Everyone was pleasant to work with and answered all my questions. It took a week to repair the side panel and passenger headlight, (Friday to Friday). They forgot to give me an estimated time when the work would be completed. I also had them replace the driver side headlight too. I have only had my car back for a day when I realized that they did not align the lights. Plus it appears that one light is connected backwards with the high and low beams working opposite of the other light.

Very good for the most part. However, they said my car would take 10 days to fix, but it took them 23 days. Luckily my rental car covered up to 30 days. Also, there was a 4 tire alignment done on my car, but when I picked it up the alignment was still very off. I m having to bring it in to get it checked out again. The customer service and friendliness is an overall 10/10.

ABRA did a great job on my car, you can't even tell that there was damage to my bumper and back hatch door. I was kept informed on a daily basis. Very satisfied with ABRA'S work. The staff was very polite and professional. I certainly will recommend ABRA.

Started working on vehicle the day I took there for a quote. Kept me updated every couple of days on the repair process. Finished work and paint job looks brand new. Can t tell any evidence of vehicle damage. Thanks Abra! So happy with you guys and glad I chose you to fix my car.

I ve used ABRA Auto Body Asheville a few times now for two different vehicles (both being Audi s) and I ve always left extremely satisfied with the work done to my vehicles and the customer service I received.I was given accurate updates and if I ever needed to contact the shop for any concerns or questions they were always more than helpful!The front people worked diligently with my insurance company and the techs showed extreme knowledge when it came to the repairs. I m also very pleased with the paint job done on one of my Audi s. It was very clean and matched the rest of my vehicle perfectly.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

I had my collision repaired with abra and they use a horrible system to update customers on progress. And first I thought it was great, regular texts and emails every few hours with updates on progress and what step it s moving into. Planned my whole day around when they said it would be done, showed up, and was told the car wasn t even in close to being ready and would have to come back tomorrow. Why use a system that provided completely false information! Go elsewhere and save yourself the trouble. They also failed to fix part of my vehicle, still charged me for it, and gave me no updates either. Take your car elsewhere.

I took my car in for repair. I went to pick it up after paying one of my friends to come with me and they had damaged my interior. So, they agreed to keep it and fix the damage they caused. They called me and said the car was ready. Come pick it up. I paid one of my friends again to come with me, got there and they had dented the fender on the car. So, it had to stay with them to be repaired again. The third time I went to pick it up and had been assured everything was perfect. There was still obvious trash in the paint and the guy said hold on. I'll go fix it took it around back and I guess buffed it out I don't know. I called the owner regarding these complaints, and he ignored me. I had to pay someone three different times to take me there trying to pick up my car.Service: Painting

I was referred to ABRA by a neighbor and they were part of my insurance company s network so I had high expectations. The estimating process was quick, professional and efficient. Unfortunately, when I went to pick up my truck - the paint finish quality was poor, a piece of windshield trim was missing and there was overspray on my sunroof glass. They agreed to work on it further and after another week in the shop, my truck was damaged in their parking lot - requiring another week and a new bumper. While my truck was with them - a new manager took over this shop and I communicated with him directly. He was very apologetic about the delays and poor initial quality. I appreciated his professionalism in a difficult situation that he inherited. So while my repairs took far too long and weren t done correctly the first time - my truck now looks very good and hopefully new management will improve their quality and attention to detail.Service: Painting

The people are friendly and helpful, the work was well done , but estimated it would take 1 to 2 weeks and it took 1 month when I picked up my car I still had to take it back to the dealership on order to recalibrate some changes made by the mechanic, abra did pay for it and the customer service was helpful about setting up the fix , although frustrating as it took so long and not ready after all that time .

Never take your car here- poor management and even worse customer service. Let me explain:I grew up around Auto Body shops, and I know the in's and out's of how they're run. ABRA quoted $1,200.00 to Statefarm for my little paint and bumper damage (see picture). They listed a lot of parts and "repairs" that weren't necessary, but, hey, I've seen Auto Body shops do that before- no big deal.I dropped my 2017 WRX off on Monday, and they said, "It will take 2 days." So Wednesday rolled around, and I hadn't heard anything from them. I called Terry, and he said, "Oh, we have the wrong impact bar. So it should be done Thursday, at the latest Friday." In other words, they ordered the wrong impact bar. I thought, "No big deal. They've been okay so far, and everyone makes mistakes." Friday rolls around, and I was out of town on business. Yet again, no word from ABRA. I called Terry, and he said, "It will be ready by 6:00PM if you want us to leave the keys in it for you to pick up." I thought, "There's no way I'm just picking up my car without inspecting the work first." Terry pushed hard for them to "just leave the keys." So that was naturally a red flag. On Monday, I went to ABRA, and I saw the final quote they sent to Statefarm; it was for $1,700.00 for a little bumper and paint damage.Then, I saw my car. The paint on the rear bumper didn't match at all (see picture). The Associate (I can't remember his name) tried to tell me it was an exact match to the front bumper; which they clear coated. I asked for the "Manager." Matt, the "Manager," came out, and he tried to sell me on the fact that plastic bumpers won't exactly match up to metal fenders. And that's absolutely a fact- they won't. However, their work wasn't even close to a similar match (see picture). Matt tried to have a pissing contest with me and seemed to be trying really hard to come off as knowledgable. He kept repeating himself instead of addressing my points. He continued to try to sell me on their work being acceptable, and he finally arrives at a conclusion and said, "Well, I can't justify a repaint." I said, "What do you mean you can't justify a repaint? It doesn't match, and this is a brand new car." Matt stated, "I'll have to call the Statefarm guy and see if they'll pay for it." I thought, "To see if they'll pay for it? It's your terrible work that's the problem." I was, and am, working 7 days a week, and I really didn't, and don't, have time for such an inconvenience due to incompetence and terrible service. But, again, it's a brand new car, and the work needs to be done correctly. So I went on my way.The Statefarm Guy inspects my car, is outraged by ABRA's terrible work, and he couldn't have agreed with me more. Unlike Matt, the "Manager," the Statefarm Guy justified a repaint.Since it was ABRA's mistake, they had to pay for my Enterprise rental car until they fixed my car. When I dropped off my car on Monday, Matt, the "Manager," is no where to be found. Meanwhile, I'm working 14 hour days this entire week, and I can't adjust my schedule, because of ABRA's mistake. Tuesday afternoon my car is finished, and I was unable to pick it up until Thursday due to my work schedule that I can't change.ABRA closes at 6:00PM. Today, Wednesday, at 4:00PM we took a break from my meeting, and I got a call from Enterprise, and the representative said, "Hey, we just wanted to let you know that ABRA said they're not going to pay for another day of renting the car." I thought, "Why is Enterprise calling me and not ABRA." So, I had to leave my meeting to get my car before ABRA closes. That cost me this client. I lost business, because of ABRA's mistake and terrible service.I dropped the rental off at Enterprise and they gave me a ride to ABRA. Again, Matt the "Manager," is no where to be found. However, my car paint matches. But the paint is cheap and doesn't even look clear coated. So I had to suddenly leave my meeting (losing that client) because of ABRA's incompetence, and it still isn't fixed correctly.

We had an issue with our truck door latch. Abra got us fixed and back on the road same-day. Good service!

Awful. Picked up my car after 45 days of them working on it after an accident - and the check engine light was on. They still had to complete work but promised me they would do so timely, as well as check out why the check engine light came on. (My insurance had paid 12k for repairs btw.) There were also lots of broken pieces of plastic in the car that was not there before? I am assuming they just decided to not clean up the absolute mess they made.It s been 4 months and I am still waiting, cannot get in touch with Lucas, the manager- won t return my calls. My registration is due 1/31/23, my car failed inspection, $35 wasted, still no return call. I d give them negative stars if I could. I have never had such a terrible experience with a car repair place, let alone Ford dealership, in my life. They did an excellent job redoing the front end of my Tacoma & they got me in less than a week after I called & kept me well updated with what was going on!
