gotten routine maintenance at AGP and have been fully satisfied. Had my TT RS towed (EPS light) late Friday afternoon to AGP and was told by the manager Joey that they would do their best to diagnose and fix/replace for pickup Monday and They Did. Despite a temporary short staff. I was kept informed every step of the way. After spark plugs and coils were replaced for a fair price, I drove away a happy customer. I will absolutely continue to get my Audi serviced there. Joey and the mechanic Daniel have earned my trust.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

Took my 2019 RS3 in for oil change, DSG and haldex service and noise diagnostic. Super reasonable pricing on all services. Also received personal top notch service from the owner himself. Will definitely be coming back for all my services. Thanks guys!

AGP is definitely the place to go with your German vehicle. These guys know their stuff and this is the only place I will take my GTI. Sam is a great asset and makes setting things up a breeze. Ditch the dealer! I had a terrible experience with the local Audi dealer (trying to up-charge me for things I did not need). I then found AGP, and I've now found my forever home. They're super friendly, and reliable and get the job done well while being reasonably priced. AGP was fantastic. They communicated better than any shop I ve taken my car to, and they were able to fix an issue a few other shops weren t able to diagnose. It s really refreshing to work with a trustworthy shop and to have honest pricing, which is incredibly reasonable too. Highly recommend them.Car: 2018 VW Golf R.

Called for a quote for a transmission service on my 2016 bmw m4, and was told I'd have to bring the car in to get the quote. So I scheduled an inspection for $60.00. Dropped car off at 930 for 10am scheduled "Top to Bottom Inspection " at 335 pm Received a text with a link to findings of inspection as well as A charge for $136.00. But no mention of the Transmission Service quote. I called to remind them that the transmission service quote was the entire reason for the inspection, and added some known issues like GPS Failure to load , and oil pan replacement that the "Top to Bottom " inspection didn't catch . Advisor said they would take another look tomorrow. Next day I finally received the transmission service quote and a new bill of $272.00. I went to pick the car up and asked why it wasn't the 60.00 I was initially quoted for the transmission service price and was told it was because I Failed to mention that I wanted a quote for the transmission service at the time that I dropped car off ( despite specifically saying that over the phone 3 times) and that they had to charge for looking at several different things , that they can't be expected to remember what each customer needs as they service a high volume daily . ( I thought that was the entire point if making an appointment for simple information that could be given over the phone) . Advisor did lower price back to $136.00 but not the $60 I was initially quoted. I paid the 136.00 and left with a bad taste from my first experience with all German performance. I feel like there were several opportunities that the increase in cost could have been mentioned and wasn't. Awesome experience! Needed a battery R&R and it s 1.5 hr job. They squeezed me in and got me out in no time. To make it even better, it was $20 less than the estimate! Highly recommend!

The team at AGP went above and beyond for me after my gear shifter cables locked up as a result of leaky battery acid dropping onto the cables. My husband was out of town when this happened, and I had two young children who needed to be picked up from daycare, so the situation was very stressful for me. Steven and the rest of the AGP team made sure they found a temporary solution for me so that I could safely pick up my children in my car. They were extremely communicative every step of the way with the temporary and long term repairs that were needed on my car. Furthermore, when AAA disputed my claim that they (AAA) were responsible for the leaky, malfunctioning battery that did the damage, Steven went out of his way to talk to the folks at AAA about how their battery under warranty did indeed cause the damage. Daniel and All German Performance took great care of my 1998 Porsche Boxster. When I purchased the vehicle, it was not running well at all and had a series of check engine codes. The previous owner had the issue diagnosed at a Porsche dealer as a catalytic converter problem, but I took it to Daniel for a second opinion. Daniel immediately diagnosed the issue as a likely timing problem completely unrelated to the initial diagnosis. Unfortunately, the issue turned out to be rather complex but Daniel s analysis was spot on. He was incredibly fair with labor costs throughout the process and worked with me to source the parts needed at the lowest cost.After a few visits to his shop, my car is running great and the previous issues are completely resolved. Daniel s expert analysis and fair prices saved me thousands of dollars over having the repair done at the dealer. Daniel runs a top-notch shop and I will absolutely be a return customer.I highly recommend All German Performance for any of your German manufacturer needs.Service: Engine repair

Steve and his Staff at All German Performance run a great operation. They squeezed me in at 4:30 with barely any heads up as I was only in town for the day and encountered car trouble. AGP staff quickly identified the issue and got me back on the road after several other shops turned me away for a quick diagnostic due to it being late in the day. That s the kind of quality and care you can expect from AGP. Thanks so much again Steve and team.

All German Performance has been taking care of my Volkswagens and Audis for years. They have performed jobs as simple as a tune up to installing new engines on my cars. They have always been very professional, on time, great prices and great customer service. I highly recommend them.

Took my BMW in for service and check over. After just a little while I got a call with estimate and diagnosis. repair was done quickly and very reasonably in cost. When I picked up my vehicle it was pressure washed and cleaned. I've been asked to come back after some time to recheck. I feel like I was getting a premium service at a very reasonable cost. AGP crew was a very knowledgeable and professional. I knew I was in right place

The ONLY professional mechanic for Audi's, VW's and Porsche's in Western North Carolina. Great value, top quality and always on time. Very helpful staff and knowledgeable owner. They will do everything starting with regular oil changes, drive-train, engine & transmission work and ending with advanced tune-ups and race-ready level performance upgrades!
